Our eight team members have 216 years of combined experience, and many have been part of this practice for more than 15 years!

I was treated by Dr. McDonough and his staff for two years. My two daughters were also treated with him as well. So there was no question in my mind as to who I wanted to treat me. The staff is warm, friendly and professional. Dr. McDonough is always thorough, spends the time needed, warm and just plain awesome. Thank you for making my smile beautiful again.

My experience with Dr McDonough and his magnificent team was an experience I shall never forget. My teeth has always been one of my biggest insecurities throughout the beginning of my lifetime. I've never felt as much confidence to present myself as much as I do now. What I've learned throughout the whole process is that time is the most efficient healer, and with enough patience and strength, a lot can change ones mind and soul into a much more beautiful being, inside and out.
I've always felt very welcomed into their office at every appointment I've gone to. What a lovely, experienced crew! I most definitely recommend working with them. Keep on smiling!

My son Elian was very well taken care of by Dr. Mark McDonough's practice. As the son of a dentist, I only wish I had had people like Dr. McDonough and his extremely capable staff when I was an 11-year old with crooked teeth. The diagnosis was measured and complete as my son's situation was complicated. It involved moving around some teeth, making some room for new ones to come, straightening them, etc.
They have very modern technology and their team did a terrific job explaining what the treatment would be and how much it would cost and how our (modest) insurance coverage would help. Over many years, and dozens of appointments, we hardly ever had to wait long and check-ups, follow-ups and the course of treatment was measured and well-executed. Cost was as anticipated and. The results were outstanding. My son, who spends a lot of time in front of audiences and crowds, has terrific teeth and Dr. Mark McDonough's care was/is the reason why!

The end results of Dr. Mark McDonough's Invisalign treatment plan was amazing. My teeth are absolutely straight, beautiful and healthy and I feel really good when I receive compliments on my new smile. And the process was incredibly easy and absolutely pain-free. Dr. McDonough and his team were warm, friendly and always happy to see me. They had my best interest at heart for the entire treatment plan.

Dr. McDonough treated me a few years ago and did an amazing job! My mouth was too small for my teeth and I even had an oddly shaped tooth that he was able to literally spin 90 degrees over a period of time to create more room for my teeth to grow in to. He went above and beyond to save the tooth and save my smile! I could not be happier with everything this doctor and his office has provided! Highly recommended!

Dr. McDonough is an excellent orthodontist. I was referred to him by a periodontist for braces I needed for non-cosmetic reasons, and then used him when my son needed braces. Dr. McDonough is extremely knowledgeable, personable and painless. He explained everything to me before we started the process, and as we went along, he explained why we were doing things a certain way and what results he was looking for.
His office staff is really nice and very helpful, there is never a wait (really!), and his office is very modern. As a dentist's daughter, I have pretty high standards, and he has exceeded them!

Dr. Mark McDonough was recommended by a couple of dentists that I know. Many people we know in the area go to him. I have been very pleased by the work he has done to straighten my teeth and my daughter's teeth. Dr. McDonough is very pleasant. Everyone who works in the office is very friendly and helpful. I actually enjoy going to office unlike most other medical offices.

I have a more complicated problem with my jaw that has to be surgically corrected. I've been with them for most of my 18 years, and I couldn't ask for more. They keep me informed, the remember me as a person rather than just a name on some papers, he keeps in touch with my surgeon and everything is explained well. Appointments are always on time, so you don't spend very long waiting at all.
The people who work there are all very kind, patient and understanding, and they'll answer any questions as well as make sure that you understand every step of what's going on.
