After going to this office for years I switched coverage because of a new job. When I walked in for my appointment the front desk attendant told me I don't have coverage and made me feel less than welcome. No suggestion to call my insurance agent, no warm conversation, just a cold stone wall telling me I don't have coverage. I do have coverage, just found out that this office doesn't accept it.
It's unfortunate that this experience is how I was left with an otherwise ok establishment. Bedside manner is not only for hospitals or sick patients, but kindness is something that should be practiced everywhere.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Reardon Dental! I previously had a root canal on my front incisor and the crown had to be replaced twice by my previous dentist. Dr. Feller did such an amazing job doing a new crown and did not settle until it was absolutely perfect! Starting with the front desk staff and all the way to the hygienists, they made sure my visits were comfortable and I didn't leave until I was pleased with the results! Thank you!

My experience at Reardon was great. I came in because I wanted Spark (Invisalign) and the check in staff was kind, organized, and very clear and concise about the payment plans and details. Kristen was very helpful and thorough and answered any questions/concerns I had. I feel very confident in my treatment here I am very excited to get started! Thanks again!

Great modern office with very attentive staff. But, when I pay nearly $600 for a tooth extraction, I expect complete care available by the modern medical establishment. I was in pain and slept very little for one week after the surgery. Reardon Dental seems to have a policy of not prescribing painkillers. It is well known that good sleep helps wounds heal faster. besides the unpleasantness and lack of performance during the day due to sleep loss.
I dislike taking pain medication during the day, and can handle pain during the day, but it is unnecessary to lose sleep with pain. I am now in a position where I to have to find another dentist.

Moved from southern Chester county and needed a new dentist. Looking at the spectacular reviews. I have been going to Reardon dental for 6 years for all my dental needs including implants. The staff is professional and they go over and beyond for their patients. I like the extra services they provide for whitening, etc, along with recommendations, the waterpik was the best thing that I invested in.
The fact that there is no waiting and in an emergency they will fit you in is golden. The quality of work, the cost, the stellar excellent service, and the HUGE list of services. All of these great attributes are really hard to find in on office. Not to mention the location.

Ok- second review on this place. Been going here for years. Used to be Dr Piskai. I always saw Maureen, Linda, Piskai, Maureen, Linda, Piskai. I trusted them. Bought by Reardon several years ago now. I NEVER see the same people working the front desk. I've rarely seen the same dentist twice. At least I still had my hygienist- Linda- who was great!
Well as of today- they moved me to another hygienist without consulting me. And THEN- lo, a miracle! I saw Dr. Reardon. I'd begun to suspect he was dead! I then experienced deja vu as he repeated the same patter he rattled off the last time I saw him a year or two ago. He had absolutely no recollection of me so I was reduced to - hey he has a beard.
It used to be so quiet and adult to go there. Even though I saw kids coming in. Now it's like an open plan zoo. Waaay too much noise. Every discussion is public. It's like going to a dentist in an infomercial. Upselling is everywhere. I have come to hate this place after years of being a satisfied customer. What else could I expect from a place where you can feel the phrases "business plan" and "maximize return" hovering close by at all times.

I moved my family of 5 to this dentist a few years ago and couldn't be happier. They are always friendly, and explain everything they are doing. I have a 5 yr old and they are great with her, she actually likes going to the dentist now. I have not met one person there that hasn't been friendly and helpful. Lastly they are open about the charges of any work that may not be covered by insurance prior to having the work completed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a New dentist or a change.

What an incredible experience I had recently at Reardon Dental. After being diagnosed and told that I needed a root canal at another dentist, I gave Reardon a try.thank God I did! I was very fortunate to have Ashley as my hygenist.she is not your normal hygenist. She was Valedictorian of her class at dental school and knew way more than the normal hygenist.she is extraordinary and she helped me out immensely.
I didnt even get to tell her my issue with my specific tooth. With one look at my xray, she noticed something that three previous doctors missed. By simply cleaning the tooth and adding an antibiotic she cured a pain I had for three years! On top of her brilliance, her personality is amazing and goes into depth to explain everything about the proceedure.
I hate tooth pain, who doesn't? She was incredibly bright, smart, fun and nice. I told her she is probably the closest thing to God that I will ever meet. Amazing diagnosis and ability! Her professionalism and expertise is off the charts.
