LOTS OF ISSUES. The doctor has tried to work on my teeth without gloves in the past, he uses profanity while working on your teeth around both adults and children, he talks poorly about his staff, and isn't very gentle. Also, I recently moved in May of 2018 - I had called and updated my address with his front office staff in May and was told it was "taken care of" then in August I received a bill and a letter implying that I was withholding payment due to not being satisfied with the care he provided and if that was the case I need to call him so we can discuss it.
The letter was also threatening to drop me as a patient and to hurt my credit rating when I had called to update my address the WEEK I moved and his office failed to update the address. After all my past issues with the office I called to have my records transferred upon giving them my name and information the receptionist read me the WRONG address which I had previously changed.
I informed her that it was the wrong address and I had called in the correct address in May and I don't know why it wasn't changed. The receptionist then replied "Well, that's probably why you haven't been receiving the bills we've sent you and you haven't paid your bill" to which I replied "I just got my first bill from you in the mail because the post office forwarded it, don't worry your check is in the mail" then the receptionist informed me that they "Don't transfer records to other offices" Absolutely ridiculous!
