Pottstown Dental Professional - Robert Sansone

They abruptly cancelled my first appointment THAT morning which resulted in me juggling multiple appointments and my work to make their proposed appointment at a future date. At my follow-up appointment I was running an hour behind. I was told they'd need to cancel it and couldn't reschedule for weeks out since it was a whitening for my wedding. So basically I went out of my way to reschedule for them to make the initial appointment they could not honor but they were unwilling to do the same for being late for something I needed for my wedding. That's not customer service people.

I am so scared to go to the dentist because of past experience, the past dentist was rough and just didn't make you feel comfortable, but since I switched I love it. The dentist and staff are all so caring and nice! They are not rough and trying to use up your insurance or things not necessary.

Staff and dentist are amazing. Dr. Sansone and Dr. Davi always take care of you, attentive, take the time to answer any questions and really care about their patients. My husband had an emergency and Dr. Sansone called him back asap 6am, got him in and fixed his filling that came out. I had a tooth that was giving me issues for a few years before we moved here. Noone could figure it out. I had such anxiety going in to the dentist. Dr. Davi took alot of time and calmed me down, talked me through it and fixed the issue. I love this office. Amazing

Absolutely awesome experiences. Great office staff with follow ups and being always available when you call - super helpful with insurance. Really kind staff and assistants who have a ton of knowledge and can explain just as much as the doctors. State of the art systems and equipment but still as reasonable as the next dentist (maybe more so). I've unfortunately had every kind of dental procedure done here and they all went great, painless, and have lasted years.

Get this - one time I had an implant and Dr. Sansone called me after hours just to check I was doing well and gave me a number to call to reach him over the weekend.who does that?!. I've refered several people here and they all have had great experiences.

Always top shelf, all thru out worse of Covid-19 precautions were in place to keep me safe. I'm glad I found this dentist, his associates are a professional group.

I have such an irrational fear of dental care. Not any more! I've been a patient for years and have always been comfortable. Dr Sansone does an exemplary job and always makes me laugh.a bonus. From the first phone call to check out everyone is efficient and kind. I recently had an implant placed and am facing a second without hesitation. I highly recommend this office!

My hygienist, Amy, was amazing! She's so professional, welcoming, and handles all of her work with care. Plus, Dr. Sansone always provides an excellent exam and is so knowledgeable. Plus, he really cares about his patients, he goes out of his way to make a connection, to check on me, and to make me feel welcome. I had an excellent experience from the welcome from Laura to the cleaning. Great job to all involved!

Great group of people. Professional, personable and never question their recommendations where my teeth are concerned. Office is state of the art, clean and well organized. Dr. Robert Sansone and Dr. Jahnavi Dave are one of the best dentist I have had over 47 years.

I am always confident that my dental needs will be managed efficiently and properly. I trust the staff to take care of everything and have never felt rushed through. Everyone is patient and kind and very professional. The little details like the bird feeders, choice of music make the visit less stressful. Thank you everyone for all you do.

Dr. Sansone is the best dentist I (and my family) have ever had. Good bedside manor (chairside), top skills and all new technology needed to make things speedy and not dragged out and tells you all that he's doing and why and never forces you into something you don't want. He has great staff as well.

I love everything about this dental office. All of the front end staff and hygienists are very friendly and personable. Dr. Sansome always allows time for your questions and/or concerns. He gives his professional evaluation/recommendations, but does not pressure you in any way. Being a dental-shy person, I have finally found a dentist office that I am comfortable with. I now keep regularly scheduled appointments. I would recommend this dental office to anyone.

I have been a patient here for many years and have always been satisfied with the services. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Doctor Sansone Does a terrific job in fixing the problems I have with my teeth. I highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

My husband has been going to Dr. Sansone for many years, and always spoke very highly of him and his staff. I decided to give his office a try, and I am so glad I did. The staff is very friendly and professional. The initial check-up and cleaning were great, but they found a few cavities that needed to be filled. Dr. Dave filled my cavities and she was amazing! She was so gentle and caring. I have never had cavities filled with such a small amount of discomfort. I highly recommend this dental office!

I've never been able to match a good dentist with a qualified staff until I became a patient of Dr Sansone. He did major work for me and it went smooth as silk. I spend a lot of time there and never had a bad time. I couldn't recommend Dr Sansone more.

I'm a new patient. Left my previous dentist - needed an upgrade and change for several reasons. Best cleaning I ever had, ever. All members of his team are wonderful, upbeat and the office is top notch with modern equipment and full of brightness and life. I like it here. Dr. Sansone came to do the exam personally and personally welcomed me to the practice. I can't say enough. If you are looking for positive change, give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Dr. Sansone is all about the money. not the patients wellbeing. He shot me up with Novocaine to inject a medication into my tooth that was bothering me only to tell me he couldn't do anything for me when he found out I didn't have the cash at that time to pay for the procedure! He totally ignored me and sent his staff to tell me he couldn't help me out unless I paid the $60.

I left the office with a numb mouth and no work done! Pathetic. My daughter had a painful tooth which was examined by the other dentist in the practice. She did nothing for her and sent her home. That night she was in extreme pain. When I tried to reach Dr. Sansone that same night through his emergency line he never answered or returned my calls. The next day I was told by the office staff that he left his phone at the office the night before and that is why he didn't get back to me. Well, if you're on call then I would assume you would drive back to your office and get your phone!

Nevertheless we never received a call and when she was finally seen the tooth was abscessed! I would think twice before seeing this dentist; he is only there to get as much money out of you as possible and scam your insurance company. The staff and hygienists were very nice and great at their jobs. Kudos to them for their hard work. Also, three new dentists were in and out of the practice in the few years that we went there. Hmm, makes one wonder!

Great staff Dr sansone is by far the coolest dentist I know an I don't like the dentist but he makes being a patient well worth going. Him an his staff are very courteous an nice never a complaint I would recommend him to anybody including the scared ones.

Found this office because part of an old filling crumbled, but it wasn't causing any pain. The office scheduled me for an "emergency appointment" even though I didn't need one and didn't request it. I guess they can charge the insurance company more that way. After x-rays, the dentist said I had a cavity deep in one of my teeth. They keep digging and digging.

They gave me 7 shots and I could still feel the drill. And after it all, nearly a year later, I now have pain in that tooth where there never was pain before. I didn't come in with cavity pain, but I left with life long sensitivity to cold, heat, and sometimes it just aches for no reason. I should have saved my money because the pain can be unbearable and nothing can be done.

Two broken implants, much pain, errors upon errors, he wanted to keep digging but grew weary and had concerns about his ability to get it done. plus I need my jaw ( I'm funny about that ). after the second break began referring to mentor with a passion, maybe should have found his mentor and let him/her perform the work. out 4000 and no tooth.

My boyfriend urged me to try Dr. Sansone's office and I am so glad that I did! The facility is beautiful and clean. My name was called within a couple minutes of signing in and Rekia (sp?) kindly completed my ex-rays. Amy did a fabulous job of cleaning my teeth and explaining each step of the process. Dr. Sansone came in for the exam, and like the staff, he was incredibly friendly and professional. Very professional staff on all fronts, and I cannot recommend them enough.
