Our office is located in the Island Square building in the heart of historic downtown Mercer Island. We're between Tully's Coffee, Walgreens Pharmacy, and the North End QFC supermarket. We're also very close to the Mercer Island Park and Ride. Our office features the newest and best in dental technology.
Her assistant really knew her stuff as well, and not only do they explain everything they are doing, there is a mirror so you can see and get a better understanding of each step they take. Bova is without a doubt one of the best dentists around; she is a perfectionist and takes great care of her patients.

Dr. Bova and her staff are some of the best I have experienced in the field of dentistry. Everyone takes such special care and attention to the patient's needs and the office is immaculate, clean, and efficient. I never feel like I am being rushed and the staff patiently answers all my questions. Dr. Bova is a perfectionist when it comes to restorative services I needed like crowns and a new cap. I would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone.

The BEST dentist experience of my life, really! Dr Bova saw me as a first-time patient with an urgent tooth issue, and assessed and repaired it that day, with comfort and ease. Absolute best professionalism and friendly staff. Was able to schedule a regular exam the following day, and the hygenist and exam were wonderful, thorough, and comfortable. This is dental care that is a privilege to have!

I had my first appointment last week and was extremely happy with the professionalism at her office. Everyone was thoughtful, kind, and attentive. I appreciated how Dr. Bova quickly explained what she was about to do during the procedures that I had to have done. All of the equipment they were using was extremely up to date. Dr. Bova went out of her way to make sure there was time for me in her schedule.

I was so incredibly impressed with my whole experience at Dr. Bova's office. The office staff welcomed me in like I was family. My teeth have never felt so incredible after a cleaning! Great job, Piper! And Dr. Bova has gone above and beyond any dentist in the area helping me solve my jaw problem. Highly recommend!

Giving this practice five stars because of the office manager. Really think the below review is off base and I think it's ridiculous someone would switch practices because of the office manager hassled about payment. Clearly, you just need to pay your bills on time. I've never had any problems with any of the staff.

While I absolutely LOVE Dr. Bova and the hygenst, I am looking to switch practices. Her office manager Trish has been nothing but trouble. She has proved herself lazy and incompetent, and I've been trying to clean up after her for several years. Again, I adore Dr. Bova, who is nothing but nice, wonderful, and professional, and but Trish has made it so dealing with payment afterwards is nightmarish, and in this case, the negatives far outweigh the positives. It really is a shame.
