I have major dentist anxiety. My first visit at this office was so great! I came back for a crown feeling confident and relaxed. Melanie was so kind and helpful at easing my nerves and answering my questions. :

I've been a patient with Dr. Mann for 20 years since he had a small practice downtown in Cary. They take excellent care of me and my family, and they feel almost like family to us. I drive there from Chapel Hill now and I used to drive all the way from OBX because of the trust and confidence I have in him and his staff.

I am a relatively new patient at this practice, but wish I had found them years ago! This is the friendliest group of dental professionals I have ever been around. Felicia is definitely the best hygienist to ever work on my teeth, and Dr. Amyradakis is great! I highly recommend this practice!

I saw Erin and Dr. A today and enjoyed every minute of it. How often do you hear that about a trip to the dentist? Everyone I met was so hospitable and kind. Their tech was unlike I had ever seen before, including 3D imaging of teeth and oral cancer screening tools. Their chairs were extremely comfortable; I could have easily fallen asleep. With other practices in the past, I've become so used to waiting in the chair for up to an hour until someone had time to quickly clean my teeth.

That was not the case here. There was no wait at all. Erin was with me the whole time and was an absolute delight to spend the hour with. She was funny, patient, and answered all my questions thoroughly. She and this practice came highly recommended and I'm so glad I listened. I will absolutely be returning in 6 months!

I have been a patient of Dr. Mann's for many years. Everyone in his office is extremely welcoming and very professional. The best part is that as the years pass, the office stays up to date on new procedures and technology. I can honestly say our family has found the best dental practice in the area!

This dentist has the most kind, hardworking, incredible people working there that I have ever met. When I go to get my teeth cleaned or any other work done they are fast, professional, and make me feel as though I am family. The patient treatment coordinator's are also two of the sweetest women I have ever met. This dentist has some of the most modern technology too. I would 10/10 recommend this practice to anyone looking for a family oriented dentist that will always put the needs of their patients before the needs of themselves.

Dr. Mann and his staff are wonderful with my special needs son. We have been going there for years and they have put him at ease so now we have no fear or anxiety going to the dentist. I highly recommend Ms. Erin as a dental hygienist. She is personable, professional and works very well with my son who has Autism! And I go there, too. Great dental team! Highly recommended!

Dr. Mann's entire office is amazing! I have a lot of anxiety over going to the dentist and Erin and the dentists are always wonderful. They explain all procedures completely and always answer all of my questions. They go above and beyond to always make me feel comfortable. There is no dental office like them in this area and I always recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation!

This is a great dental office! They are very thorough and suggest the best options to ensure your teeth and gums stay healthy. My gums have improved tremendously since I began coming to this office over a year ago. Felicia is an effective, patient hygienist who cares about her patients. Everyone in the office is nice, friendly, and professional, so they provide great customer service as well. I would totally recommend this office to anyone!

Stay. Away. From. This. Practice. OR: If you want to be double-billed, have unnecessary procedures done, then "Hey! This is your dental practice!" Please do yourself (and your bank account) a favor and stay away. ALSO, I want to state: Do NOT let whatever rebuttal(s) the office may list below, such as "We're sorry, or the ever-popular: We don't have a record of you as a patient. blah, blah, blah.

My husband was just billed over THREE THOUSAND dollars for a crown that did NOT need re-doing, since our previous dentist in Michigan had done a fine job ONLY ONE YEAR AGO. Now, in hindsight, we realize that this dentist is simply (Yes, I'm going there): a money-hungry SCAMMER. In all our years of moving around the country and having several excellent dentists, we have NEVER encountered ANY sort of billing issues and problems until dealing with the office of Charles Ashley Mann.

When we provided all documented PROOF that we did not in fact owe them the extra ONE THOUSAND dollars they are billing us for, they INSISTED that we pay the FRAUDULENT bill or they would send it to collection. They would not even think about making a payment arrangement with us. I have documented PROOF that we do NOT owe them ONE THOUSAND ADDITIONAL dollars.

And yet, they are forcing us to pay. Needless to say, my husband will not be returning to this practice. ESPECIALLY when there are so many other excellent dentists in Cary that will NOT be over-billing us in a fraudulent manner. Caveat Emptor! These negative reviews are TRUE! I only wish we had paid attention to them BEFORE we got scammed.

Dr. Ashley Mann is untrustworthy, unprofessional, and incompetent. I absolutely do not recommend him or his practice in any location. I have not received treatment from his associates, but I assume anyone who would choose to be affiliated with Dr. Mann is either very similar to him or condones his behavior. While he does have a doctorate, I would never consider him a "doctor" or any type of health care provider.

Through his general ignorance of medicine and lack of ethics, I can only assume he did not make the best grades in school. Anyone who has had a similar experience might want to consider filing a complaint with his licensing board.

Disclaimer: I am not a fan of dentist and I'm probably the worse patient they have. However, Dr Daniel Amyradakis and staff are my favorite to see. They really took the extra time and energy to put me at ease. They were very compassionate and understanding of my horrible anxiety I have with seeing dentists. I was pleasantly surprised to learn of all the many tools they have to get me through the procedures I need to endure. I'm still not excited to go back, but this office is the only one I'm willing to go to.

The staff was super nice and helpful. I did not have a bad experience overall. I just want to put a warning out there. I was told I needed over $7,000 of dental work after my first visit and x-rays. I went for a second opinion at the family dentist my husband goes to and I really only needed about $1000 worth of work. It was very upsetting that they were willing to mislead me in such a way. Always get a second opinion.

I called with an emergency dental issue on Monday morning to which I was told to make my way over there straight away. Sarah, Carmen and Shannon and Liz made me feel so much better that they would help. Dr Mann, got right to work and they took X rays and built a crown while I waited. 1 day and back to work with no pain. I am so so grateful and would recommend them 100%. Thanks so much! The whole team was lovely!

This dentistry is friendly, professional, experienced, and very cool about you being late to a 7:00 AM appointment. They helped me to reduce the amount of cavities I have, too. I recommend their services.

After a decade i am sad to say my happiness has slid way downhill. Over the last year, my hygienist left that really made this the perfect place for me however i feel its become more of a racket and about the upsell rather that ME the individual. Silky example but i signed my husband and i up years ago for a whitening Program. You pay an up front fee and as long as u come religiously every 6 months they reup your bleach whitening paste.

It comes in a five pack of syringe type things. made sense. this would last between visits and then u get a refill. my husband came in recent and they only gave him 1 of the 5 syringes, i came in today expecting to get mine too and questioned why he only got one of the five because i wanted to get it right for him and me. Then it kinda turned into a bit of an argument over who had been doing it longer and who knew the rules. then i was told i could buy the rest for $49 and that i only paid a small fee in the first place when i joined. seriously?

In our years of coming we've spent thousands and this was the one thing since our hygienist left that was still a bright spot for us making the near 30 minute drive just to come here. Then i was told our hygienist who was ALWAYS on the up and up was probably just doing us a favor. this was not only frustrating but untrue seeing how the hygienist that saw me last time was new to me and gave me a full five pack then! Further i was told id only get 1 syringe annually and not at each visit which i and husband have gotten consistently every 6 months for the last few years!

Great staff and state of the art equipment. I have been going to Dr. Mann for years and they keep my teeth and gums in great shape. Makes going to the dentist not the dreaded ordeal it has been with other practices.

I just can't say enough about this Dental Practice! For over five years, I have seen Dr. Dolffi for my oral health, and I am always confident in the level of care I receive. The Hygienists are skilled and knowledgeable, and I never experience unpleasant or painful cleanings. The office staff are kind and welcoming! The practice environment has the feeling of an upscale spa.

In addition they care for my entire family. Dr. Dolffi is an expert practitioner, and always makes me feel at ease with any procedure. Thank you for caring for my entire family!

I have been going to Dr. Mann and Dr. Dolfi for the past ten years and I am always pleased with the service I receive! The dentists are very nice, and I don't ever feel as though they are rushing me out of there. I enjoy seeing my regular dental hygienist every 6 months and all of the people in the office are very kind. I have had at least two dozen cleanings, two cavities filled, and had just a bit of cosmetic dentistry done in this office. I recommend them to anyone in the RDU area.

I was happy to discover Dr. Mann's office several years ago. Dr. Mann, Dr. Dolfi, and all of the staff are super friendly. The doctors and hygienists have done an excellent job keeping my teeth in the best shape possible. They keep up with the latest technology so they can offer the most options. I also want to say how this office "pays it forward" with many charitable fundraisers during the year, e.g. toy and food drives.

I have to say that I was not overly happy with my visit. I wanted to use someone local. They ran late getting me in and once they did the hygienist did not finish cleaning my teeth and asked me to come back for a second visit in a few weeks. The way I look at this I paid him for a cleaning and I should not have to come back in three weeks and pay them for a secondary cleaning that should have been done on the first visit. It's really not my problem that they were running behind schedule and just because I was a new patient didn't plan on enough time to clean my teeth.

Local dentist Dr. Mann has always provided exceptional service for my entire family. The staff is friendly and compassionate trained to educate you on flossing methods and hygiene tips to promote healthy teeth. Only the services you need are provided and gives many options for cosmetic dentistry as well. We can't imagine using anyone else!

I love Dr. Mann & his friendly office staff. They are the best value I have found in Cary, they will never try to sell you on things you don't need for your teeth. I also love how they keep in touch with their clients via facebook and social media. :

I just saw Dr Mann to get a root canal. He has not been my regular dentist. No one likes getting a root canal but the experience at Dr Mann's was as good as one could be expected. Dr. Mann is a great guy and my hygienist really had a great personality. I got to see an x ray after the job was done and everything was explained. The office is very comfortable. Dr Mann has a regular practice too.

Great local dentist office in the area. Dr. Dolfi has ben taking care of my teeth for the last few years and has re-energized me in my oral health. I mean I have actually grown to enjoy flossing. I'm currently going through the 6-Month Smiles program to align the visible teeth of adults. It's a pain in the butt but this office has done a great job of supporting me through the hassle!
