The front desk/ receptionist / office manager is horribly unfriendly, nasty and unwelcoming. There is a sign on the door telling you what you are not allowed to discuss in the office. We sent out records and she denied receiving them-When I asked her on the phone later, she hung up on me. Obviously, they don't want new patients. We thankfully found a wonderful dentist elsewhere in Sequim. She is obviously in the wrong profession! Avoid this dentist!

I cannot say enough about how amazing the crew at Dungeness Dental is. Dr. Turella, her assistant, Patricia, and Nicole have been terrific. Their professionalism, kindness, persistence, and candor have made going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend their practice to anyone looking for a good dentist.

Dr. Kirsti Turella was highly recommended to me by a now retired dentist, a former colleague of hers. He highly praised her skill and dedication to producing top quality dentures and partials, in addition to her general dentistry skills. I presented her with a challenging project to engineer a lower partial dealing with multiple missing teeth and problem anchorage.

After experiencing over 80 years of presumably competent dentists, I can speak with some level of authority regarding their compassion, dedication, expertise, overall professionalism, and the quality of the support personnel in their practice. I've used many dentists in my 70 years and I have never been as impressed as I am with Travis Johnson. He is a conservative dentist; fast, efficient and virtually pain-free. I didn't even have any pain from the place where he put in the Novocaine. My 3-surface filling is smooth on all edges and he made sure the bite was perfect before he finished. All of the staff I dealt with were exception as well. Highly recommended.

I have experience working in the dental field, so I know a good dentist when I see one. Dr Johnson is skilled and also works quickly. I am so very pleased with his work. I adore his staff. They are all just so very lovely. I have complete confidence in this office and have no reservations in recommending Dungeness Dental!

I got in the same day I called and I was a new client everybody visit very gracious from the receptionist to the assistant the doctor was great took care of my problem temporarily so that I could eat again and I'm getting my problem fixed within the week I couldn't ask anymore and I can't wait to go back and see them again

Excellent service. Did not feel the shots whatsoever. Im a white knuckle patient and my front root canal procedure was simply an amazing pain free procedure. I felt nothing. Dr. Johnson has completely changed my fear of going to the dentist.

Ive found everyone at Dungeness Dental to be very kind, caring & compassionate. I have severe anxiety about seeing a dentist & everyone there has been understanding of my issues & made sure that I'm comfortable with everything being done. Dr Johnson explains what he's doing, listens to his patients & is very considerate of those of us with dentophobia. Prices are reasonable & he doesn't push unnecessary procedures. I couldn't ask for a better dentist. Highly recommend.

I wish I had a better experience here. There was a dental assistant that was incredibly rude. Which is unfortunate because the dentist was nice and very professional. A little bit of advice for that assistant. When people are in pain in a dentist office, sometimes a little compassion can work wonders. Not an abrupt attitude that makes a patient not feel welcome. Because I did not.
