AMAZING staff. I had a horrible experience at Aspen, came here to have it fixed, and they did so beautifully. They listened to me, gave me options, respected my anxiety, and made me feel more comfortable and safe than any other dentist.

Chose this dentist office because of such great reviews. Had the female dentist do some fillings, & she did an horrible job. Now my bite isn't the same, & I'm still in pain with the teeth that she did the fillings on. I canceled all my future appointments & went to a different dentist office.

Great experience at Dr. Smith's Dental Office. It was my first time having my teeth cleaned at their office, and everyone was great. I recommend Dr. Smith's Dental Office for any type of dental work. My whole family are well pleased with their work.

I had an appointment at 3 for a filling and left the office at 3:15 with the procedure completed. Super friendly, knowledgeable staff with total regard for their patient's time makes this thee best dental office around! I'd give more stars if I could!

It was our family's first visit and I couldn't have been more satisfied with how much care they had in cleaning our teeth. Also, it was my 2 year Olds first visit and they did a great job helping her enjoy it. Very family oriented business

I was experiencing some aching in my back left tooth. I'm pleased I did not need a filling. Dr Smith was very thorough, X-rays and testing the tooth. It did have a small crack in back side of but the root and tooth were fine. He stated the problem was probably an adjustment in my bite. This was a simple adjustment and seemed to take care of my issue. I'm pleased that he did not take an aggressive approach and I was certainly willing to take this approach first. And I am very thankful they got me in quickly!

Dr. Michael has been my dentist for number of years now. He would recommend and suggest in what to do if you have tooth problems. He referred me to a endodontics for a 3D x-ray and what's nice about it is because I didn't get charged for it. It was an old tooth problem that the previous dentist had worked on. The staff here are superb and will treat you nicely.

I can not RAVE about these guys enough because hands down they really are the BEST dentist office around! My fam and I have been with them for afew years now and I won't be leaving anytime soon. Private setting, not like corporate which makes a big difference! They truly care about the patient first amd that's what's most important. From my first appt until this day I never feel pressured to have things done that aren't necessary and that's what I love most about them. Kind, friendly, caring and clean atmosphere. I absolutely love them and appreciate each and everyone of them!

This dental office was amazingly supportive of my high anxiety about dental work. I had an abscess and needed a tooth removed. They got me through the process in the most calm manner and were nothing but understanding and compassionate toward my overreactions. It was exactly the type of support I needed to gain enough trust to go back for future dental work. I am incredibly appreciative of the professionalism and kindness of the entire staff.

I have had to have a few emergency visits due to having two boys. They always find a time to get them in promptly. Everyone here is very friendly and kindhearted. They do a great job in everything they do. I also love supporting businesses in downtown Belleville. Keep it local!

This dentist office does great work. It felt great getting my teeth cleaned after this plandemic, two years waiting. He also capped a few teeth that were chipped from a car hitting me. I have no complaints & hold them in high regards!

I was having some serious tooth pain. I called in and the office got me in the same day. Dr Smith did a great job diagnosing the issue. Because of this it saved me from being sent out for a root canal that wouldn't have helped me. He had advanced diagnostic tools. He summarized what he thought what the issue was and my options. His great explanation made it an easy decision.

He took care of the problem that same appointment by pulling the tooth. When he finished pulling it I didn't even realize he pulled it. I really appreciate Dr Smith helping me and relieving my pain. It was an answer to my prayer. My family and I have been going to Dr Smith since he started his practice.

I had a bad experience years ago at another dentist, so I'm always hesitant when I go. However, the staff and doctors at Dr Smith's office are always professional, courteous and they have put my mind at ease. I can still be a white knuckle patient at times, but I have complete faith in the services provided by Dr Smith and his staff.

I would never return to this office. When I first went to this office to get a cleaning and a treatment plan it was around $650.00 now they broke it down into different appointments they telling me it's over a $1,000.00. Also just left their office from 4 filling and a deep clean and in so much pain. I call to see if they send me some meds for pain and they no sorry just take some tynenol and try to stick out for the next couple of weeks.

If you have a tooth infection or need any dental work that requires pain meds at this dentist office they will not give you nothing and please pay attention to your billing. They will never get my service ever again.
