Dr Peter Masci and his staff are truly professional. They are concerned about every aspect of your oral health. The office is very clean and they go beyond the CDC protocol to prevent the transfer or spread of disease. Especially Covid 19. You are Welcomed on arrival as if you were a personal friend. And when you leave you are thanked for coming. There is no other Dental office to go to.

Dr Hale is one of the most chauvinistic persons I've ever met. He talks down to the women in his practice and tries to make them cry. According to a few employees he has succeeded in doing so. I personally received a taste of it when I had a failed root canal that he didn't want to make good on or fix due to him not making money on the procedure. He's obnoxious and rude to say the least. I'm suprisedi he is still in business.

I cant thank Dr. Masci and his amazing staff enough for all their kindness, compassion and hard work. From routine cleanings and fillings to just a few months ago when I was involved in a horrific bicycle accident, which resulted in damaging my two front teeth. As you could imagine, the pain, discomfort and embarrassment I felt after loosing more than half of my front teeth Dr. Masci and his team were there to help me every step of the way.

He did such an incredible job restoring my teeth that no one to this day has noticed that they experienced any trauma. They are truly the reason that I am able to smile. 5 stars is simply not enough to describe my experience. I am forever grateful and would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I've been a patient of Masci & Hale for 12 years! They are by far, the best dental practice in the Hudson Valley. From cleanings to fillings, to root canals, and more, Masci & Hale are the best at what they do. Their professionalism stands out more than anything. The quality of their work is top-notch. Their staff is made up of some of the nicest people you will ever meet in your life. If you need any work done on your teeth, you won't find a better place than this one!

I am a older gentleman who has had just about every type procedure done over my lifetime. From the friendly greetings to the impressive smart offices with the latest tech I was so impressed with the professionalism yet compassionate care and attention given me. I have always dreaded going in past not out of fear but the feeling I was stepping into a time share sales pitch.

Not so here no hard sell of products. But a dentist is only as good as the people behind the masks and the Doctors all exceeded with their knowledge and time spent explaining what was happening. The front staff also very efficient and on top of everything. I cannot say enough good things about this practice if this was based on 10 it would be 10 of 10. Thanks guys

Been going here from when I was a kid for simple cleanings to Invisalign as a teen and still going now. I live in NYC now and will make the trip up for them. Drs. Masci and Hale are extremely trustworthy and have never had a bad experience. These people are like family. Awesome new office, the expansion was necessary because with an office with this amazing of a reputation and work, can only imagine how many people are calling to book appointments everyday.

Friendly staff who makes sure you are informed and show they really care. Weighing options is important when looking for new doctors but this office needs to be at the top of your list.

I have been going to Masci & Hale for over ten years and I would never consider going anywhere else. The entire staff is kind, knowledgeable, thorough, flexible and treats their client's like family. I had cosmetic dentistry done 8 years ago, including veneers, and it is the most complimented aspect of my life. A great smile changes everything! I am so glad my children get to come here and see Dr. Wilson. She has been wonderful. I recommend this practice to everyone. Thank you all again!

The warm and friendly treatment I received at Masci and Hale was amazing! I am still telling all my friends about the wonderful office and experience I had. What considerate staff and knowledgable doctor(Masci)! I went in with an emergency, and came out with a smile! First pleasant dentist visit in years!

I am Erika, but I am using my husbands gmail. I have been with Dr. Hale since 2009. I had extensive dental work done (caps) so I could smile again. He did a super job and I had no problems. I can eat anything, like nuts, apples etc. Cathy, my dental hygienist, always does a great job and is very caring and personable. The entire staff is just great.

Now finally, this past Friday, while chewing gum, one of my caps came off. It absolutely scared me, and I wanted it attended to the same day. When I called the office, I was told, that Dr. Hale was off, but I could get an appointment with Dr. Wilson. Well, it turned out she was terrific and fixed the tooth in no time without any discomfort. What a lovely and competent dentist she is. I would 100 % recommend this office. I had a tremendous fear of the dentist and spent 5 years avoiding that interaction. After a family member went to try out Masci & Hale, he returned home to report the ease of the experience and convinced me to go. I was prepared for the worst! I have a very small mouth for an adult and obviously knew the cleaning process would be challenging as I had let so much time pass from my previous cleaning, years before.

The office staff was so welcoming and kind! Dr. Spadola was AMAZING. She and her assistant Kaylie was so incredibly nice and comforting. They made me feel at ease and took their time ensuring that I had the best possible experience. I had a cavity to be filled (I went the next day) and Dr. Spadola did whatever it took to make me comfortable, it was so greatly appreciated.

I will definitely be back every 6 months for a cleaning and no longer have a fear of the dentist! I HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone.those who love the dentist, are slightly skeptical or those who were like me; downright afraid of the dentist! They are wonderful!
