Dr Chris and his staff are phenomenal. They move quickly, are comforting and kind. My 6yo was very nervous for her procedure there before it began but felt completely at ease during it. I can not say enough great things about the incredible job they did!

My oldest has gone here 14 years and has perfect teeth never had a cavity. He's had a baby tooth removed before. They're great. And not to mention the beautiful office they have with amazing artwork. My 10 year old goes here too and has needed more work than my 14 on his baby teeth. Glad his adult teeth are coming in. Hopefully healthier than his baby teeth.

This dental office is by far the best. Thank you to all the dental assistants and dentists for making my children feel comfortable and cared for. You have helped my children go from traumatized of the dentist to being calm and for this mama that is huge Thank you for all you do!

My child's 1st time to this dentist office. Amazing experience, definitely our new dental home. The front desk was kind and helpful. My 7 year old had his cleaning and Dr. Brian Park explained to me in detail the pro's and con's of his tooth problems with the x-rays. Dr. Brian provided great care and made my child feel very comfortable during the extraction. He explained in a fun way what will happen next. Great office and staff!

I cannot say anything bad about this place! My daughter loves all of the doctors. They are always friendly to us and get us in and out very fast. I don't give a 5 star because am sure no place is completely perfect but I will always recommend them

I switched from another local pediatric dentist to this office and the experience has been awesome. The facility is state of the art, bright and clean. The staff is so helpful and just lovely to interact with. I'm so glad we changed dentists for my girl.

My 2yr old son sees Dr. Sani and hygienist Ashley! They are so sweet to my toddler and made him feel so happy and comfortable at his appointments. The office is absolutely stunning! The huge 3d life-size jungle animals are so fun and are so impressive looking! Thy office is so clean and the staff is so professional. I can't say enough got things about this practice!

The hygienists and dentist are all so sweet and great with children. The set up with a working TV screen with Disney+ makes it much more relaxing of situation and makes the dentist a not so scary place. To the point my 3.5 year old even loves to floss his own teeth!

This place is amazing. My 3 year old has been going to this office for a year, and my one year old started going there today. Both of my children love the office. The amazing life sized child-like friendly faced animal decor, the office lay out, and the staff. just wonderful. The dentist and staff are super well mannered and have patience for younger patients.

The front desk person was super kind too. Thank you all for making my childrens' experience great every time, and for making taking my children to the dentist easier for the adult.

Amazing place! Had an appt at 2pm And was out by 2:15! And they did amazing with comforting my nervous toddler!

Reminded me of a rainforest cafe! The staff was so kind and patient with my girl who really doesn't like the dentist. Thanks so much for your help

We have been going to this practice for about 7 years now and my girls love it. They are actually excited to go to the dentist! Super kid friendly with all the cool animals everywhere. You feel like you are in the jungle. I highly recommend this place. The staff is so friendly and inviting. I will be going here for many years to come.

Awesome dental awesome for children! Very kind and compassionate to the children! The waiting room is designed really cool! They have arcade games the kids can play, but due to covid-19 they can't play with them Right now. my daughter loves going here for her dental visits and always gets a goodie bag with a tooth brush tooth paste and flossers Highly recommend for everyone's children!

We had the best time at Pediatric Dental Group of New York, the Albany office. We walked in and were welcomed right away plus my son loved the Noah's Ark theme. I knew we belonged here. It was our first appointment and they made sure my toddler and baby felt safe and happy there. It was a great first experience and my son is looking forward to going again and so am I! I'm so happy!

My granddaughters experience with this pediatric dentist has been nothing but complete incompetence! We wait 3-4 months for every appointment! And she had an appointment since July for 10/29 and they canceled her for another 3-4 months because they had her scheduled for 26th but our paperwork says 29th! They are far over priced to begin with and wouldn't pull baby teeth that had permanent teeth completely grown in behind the baby teeth!

They waited 4 months and then pulled them after the skin grew around them! I Do Not Recommend Them! Even if your child was in pain they wouldn't help them, that has been clearly shown by their staff

Thank you so much to the entire group at Pediatric Dental Group of New York for gently and carefully removing my daughter's baby tooth that just kept holding on! we all know too well how nervous kids get at the dentist and you go out of your way to make her and me as a parent feel comfortable with your mannerisms and knowledge. EVERY SINGLE TIME is a pleasure at your office from the office staff to the hygienists to the dentists! I couldn't be happier to have my daughter as your patient!

Everyone there is super friendly. the atmosphere is very calm, and very clean. the art on the walls is beautifully distracting for kids like mine already anxious about the visit

On vacation, my 3 year old daughter fell on her face and tore up her gums and front teeth. I was sent to see Dr. Danny. When I got there, it was clear that I was visibility upset. Everyone there was extremely kind and understanding. A few minutes later the doctor arrived. I was afraid that my daughter wouldn't take well to him, but he too was super kind. This place and the staff all blew me away. There should be more people like this in the world.

I highly doubt you can find a better dentist to bring your kid/kids to. EVERYONE is extremely nice and how they all treat the kids is AMAZING. I've never heard OR seen a kid cry or feel uncomfortable here NEVER. Its So pretty inside and always very very clean my son been going here since he was about 4 or 5 yrs old he's 14 now.

Dr. Sani and his staff are amazing. They make my boys feel comfortable and confident and their dental needs. His calming presence makes each visit a pleasure.

We found this practice being convenient to our home. That's where it ended! Our young children RARELY have soda or sugary drinks and brush twice a day and floss regularly under supervision. Dr. Sani rudely told me " you need to stop giving them soda" during an exam. He was rude and argumentative at best. I explained politely to him that was not the case; he continued to say they must drink soda!

None of our three children have ever had a cavity or had the need for any cleaning beyond the normal six month exam. His staff seemed embarrassed by his confrontational words and politely dismissed his actions. We moved to a pediatric dentist in Clifton Park and that's worth the 30 minute drive not to be demeaned or spoken to like that by a "professional".

We had a referral for our grandson for molar work he needed, they told us one thing and did another! He had to be out totally under, he wasn't! We were told they wouldn't do anything until he was out from the meds he drank he was awake and remembers the IV! We were told they wouldn't take him until he was out he was awake! We were told we'd be. brought back as soon as they were done before he woke up I was taken back to hear him screaming see him clinging to the railing soaked and the bed he was sitting in all pee!

The nurse had put him in girls underwear because she had a diaper for a baby it was too small he's 4! She then asked me to give him back to her so she can get him dressed NO! I.

This is absolutely the best Dentist I have ever been to. Dr Allison and Dr Sani are amazing! My daughter had to go in twice for multiple teeth pulled and both couldnt be more gentle and informative, excellent bed side manner! Even though the entire staff is phemonial from the moment you walk in the door, Theresa the Drs assistant went above and beyond to help us with the next steps in my girls oral care.

I didnt even mention how awesome their office is from the photo booth to video games and theater! I an so glad to have found this office, I would take my girls anywhere else! I highly recommend!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE! I took my 3 children to this practice for years. It was very convenient and the staff were friendly, efficient. HOWEVER, once 2 of my children needed fillings we have had nothing but problems. Both children needed to have the fillings redone, and STILL had problems. The dentist acted inconvenienced and annoyed by my daughter's insistence that she was having pain in the filled tooth.

I ended up moving my children to a different practice, but the damage was done. My daughter now needs a root canal because the filling was not done properly and she developed a terrible infection under the filling.

A 9 year old boy had bad reaction of versed and he become Bileregnt and scared and they put him in straight jacket and waited for us to come and get him after they took him out of the straight jacket he could not walk, Falling down and scared. touching at his face saying his tooth was hurting him the nucanoe did not work and he was in lot of pain. Dentist office said other kids had bad recreation and this boy was the worst. putting a kid in straight jacket because the nucanoe is not working and he is in lot of pain is very uncalled for.
