New and current patients must complete all necessary documentation before their appointment. Your treatment plan will include a description of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. I love Valhalla Dental. Dr Turner and her staff are great at what they do- they are friendly, knowledgeable, explain everything well, and of course just fantastic at what they do. A common misconception is that a root canal is a painful procedure. Actually, root canals are similar to having a cavity filled, producing minimal pain.

AWFUL! As a new patient I was treated very poorly and they made numerous mistakes with referrals and insurance. They are highly unprofessional, they even argued with me and emphasized that somehow their mistakes were my fault. I'm actually a very courteous person and I'm smart enough to understand insurance and referrals, so I can't understand how they made errors.
Furthermore my teeth still hurt. I'm very surprised by all the good reviews. AVOID! Update: to the reply from owner: I believe your staff could have provided good service at the time that I needed help as your patient. What do you want me to call you back for? So I can be treated rudely again? So I can make all the phone calls to insurance and other clinics to fix the errors made by your office?
Even the insurance company was on my side and the other practice I visited said your office was very wrong. Also it's very notable that you are here reading reviews, meanwhile you don't have the time or priority to assist your patient, all while your staff was made known that my teeth still hurt.

My dental hygienist, Juan, gave me the BEST, most thorough cleaning I have ever had. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Clearly a very experienced and competent hygienist. I will be requesting Juan for all of my cleanings going forward. Juan is a valuable asset to Valhalla dental and they are fortunate to have such a knowledgeable, clinically competent hygienist.
