Always an issue. Always a cancellation. They have ur room door open other patients sitting by door while ur back is to doorway ur laying down in tiny room and other patients listening in your business looking in your mouth seeing work get done. They harass ur phone to confirm appointments. Old dentist that left stabbed my lip w needle because of tremors.
Now there's a new one that's nice but never can explain in detail what's going on or stay on track always off to the next thing they say one thing and plan another with your insurance. 2 visits already and a malfunction with both those days mouth work.every appointment is 2 weeks to a month away even if you are in pain. These people only have one dentist and have the whole poughkeepsie NY on appointments. I need a new dentist.

This is my first experience with Tru dental so I start with a five rating. On my next visit I will update this review. EMERGENCY VISIT: Broken tooth and pain. Location: in the Medical Arts Pavillion adjacent to Mid Hudson Regional Hospital with garage parking a few meters away. GREETING: Friendly and pleasant. Waiting room: COVID setup with every other chair turned. MASK REQUIRED despite vaccination status. ( A plus for me) WAIT TIME: My appointment was on schedule.
Very impressed with that. TIP: Arrive 15-20 minutes earlier to complete new patient documents. CLEANLINESS: Sanitizer available but active cleaning was a bit lacking. I would have gladly wiped the chair I had occupied if paper towels were made available. This was a bit disappointing. CARE: XRAY tech was friendly and efficient as was the dental ass. DENTIST: Dr Anthony was very professional and pleasant. He made a recommendation for treatment. I will update the review in a couple of weeks.
