Fishhawk Family Dental

Scheduled a dental checkup appointment for my whole family six months ago. We confirmed the appointment times earlier today as requested. The office calls us later in the day and tries to reschedule because they are unable to see us at the time we booked six months ago. What a poor experience. We are extremely disappointed. We decided to take our dental needs somewhere else.

Front of house lady with the super curly hair is rude. I mixed up appointment times but was less than 11 mins late (per policy) and she gave me the most attitude and treated me like a child. The other woman who checked me out of my appointment was nice and so were my awesome dentist and hygienist. Front of house lady needs to get it in check fr.

Receptionist is horrible. Lady at the front desk was very rude. We were return costumer since Covid and insurance changed. Simple question was answered with attitude. What was wrong? Very disappointed. Going to different dental across the street. Thanks!

Zero stars. Called to reschedule an appointment and update a change in insurance, they told me to call back the next day and leave a message detailing the change in insurance. They never called me back and I assumed my insurance was taken there and when I went in to my appointment I was told my insurance was not covered, even though I called the day before to get it verified. Huge waste of time. Reception was a nightmare.

Dr Judson goes above and beyond for my handicapped grandmother. Grateful for such an accommodating and helpful dentist!

I was a new patient and Dr Guerra, new to the practice, took care of me. She is an excellent communicator and very gentle. I hardly felt the shots to numb my mouth in preparation for my fillings --and didn't experience any pain with those as well. The staff is professional and very pleasant. I recommend the FishHawk practice and especially Dr Guerra.

I'm very happy to write this review! I have never had a better experience at the dentist. Sunny cleaned my teeth today and let me tell you, she is terrific. Other dentist used to hack at my gums, but not Sunny, she took the time to clean my teeth the right way. I had gone to General Expressions in the past and boy am I glad I made the switch. General Expressions told me that I was going to need deep cleans for the rest of my life.

It seemed like a drastic scare tactic to me. Not FishHawk Family Dental - that said I just need to come for cleanings every six months - as is typically recommended - and everything will be fine! Best experience ever! Thank you for cleaning my teeth today Sunny!

I have nothing less than great experiences with this practice. Going to the Dentists is not fun and they do a great job making you feel comfortable. The Dr. was able to numb my face only by the tooth they fixed and i didn't feel like my lips or cheeks were 10 times bigger than normal. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a dentist that has friendly staff and top rate dentists. This is the place for you! I've been a patient here since 2013 and never had a bad experience. They take wonderful care of my girls and they have no apprehension to going to the dentist. The best part at the end of the visit is getting something out of yellow "candy" machine.

I'm surprised at the negative reviews because I LOVE this place. Dr. Damian and Kelly the hygienist are absolutely awesome. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else - and I've had some pretty bad dental experiences in my past. I've never had a problem reaching someone on the phone, and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes - they've always taken me on time. They are all young, smart, hip and pleasant to be around, even though drilling and scraping are not anything I would consider pleasant!
