When I got my root canal done, the dentist always asked if I needed anything and if I was in pain gave additional novacaine.

I've been going to TCD for over 20 years. The staff is friendly and the care they afford you is one of the best I've experienced. On today's visit though, they had too many music/noise sources going on in the waiting area and I found it annoying. A small thing I know, but the last thing you want when you visit the dentist is something that irritates or causes stress.

All in all, a great place. UPDATE: I went for a cleaning recently and everything went great. No annoying music or noise. I arrived a little early and was taken right away. My hygienist, Cindy, was excellent as always and the dentist came promptly to review things. Great experience!

I went today wisdom teeth way better experience than most dentists I got oral sedation much cheaper than IV sedation I didn't think it would work 30 minutes later they turned the NOS up can you feel this or whatever poking around my gums really the whole time they were giving me the shots and I didn't even know so it made me have way less anxiety basically. I was at Disney world I don't even remember what happened I feel like I went here and left with a good nights sleep

Love going there. The dentist, hygienist, and receptionist are so welcoming! FYI. It's easy to get lost your first time. Find main big entrance (by mini pharmacy), go up the stairs, then to the right once your inside to find the dentistry.

Recall as child being terribly fearful of getting dental work done. Oh my, how I dreaded dental appointments. In retrospect, as an adult, suspect much of my dread was based on a fear of the unknown. While modern dentistry has improved much in the areas of pain reduction & management, many, if not most, view visits to dentists as significantly unpleasant.

But as a "necessary evil", so to speak. As good dental care dramatically improves the quality of life (versus the alternative). Never would I have imagined as a youngster, that my future self might come to view dental visits as pleasant, overall. How can this be? How can a visit to the dentist be a net positive experience, overall? My conclusion is that extremely pleasant dental office staff can more than make up for the minor unpleasantness of modern dental work performed by a skilled gentle dentist. At least that's been my experience with Dr Nguyen & staff at Trail Creek Dental, for the last several years. Dave in Bedford

At age 65, entering into retirement, am getting a bit "long in the tooth", so to speak. Have used a variety of dentists in my adult life, as have lived long stretches in Texas, California, Minnesota, and now back in Texas. Was a Trail Creek Dental patient before moving to California and currently again after moving back to Texas. Both Dr Nguyen and Dr Allen, are professional and extremely pleasant to work with. Am quite impressed how Dr Nguyen has always been there for me through the thick & thin of this Covid mess, either via phone consultation (i.e. prescribing antibiotics & painkiller for a toothache), and in the office (once Covid let-up), for dental work requiring hands-on (e.g. drilling).

During the worst part of the Covid crisis, when pretty much all businesses, including Trail Creek dental, were for good reason shutdown, didn't expect to find any support for something like a toothache. Was pleasantly surprised to be proved wrong. David in Bedford

Coming from someone with a bad history with dentists, Trail Creek is awesome! They stay on schedule, no high pressure or guilt, and a commitment to little or no pain. I've been 3 times with more to come.and no hesitation.

First visit to this office and everything went amazing! I haven't been to the dentist in a while since COVID and they didn't make me feel bad for it one bit. The hygienist was super nice and let me know exactly what she was doing and the reason. She gave me some great tips and suggestions as well. Dr. Allen was very nice and did a thorough check. PLEASE check out this office and you won't be disappointed.

The people at Trail Creek Dental are absolutely the best! My daughter recommended them to me, and she was absolutely right. The receptionists, office manager, dental hygienists and dentists are all extremely professional and very kind. I will be recommending them to my friends and other family members.

The staff is awesome! My dental tech remembered info about me and I only went to them for first time in January 2021! They did a fantastic job with the cleaning.

Absolutely amazing! I was super anxious given the multiple bad experiences I've had with precious dentists and embarrassed of how long ago my last visit was. The entire staff, from those working the front desk, the hygienist, and the Dentist herself were exceptional. Providing amazing customer service and topnotch bedside manner. Really put my mind at ease. I felt safe, comfortable, and heard with my concerns. 10/10 Highly recommend.

This has been a great experience for my exams and cleanings. Super friendly hygienist and doctors and minimal wait time. Very clean office and open Fridays and Saturdays.

Just became a patient a month ago. Each service i have received. Has been nothing but excellent. The dentist and dental assistants. And everyone that work in office. Exceeding far beyond any rating. They are always friendly and kind. They are always very helpful with appointments and prompt at getting me in and out quickly. Have used them as my dental group since 2003.

I have been a loyal patient since either 2015 or 2016 and each visit I always leave happy and satisfied with the care provided! Everyone from the front desk staff to the dentist techs and dentists; everyone is always so friendly and helpful. My friend from work referred me to this office and now my sister is also a loyal patient as well!

I am so glad that I found this hidden gem a few years ago. Dr. Allen as well as the entire staff are warm and welcoming, and always make you feel as though you are the only one that they are seeing that day. Courtesy and professionalism is the common theme at this practice and I will always continue to refer my friends and coworkers who are looking for quality dental care.

I have not been to the dentist in many years and suffer from major dentist anxiety. I went on the recommendation of a friend and had a fantastic experience. Angelica was so sweet and considerate, and did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and working with me. I have to go back again soon and I feel so comfortable going back. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
