Hi, My name is Chelsea and I am the Financial/Treatment Coordinator here at The Brace Place. I am one of the first faces you will see when you walk in for your appointment. I enjoy helping patients get started on their journey with braces and making sure they gain the confidence that every person should have!
We know no one wants to be in orthodontic care longer than they need to be. That's why we offer Propel at The Brace Place. Propel is a method of treatment that allows us speed up your treatment with either traditional braces or clear aligners. With Propel treatment your treatment time can be reduced up to 50% and often times your insurance will cover the majority of the cost.
By taking five pictures of your teeth and texting them to our office, you will be able to receive a quote for braces from our office. If you've been thinking about improving your smile, why wait? Please look at pictures on page for examples of what your pictures should look like. Picture of front and back of the insurance card along with policy holder's date of birth (if you have insurance). My experience at the Brace Place has been great! I've been coming for about a year now and they have been amazing! They are kind, very sweet, and so welcoming to the new comers and existing patients! Dr. Washington is one of the sweetest doctors I've been too. She is so understanding and a great problem solver. I love when I come into the office because they have great music playing!

This place is amazing and I truly loved the experience. All of the staff were very polite and I was always greeted with a smile. Just got my braces put on and the process went super smooth. Let me back up a little bit tho. From the moment I stepped into the office for my consultation i felt valued and not rushed ( an experience i felt at another consult). Everyone I've spoken to from the front desk to the techs have been knowledgeable and kind with each visit. Also the price was fair and the treatment plan/instructions were thoroughly explained. I fully recommend Dr. Washington and her team and I'm excited about my journey!

My Son started his orthodontic journey in June 2019. Today, May 2021, I have never seen him smile that big walking out brace free and Perfect teeth. He and i both love this place. This has been a wonderful experience! Doctor Washington is wonderful and all staff really make you feel like family! I totally recommend this place! My daughter is finally braces free after 3 years! My daughter received her braces about 2 years ago. Dr. Washington and her team has been great and showed professionalism from beginning to end. My daughter got her braces off today and I am very pleased with the work Dr. Washington and her team has done to help give my baby girl a beautiful smile. I love this place. Dr. Washington and her staff are amazing! If you need braces, The Brace Place is definitely the place to go. Extremely nice and clean environment. EVERYONE in the office (from the front door through the back office) are professional and kind. If I had to do the process again, I would go through it again with them. Got my braces here and at first everyone was friendly but when I got my braces removed everything went south. When I first got them removed I notice not all my teeth were straight was ensured once I got my retainer my teeth would adjust but of course they didn't. Let Doctor Washington know I didn't like how the ONE tooth I was insecure about was still not straight ended getting a different retainer to "fix the problem" but it still didn't straighten out my teeth.
When I called to set up an appointment again because they were not straight the person I spoke to was SO RUDE and had a NASTY attitude which is sad because this was NOT the impression I got when I first started coming here. I'm disappointed all around on the outcome. Spent so much money on what I thought would be a "perfect smile." Don't recommend anyone here!

I have had about 5 consultations over the year for my son. I couldn't make a decision. I was recommended by my dentist to give this place a try. I knew immediately that we hit the jackpot. Very nice establishment, awesome staff and a very knowledgeable doctor. His teeth are shifting fast. It's only been 3 months. Glad we found The Brace Place.

I went here about 5 years ago to get my teeth fixed. Sadly, I lost my retainer and I need more work done. They are still as nice as I remember. Dr. Washington is great at what she does. Brenda at the front desk is great with phone calls and having a nice attitude. I would recommend anyone and everyone here.

Dr. Washington and her crew is so awesome and sweet. I am currently still a patient there and I hardly ever have to wait. They will work with you on what you want and your payment plans. The office is very cleanned. I would recommend this place if you want braces. The only thing maybe a problem for people's is thier hours of operation but since I live nearby it's not a problem for me.
