Very good dental service! Updated in June 2022: still love Carrillo Family dental after being their client for almost 3 years! And my teeth are very happy :

New insurance policy, they only take out of network insurance. If you have Delta Dental your bi-annual CLEANINGS are NOT COVERED as of May 2022, it'll cost you around $125 out pocket and your Out Of Network Insurance will pay about $85. They didn't tell me this until after my cleaning was complete almost like they're trying to hide it. Out of the five reminders I got to make sure I was coming to my appointment not once was I informed of this huge change. This new policy is very unfortunate because we really liked Cabrillo Dental to see Dr. Jen Kin over the past 12 years. We're looking for a new dentist now.

Just got home with my new dental implant and it's perfect. It was less expensive than I was expecting- which never seems to happen. Exact color as my natural teeth. Staff is super friendly. I live in SF and 100% worth making the drive :

Once again they met and exceeded all my expectations! Had a problem happen at night so I called after hours a left a message. Received a phone call the next morning at 8:45 AM and they got in same day at 2:30 PM. Very very happy with the way they handled everything. thanks

Friendly staff, very clean and inviting atmosphere. The cost is comparable to most dentist. The receptionists are very kind smile a lot. The gentleman that did the x-rays was extremely kind was engaging asking me questions to what brought me in there. As I was in there for a specific x-ray to bring back to my doctor they were very accommodating. And the dentist went out of his way to do an extra service for me as he was able to adjust my upper denture which I was very appreciative of at no charge.

My two sons go there as well are very happy with the services. If you live in Pacifica or around the area I strongly suggest you go here you will not be disappointed. I believe they take most dental insurance but for sure take Delta dental. You can call and ask what they accept. And I might add they play very good music, very soothing.

Every time- a friendly atmosphere, putting you at ease, with the gentlest care I've ever received. I love these people!

My husband and I have just started going to Cabrillo Family Dental and we have been pleasantly surprised by many aspects of this office. Everyone is very nice and very knowledgeable at their respective jobs. Also, they do surgeries, implants and various other dental procedures that would often require a visit to an additional specialized dental office. We are so happy that we followed through on the recommendation we received from our dentist who retired.

Going to the dentist has always made me feel so nervous but Cabrillo Fam really took take of me. I have two front teeth I'm super proud to have and show off now. Happy with my experience with everyone working there.

Had a loose crown recemented. They were careful to follow COVID-19 safety protocols and procedure was quick and efficient

Dr. Henspetter is a true professional and has made my experiences there fantastic. I've had to have a few procedures done and him and his assistants always make it as quick, painless, and easy on the patient as it could be. His work is fantastic and I have never had an issue with any of the work he has done. I highly recommend them.

Dr Jen Kin I s very personable and explained in detail an implant procedure that I am considering. He is very patient and gentle which was important as I am a senior and appreciate the extra concern. The staff is friendly and very helpful too.
