Dentistry At Somerset

I stopped in the offices without an appointment this morning because I was having significant toothache near a crown that I had installed years ago in another State. The staff was very accommodating and fit me in almost immediately. Their level of service and caring was very evident. Best dentist office I have ever experienced.

This is the nicest dentist office I have ever been to. The People are beyond pleasant and they experience is like no other. They have a comfort menu provided while they clean your teeth and they explain things well. Definitely recommend!

First off, I had a very painful abscess, and they were able to work with me to get me in right away, so huge props to the front desk staff for that. I am not the easiest to work with sometimes due to my work schedule, but they really bent over backwards to make it work out. Secondly, I have SEVERE anxiety around going to the dentist, but this office is such a calm, welcoming, gentle place.

The staff did everything they could to put me at ease, the dentist listened carefully and explained everything that was happening, it was genuinely one of the best experiences I've ever had with a dental office. I will absolutely be back for routine care to hopefully prevent another emergency!

WOW. just WOW! My first visit at Dentistry at Somerset absolutely blew me away. Emily gave a fabulous tour of their beautiful office. Everyone is so friendly. They offer different options for comfort during your visit which is great since I'm very anxious about going to see the Dentist. Excited to have Dr. Niegsch as my new Dentist in Ames! I highly recommend checking them out!

Great place and family friendly. Lexie (dental hygienist) was wonderful with my 5 and 3 year old today as she cleaned their teeth. Wendy (receptionist) was so kind to my kids and helped keep them entertained as I got my teeth cleaned. I have always had a great experience here and highly recommend going!

Very Professional in every aspect.from the moment I walked in I was greeted and then asked if I would like a tour of the facility. Everyone was so friendly and they took their time answering any questions I had and explaining themselves. I never felt rushed with any of the people I was in contact with from the receptionist to the check out desk. They also have a menu of things to help put any anxieties to ease(a weighted blanket, music, a neck roll with essential oils, ETC) So impressed with all the effort in making my experience EXCEPTIONAL! ALSO I HAD A SUPER dental hygienist, Bailey.she was AMAZING!

I always love my biannual appointment at Dentistry at Somerset. The staff are always so welcoming & friendly. The office is clean & comfortable. They offer many different complimentary ways to keep you comfortable during the cleaning or visit, including a warm blanket -- perfect when your appointment lands on a cold, winter day! The lobby even features toothbrush & toothpaste incase you don't have time to freshen up prior to your appointment. Hannah, my hygienist, is amazing at what she does.

She is great at explaining how my dental health looks as well as giving me tips on how to improve it & maintain it going forward. I chose Dentistry at Somerset because of the experience they had with Invisalign but I keep coming back because of they're great staff & the incredible service. Definitely recommend!

Dentistry at Somerset provides highly professional and courteous dental services, and my most recent experience was outstanding. My dental hygienist, Leah, is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and pleasant when examining and cleaning my teeth. I especially appreciate the fact that she makes helpful suggestions regarding care of my teeth and gums. Dr. Niegsch has been my dentist since January 2011, and he is the finest dentist that I have ever had.

He has a calm, pleasant manner when dealing with me as a patient; and most importantly, he is is highly skilled as a dentist, and I have 100% confidence in his work and recommendations. I also appreciate the fact that every staff person in the office is extremely pleasant which always makes my visit very special.

Everything about Somerset Dentistry really impressed me. From the clean, professional building. Huge thanks to the kind, generous staff for the warm hospitality that made my time with them very pleasant, considering that I have high anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Can't forget about the 2 best dentists I ever researched, and had a pleasure to be seen by. Dr. Daniel Krook was super professional, and understanding, instantly got me feeling better with my problem I had, he's a saint.

Staff is very friendly and professional. This place makes me look forward to going to the dentist. They prioritize comfort and pamper you here. I have had some cosmetic work done on my teeth with a few different dentists, but Dr. Niegsch is by far the best!
