Always on time, very friendly and honest. You will not be sold any unnecessary services. I've had the same tooth on watch for about 2 years now and told it's not necessary yet to act further. If they were looking for a quick buck, they could have told me otherwise a long time ago. I've been going here for over a decade and everything has always been easy and straightforward.

They listen to any concerns you have and offer helpful easy solutions such as a different type toothbrush or toothpaste. Very happy to continue going here. Dr. P is very friendly and his staff is great as well.

Friendly staff, have never had to sit in the waiting area. Alicia is a great Dental Hygienist, gives you feed back from your last cleaning till now so you know where to improve. I would Highly Recommend this Dental Practice.

Great dentist, have been going here most of my life. Had to try a different dentist recently since my insurance changed, I thought I was not covered here. New dentist tried to tell me I needed a root canal on a tooth Briarwood was watching in X-rays and just recently said it was time for a filling in that tooth. Turns out Briarwood does take my new insurance so I went back to them.

They confirmed that I only needed a cavity filled and not a root canal. Getting the filling was as painless as possible and quick. Staying here and not going back to the other dentist, they were only trying to make a buck. Look no further.

The best dentist office ever. The entire staff is kind and caring. They honored my appointment time, and answered all my questions. The office is exceptionally clean. I will recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Frank Petruzzello and his team are some of the best medical professionals you will ever find. Dr. Frank always considers my personal health and desires when treating me. I am a very holistic person & try to reduce any exposure to unnatural products, Dr. Frank always remembers and gives me suitable options. I also have very sensitive teeth and need extra care (such as soft fillings and slow drilling), he is always patient and kind with me, getting the best railed with no pain. Lastly, I have suffered with bad TMJ much of life and he always makes accommodations to help make the apts easy as possible for me (giving me breaks and baby bite blocks when needed).

I cannot overstate how wonderful he and his staff are. Rather than just pushing procedures, they inform, educate and help me to make the right decision for my body. My last apt he offered a few options for my treatment and when I was indecisive, he told me to sit back & relax, think about it while he went to treat another patient. He preferred I take up a chair in office and make the right decision over a rushed decision and pushed me though the apt faster.

It's so rare to have medical experts who practice this way. I absolutely adore everyone there & the philosophy they deploy in their office. I highly recommend Dr. Frank Petruzzello & Briarwood Family Dental. 5 stars!

Today was my first visit. Boy was it nice to show up and not wait in the lobby for 45mins like my last Dentist would make us do. Everyone was super nice and happy with my first visit!

I've been coming here since I was a little girl and continue to make the 45 minute drive every 6 months because I love the staff so much! Most people don't enjoy going to the dentist but I honestly look forward to it every time! Always a 10 out of 10 experience. Thank you to all The Briarwood Family

Everything was great! Melissa is a terrific hygienist. All Dr Frank needed to do was check for cavities. He is super also & fortunately I had no cavities

Our first time visiting Briarwood was me scrambling to find a dentist as our own dentist cancelled on us several times. They were able to get my son in asap for tooth extractions. The staff are so friendly and professional. The dentist was friendly, professional and took his time with my son who suffers from extreme anxiety with having teeth pulled. The office is clean and very open. According to my 11 year old " very modern". We will all be patients moving forward at Briarwood. Thank you for the excellent care!
