Their office is beautiful with friendly staff. Dr. Roya is very detailed and a perfectionist. I felt comfortable during the procedure since she is very competent and highly skilled. Also, her assistant Muzhda was meticulous and proficient, as well.

Everyone is extremely polite and helpful; and most important care about your dental health care. My dental insurance is not covered under their plan; but I had implant and something happened a few years later and they did not hesitate to see me; and are presently helping me. They are GREAT!

Best part is I got my braces. Nothing else was good. Parking sucks as its downtown and they only have 4 spots in a very very tight parking lot. Long wait times even if you have appointment and arrive early. Not the nicest staff. I've never had unpleasant experiences at the dentist until now. Would not recommend, especially because there are many dentist that offer invisalign.

I did an Invisalign treatment for gapped teeth. It was expensive. Whole process cost me about $8k. The initial aligners were about $4.3k. But in order to file teeth down to have a flush bite ($750/up and lower teeth), get veneers for teeth not straight enough ($750/veneer), get retainers ($250/each), and fix any overdue fill-in replacements that were disregarded by the Navy that all took the price UP.

The people here were kind. They were patient and caring. The host at the front desk is sort of stern and there is only lady who gave me small problems because of miscommunication. But all of the doctors and most of the nurses are super kind. Once I paid for a procedure I could go back and tell them if I was feeling any discomfort or had problems and they were quick to correct it.

I was moving and they said they could connect me to someone in my new state of residence. They are very helpful. Scheduling appointments is easy and soon. They aren't months away, but usually within the next 2 weeks unless in accordance with the Invisalign plan. Active-duty military have no discounts or perks fyi. Also, small parking lot under building. Call to get gate opened for appointment. For deployment they gave me the rest of my aligners for my plan. Overall, satisfied with the service provided,

I am so lucky that I found them on Groupon. I come here for my Invisalign treatment and all staff from front to back office has been so helpful and friendly. I honestly feel Dr. Niakiani is not only a great dentist but a good human being. I went for invisalign and after a finishing my treatment yesterday I have the best smile of my life. Its still crazy to look at it in the mirror a couple days later. Not only her but her staff that would help me when I would come in for the checkups along the way and for cleanings - they have all been kind and professional and obviously intelligent and good at their jobs.

I even moved to North San Diego county right after starting my treatment and even though it could be thought of as not ideal to have to drive into the city, it has been totally worth it. I also motivated to make my first google review as something I could also do to express my gratitude to her.

I went in for a consultation 4 days before my insurance was going to go to the next year and I was going to lose an unused amount of $2,500. The staff worked with me and I had 3 appointments in three days, the Dr. even coming in on a day they weren't supposed to be there and the staff looking to find how I could best use up my insurance. All of the staff, technicians, and doctors had great bedside manner while being very professional. During some of the work, I was thoroughly impressed by the cadence and chemistry the technician and the doctor had. I couldn't recommend this place any higher.

Dr. Niakiani & her team are amazing! They gave me a great deal on invisalign treatment and took care of me every step of the way. Even with the complications my bite presented, I was still able to achieve the smile I have been dreaming of in a relatively short time. I can't recommend this office enough if you are considering invisalign, and especially if you are considering one of those generic online trays- Visit Dr Niakiani first!
