I don't write many reviews but I can't resist sharing what an amazing office this is. Every single member of the staff makes you feel at home and they are always accommodating. The quality of the service received by Dr. Mulkay exceeds expectations. I'm not a fan of going to a dentist but I don't get that feeling here. Highly highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. Great job

I have a great experience every time I come to this dentist. The staff are so careful and considerate of their patients, and plus my teeth look great!

I absolutely loved my visit, welcoming staff and friendly dentist. There is a good looking woman named Jackie who was extremely helpful, she explained all of the insurance and operational procedures to me.

It was the best experience I've ever had at a dentist, usually I don't feel excited to be at the dentist but once I walked in it felt very family friendly, I was greeted once I stepped through the door and I was taken care of right away. The practice manager explained everything to me throughly and made sure I was taken to a room and set up for the dentist to see me right away.

Once the dentist started looking at my teeth she did an amazing cleaning with no pain feeling afterwords. Once that was done I was taken back to the front to set up my next appointment for a check up. Overall it was a great experience and I can't wait to go back for my next cleaning.

I been with my doctor over 8 years and she always on top of the game! Super friendly/ very talented/ I am very into my smile!

I don't know if she is the manager or the owner but Jackie helped explain all the insurance policies. The staff was very professional. Service was quick and painless. Highly recommend!

I went to Castillo-Mulkay for a cleaning and to check my teeth and was so happy with my experience! The front desk is very nice, efficient, and helpful, and Dr. Mulkay is extremely professional, caring, and takes her time with you. I will definitely be going back for a follow up! Thank you

I really wanted to like this place because of the good reviews, but I would not recommend this dentist office at all. The dentist is not professional. I waited in the room for almost an hour after being told that she would be with me shortly. She did not explain any of what she was doing and seemed like she wasn't 100% sure of what she was doing. She told me I had a cavity on one of my upper molars and drilled a hole in my lower molar.

Then she told me I needed my wisdom teeth removed, but I have enough room for them to grow in and they do not bother me. They also only cleaned one half of my teeth and told me I would have to make an appointment to clean the other half. Clearly trying to scam insurance companies out of money. A complete waste of time. Do not recommend.

I cannot recommend this place. I went to the North Bergen office and the personnel attending the front desk were very rude. I overheard them complaining that they were working too many hours, so we "the clients", pay the price. I started my dental treatment with a fine doctor, who later quit her position there, so Dr. Mulkay finished my treatment. I was also charged approximately $300 more than the price stipulated by my insurance plan. So, BEWARE.

The most disgusting, most unprofessional dentist office in all of north bergen. The dentist has absolutely NO idea what she is doing, she is committing insurance fraud, stealing money, making unnecessary holes in people's mouths just to collect money. She damaged a nerve in my tooth, does not want to take any accountability and the front desk workers are the most incompetent workers i've ever seen in my whole life.

The office is by far the most unorganized dysfunctional dentist office. I will be taking matters into my own hands, reporting to the town and seeking an attorney for malpractice.

I have been going there since I was a kid but due to lack of insurance I slacked off on my dental care. I went for a basic cleaning through a friend who is a dental hygienist and the dentist was telling me about seeing a gum specialist and what have you.. I figured if I go to a friend she would have my best interest in mind man was I wrong. well last month after I finally received my new insurance cards I decided to call And make a new appt with Dr Mulkay.

And I was opened and honest with about my lack of dental care the last 5 years. She turned around and said considering everything you mouth isn’t that bad.. I needed deep cleaning and cavities which I knew that.. but not once did Dr mulkay even mention about seeing any specialists... which to me means she has the best the interest of her patients in mind... i loved it just yesterday I finished my first deep clean next Tuesday I go for my second session

I visted Dr. Mulkay after I had a awful toothache. They were able to see me the follow day. Did x ray, I had to get a root canal. Dr. Mullkay was amazing. She did the initial work so fast and gentle and honestly I felt no pain. I'm schulded to go back and I'm actually looking forward to it. If your scared of visiting the dentist. This is who you need to go see. She's amazing.

I first found this dentist when I had a tooth emergency and no other dentist could see me. I had a terrible tooth ache and needed a root canal. The DR was pleasant, explained everything that was wrong, gave me options and even broke down the cost of what i needed. That was 3 years ago and i been coming here ever since. Great staff, pleasant and the DRs are great. Definitely recommand!

Shady dental office with VERY shady insurance payment practices. And one of their front desk people, Leslie, is extremely rude, manipulative and condescending over the phone. I can see why they were under insurance investigation. I genuinely can't believe people like this are allowed to function in the workplace.

I've been going to Dr. Castillo for many years and I never had an issue with him on anything. He always treated me like a lost brother and had my work done very professional. Today at 2 I will see him again. See you soon Dr. Castillo

I'd never think that I would give a dentist 5 stars, as I am a very fearful patient. The staff at Castillo & Mulkay is awesome. From the second I walked in, the girls in the front (Ashely & Leslie) were very nice, funny and comforting. Dr. Castillo was absolutely wonderful as he explained exactly was he was going to do and even gave me some options. The dental assistant was even rubbing my hand for comfort during the procedure. I appreciate the kindness of the entire staff and I highly recommend them!

I love dr mulkay she is the best! Got my vaneera done a few years ago and ive been so happy!

This office is horrible. Never mind the CONSTANT wait but I had work started there a year ago that was never finished because the insurance dropped them for being under investigation. The work was never completed and the work that was done WAS CRAP! I have had 3 or 4 out of 6 crowns fall out in under a YEAR and have ended up in the emergency room with abscesses in my mouth because of poor work. I cannot warn you enough to STAY AWAY from this place. If you do decide to use them, then I will pray for you!
