Both my daughters have always looked forward to their appointments at Jackson Orthodontics. They have been patients for years. The environment couldn't be better to make kids feel the most comfortable and have the most fun possibly at an orthodontist appointment.

My son Joshua, finished his phase one plan today and already his teeth are looking great! He had severe overcrowding and the ladies in this office have worked their magic to make room and drastically improve his smile and confidence. Highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Furlong and all the staff make you feel comfortable and welcome from the second you walk in the front door! Everyone is knowledgeable and professional! The office is beautiful and clean. My son looks forward to going to his appointments. Overall it's a great experience!

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Being 22 and working a full time job, they are very great at working with your schedule and making you feel comfortable. Thirteen months ago I did not think I would be this happy with my smile!

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Furlong's for years and loves coming to the office. Everyone from the front desk to the assistants are incredibly kind (& fun). The office is very clean, warm & welcoming and it doesn't hurt that there are always snacks galore in the waiting room. Dr. Furlong is great-she is patient, thorough and answers all of your questions. She genuinely cares about her patients. If you have a child (or an adult) that has a fear of anything dental-related, this is the place to come to!

I honestly can't say enough great things about this office. Every doctors office should take notes from Jackson Orthodontist on how to treat and speak to patients. My kids actually look forward to coming here. Dr. Furlong runs a well oiled machine. Love love love all the e staff!

Have been going for years with my daughter for two rounds of braces. Appointments always on time, friendly staff that really seem to genuinely enjoy being at work. Treatments always explained. Everything is clean and you can see all the cleaning and sanitizing that goes on. Office is light and open. Far drive for me, but continued with Jackson as the experience is just that good.

I started my braces journey with Dr. Furlong and the crew back in 2018. My goal was to fix my teeth before my wedding in October 2020. From the beginning, the office staff has always made me feel like family, making every single visit more and more comfortable. Especially having been a patient during Covid. With minor setbacks, they accommodated me every step of the way, making sure my teeth were going to be perfect for my wedding day.

It's been quite the journey and I am so glad I chose them to fix my smile for some of life's important moments. Thank you, Jackson Orthodontics! You guys have really changed my smile and my life

I've been coming here for 2 years now, and I couldn't recommend a better place. Everyone is beyond respectful and polite. Whenever I have an appointment not once has there been any troubles or times where I haven't got asked how my day was, most definitely a welcoming environment! Along with braces being no problem at all and creating such a nice smile.

The staff here is so sweet and they are always so patient and kind. My daughter always feels so comfortable when she is here and is excited to come.

My experience was good and quick they very able to fit me in and get my braces off quickly. They we're all very nice and helped me out.

The entire staff has been fantastic with out daughter, Abby. Abby is very nervous when it comes to anything that requires dental work. Everyone handled her well and she was extremely comfortable, she loved it and wants to go back! A++ from us! When Abby is excited to return that helps it easier for me to take her! Dr. Furlong and her staff are amazing!! I've been a patient there for 5 years now. Had my braces taken off about 3 years ago and unfortunately I was not the best at wearing my retainers. My top teeth shifted slightly and I got a little concerned. I was able to make an appt and get right in for a visit. A week later I have my new retainer!! Accommodating and friendly are complete understatements for this office!! If you're hesitant about treatment don't think otherwise to call and get in!! You won't regret it!!

We truly love Dr. Fulong and the entire staff at Jackson Orthodontics. I was a patient of theirs 15 years ago when they were on County Line and now that my children are patients the only things that have changed are their adress and the size of their patient load. Dr. Furlong still gives her undivided attention to each patient and the treatment plans she comes up with are well explained and practical. They are really amazing smile makers that I can't speak highly enough about!

Meghan was truly blessed to have chosen Jackson Orthodontics. Both Orthodontist’s are very experienced in their field of work. The skilled Assistants are warm, inviting, and very caring. All the front end office staff are so pleasant. You are always treated with a warm hello, a smile, and an offer of a beverage/snack. The kids have access to computers, and other things to keep them busy while they wait.

The office is gorgeous! Every month the crew at Jackson Orthodontics always come with a nifty idea to entertain the patients. There is a photo area that is always breathtaking for a holiday. I love taking my daughter Meghan here. I want to Personally thank, Wanda, who is a neighbor and friend, along with other neighbors for praising your office, Jackson Orthodontics!
