The front desk staff are very helpful and personable. I arrived early and was seen early. My dental technician, Marisa, is highly skilled in her cleaning technique and Dr. Phillips always explains everything so well. It's a pleasant experience to get my dental cleanings here.

I've been a patient at Dr. Coopers office for about 3 years now I believe and it's one of the best decisions I've made regarding my overall heath and wellness. Always friendly, always helpful and and always resourceful when it comes to what's going on with your dental hygiene. Most places won't even elaborate on how your teeth are doing. Just get in there do some work and keep it going but Dr. Cooper and his staff always break down exactly what's done, why its being done and how it got to that point. I had my regular cleaning and check up. The visit was on time. I was in and out in less than one hour. Service was excellent.

Maritza is a super dental technician, and does a great job checking on and cleaning my teeth etc. Plus Dr. Phillips is an excellent dentist, attentive, observant and really knowledgeable. I'm grateful to have such a fine dental team to help me keep my teeth in top-notch dental health.

Dr. Cooper is a fantastic dentist. He's done amazing work- tackling issues that other dentists were unable to resolve- for both me and my husband.

I went to see Dr. Cooper yesterday. He was very attentive, helpful and pleasant. He's very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was happening to my teeth. After two years of suspecting that my former dentist wasn't being honest with me, Dr Cooper quickly detailed possible causes on a big screen. I was finally able to comprehend my situation.

I was now in good hands. Dr. Cooper discussed different ways to treat my issue. He made a plan for me. I appreciate his candor, and the way he communicates. He's at ease in his office and his style is complemented by his kind staff and smoothly run practice. Highly recommend.

The kindness of the staff alone would keep me coming back but the expertise is what really blows me away. They use techniques and make recommendations I've never received before because they're more detail-oriented and thorough than I've ever experienced at a dentist. Highly recommend making this place your dental care home! They're wonderful.

Dr. Cooper and his team are the absolute best! From the moment you walk into their doors you are treated with the best care. I went through a full Invisalign treatment and am over the moon with my results! I have more dental work coming up and am so happy I can rely on Dr. Cooper to help me achieve my perfect smile! As this was my first dental experience in over a year (COVID-19), my teeth were in a sorry state. Dr. Cooper did a thorough job of analyzing what needs to be done, Lillibeth was lovely and totally competent, and Tran did a great job scraping and cleaning off my teeth. My husband has more complicated problems, and Dr. Cooper has already done a crown for him (very successful) and is working on another. Terrific dental team!

Dr Cooper's practice has always been very professional, I have been going there for over 25 years, now. Post pandemic, I visited again and find that the doctor and his staff are very careful and always provide balanced advice and reocmmendations on how to keep a healthy mouth. In these times, its particulary difficult for all to navigate the changing safety requirements, but, they are doing a great job.

Six years since I last went to this place, they are still calling me to schedule a check-up even after I told them to stop! I have no interest in going back there and live across the country. Furthermore, in the short time I used their services Ronald Cooper told me I had multiple cavities on every visit. I had so many fillings done there. After I switched dentists, the new dentist told me I didn't have any cavities. I have had about one filling in those six years since! How many unnecessary fillings did they give me?

The tooth that he worked on is still giving me grief after 5 years. Not sure if I really needed the root canal. Wish I had gotten a second opinion. All my dentists I have been to have since commented on the poor quality of materials used for the crown, the way it installed so poorly (one of my dentists had to build the tooth back up) and how dangerous for my health it was to have the crown fall off after a month of being installed and then had it slapped back on without any reconstruction or care.

I spent more than $3000 at this office (and this is with a great insurance plan) and regret every single minute I was there. He is out there to make money with no regards for his patience health. Also, sleazy sales style with every visit trying to sell you tooth paste or "antibiotics" for the gums on the crown that he himself slapped on so poorly. I will consider reporting him to the DC Board of Dentistry for malpractice and negligence.

I have been coming to Dr. Cooper for about 2 years at the recommendation of a colleague. The staff is friendly and efficient and they have always remembered me by name. Unlike some other dentists in the area they dont try to upsell you on unnecessary procedures and any services they do recommend they clearly explain the advisement. Dr. Cooper does a great job as does his dental hygienist.

Dr. Cooper is wonderful. I have been for a consultation, a cleaning, and will go for another cleaning soon. His offices, of course, are clean and neat. The hygienist was not crazy rough on my teeth like the last dentist I saw. And, he doesn't seem to oversell which a lot of dentists do. His chairside manner is great, and his front office staff is kind and helpful too. Bonus: He gave me a recommendation to a great oral surgeon as well.

I am SO RELIEVED that I found Dr. Cooper. I was very worried about what I thought was a cavity and they were able not only to see me a few days later as a new patient, but take care of everything in one visit! Dr. Cooper did the initial exam and 4 sealants (and let me see all that was going on with a camera, which I found reassuring), then Tran was able to see me right after for a cleaning and a laser treatment on my gums, something I'd never heard of before but am glad they offer. Everyone explained to me what they were doing and why. Patty at the front desk was also so kind. I felt like I was in really good hands.

Caring and attentive both Dr Cooper and Angel, my hygentist. I have a mouth full of healthy and strong teeth from by many years of care in this dental office. (smile). Everyone is highly professional and kind -- always on time,thorough and efficient. And let me end by adding a compliment to Susan and Patty, the front desk customer service reps, who are both kind and stellar in handling appointments and billing information,. I came to Dr. Cooper 10 years ago, after having shabby dental insurance and years of miserable dentist experiences. I hated going to the dentist. Angel (hygienist) and Dr. Cooper have brought my teeth back to good health. Less additional work is necessary, my teeth and gums are healthier, and the service and attitude at the office from check-in to check-out is more than pleasant.

I’ve been a patient for almost 10 years and have referred coworkers and family because I’ve been so satisfied with their care and service. All their staff, from the front desk to the hygienists, are extremely friendly. Most of them have been with the practice for years.

As always, I had a wonderful visit to the office for my cleaning and 6 month checkup. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to, Mariza makes the cleaning go by quickly with her fun stories, and Dr. Cooper is thorough and really listens to you. My husband and I have been coming here for years and can't imagine going to another dental practice.
