Dr. Seitz received his doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, Dental Branch in 1973. Prior to attending dental school, he graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in math and minors in chemistry and physics. He was privileged to work on NASA's initial lunar module project as a production engineer while at Texas Instruments in Richardson, Texas.
Dr. Stefanie Seitz graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2003 and joined her dad in their newly remodeled office later that same year. In addition to private practice, Dr. Stefanie is an Associate Professor in General Dentistry at the Dental School, providing clinical coverage to junior and senior dental students. She is also one of three 2008 fellows in Forensic Odontology at the UTHSC-SA.
