Orthodontics only has helped me out for about 8 years now and their service has been nothing but amazing, Everyone is super friendly and great at their job, I really couldn't have found a better place!

Dr. Sanders and his staff have always been so attentive with my daughter. They are very accommodating and friendly. Great experience in this stage of her life.

Had an amazing experience here. Had my braces and permanent retainer put in by them and have nothing but great things to say about their team. The staff does anything and everything to help accommodate you with anything you need. Great service always!

The experience overall was great. Everyone that attended me were polite and helpful. Dr. Sanders and Dr. Cabrera are both amazing doctors that helped me throughout the process of fixing my teeth alignment and under bite. After a couple of years I love the results from orthodontics only. I definitely recommend orthodontics only for anyone who has any orthopedic procedures.

Such an incredible experience! I took both of my young boys for the first time and they loved it. Dr. C is so great with kids, kind and patient and went at their pace. My youngest, who is 2, went in for his first visit and Dr. C let his older brother "assist" and made everyone feel comfortable at the visit. I highly recommend! The office staff is so kind and and pleasant as well! We will definitely be back.

An excellent & very clean orthodontist office! We have been very pleased with their services. The doctors are very professional and recommended braces for my son. Best doctor and staff! I finished a year ago the Invisalign treatment and I'm so glad I picked them. The doctors and staff were knowledgeable and courteous. Received care in their old location and after 3 years the bonding on one tooth finally got damaged. Traveled from Utah to their new beautiful location and Dr. Sanders as friendly as ever fixed the problem in a timely manner and even offered to make me a new plastic retainer on the spot since I had a dental implant and could no longer use the old one. Best service best results, he genuinely cares about his patients and ALWAYS reviews his employees work for maximum quality! Air purifiers next to each chair is a plus!

Dr. Sanders is by far the greatest orthodontist. He did a great job with both my sons teeth. They have perfect smiles. His office staff is great and he is extraordinary. We absolutely 1000% recommend him. Your kids will love his place. They have all kinds of fun stuff for the children every month and the office is very safe and environmentally friendly.

Dr. Sanders and his team are the best! If I could give more stars I would. I was very hesitant to start any ortho treatment because of a bad consultation I had a few years back. My dentist recommended Dr. Sanders since my case was very specific. I'm so glad I followed my dentist advise. Their customer service is fantastic, they have worked with me making it easier to commit to my treatment and attainable for me. Dr. Sanders is great, always very cheerful and caring. Dr. Sanders is the best! I come from a huge family with 5 brothers and sisters and everyone in my family got there braces at Orthodontics Only. They have not failed us! I got my braces here when I was in high school. I never dreaded an appointment and always felt like family when coming here. My permanent and removable retainers are still working well and my teeth are still straight! If you have a child or plan t get braces yourself I recommend visiting Orthodontics Only. He is amazing! His office is honest, on time, and so VERY compassionate about his patients. he's been seeing our 2 kids for 2 years now (and our kids don't have braces yet), but they are both on track for their orthodontic treatment to be done before high school is over. My son had to have spacers placed but my daughter is on tract to have her braces put on this December (she's 11 and he is 13).

He doesn't rush and he will put you on a financial plan that works for you. Each of my kids (2) has had to go through different paths (my son had to have 12 teeth extracted and my daughter none) but each of them have not been rushed through this process. look him up on Yelp! I have gone to almost all of their appointments with them and I can not find one thing I can complain about. I left my Invisalign Treatment with the same problems I went in with, spaces. My treatment plan lasted 6 yrs--had I known this would be the case I would have just worn braces. I wore my trays religiously and appreciated Dr. Sanders want to fine tune everything. However, the multiple IPR's done to my lower teeth left me with gaps I never had before and the small gap I initially wanted started the Invisalign treatment plan for, remain.

I was never offered anything alternative (braces) like I heard others who were unhappy with their treatment plan were offered. When I started the plan I was in a masters program at UM, graduated and soon moved to Miramar and started working. It became much harder to get to appointments in the middle of my work week. And as the staff in the office changed so did my reminder calls/texts.

One time my credit card was charged 3 times for my treatment planned. Despite this, I never complained and came to my visits. I didn't even receive a call for my 6 month treatment follow-up visit and honestly, I don't know if the drive would have been worth it--especially considering that for my first follow up visit when I brought up the issue of my gap at the top remaining Dr. Sanders simply stated "good luck".

I was shocked! All the money for a remaining gap and two additional gaps and he basically let me know there was nothing he could do. Truly disappointed at how I was treated towards the end of treatment.

I do not recommend this orthodontist to anyone's kids! My child was originally supposed to take them off at 3 years and she took them off after 5 years. and now they want to put them on again. They just want to steal your money here! Please no one come here unless you want to waste all your money for no reason! I wish I can give them 0 stars. Staff is also very rude! Does not care about how my child feels. They don't care about you just your money!

I originally went for a consultation with another orthodontist in Coral Gables, and I was almost set on starting my treatment there, but I decided to get a second opinion. I then met with Dr. Sanders and had such an amazing experience that I couldn't fathom working with another orthodontist. The consultation was so personalized and Dr. Sanders was so kind.

After two years of wearing braces, I'm beyond satisfied with my results! Every appointment was quick and efficient, and the office was so helpful when my brackets broke on occasion. They offered to see me the same day! Not only is Dr. Sanders amazing, but so is his staff! What an amazing place!

I've been coming to Orthopedics Only for around 4 months. My general dentist and a friend who happens to be a dentist strongly recommend me to do something to fix my "all over the place teeth" so I Yelp and Google the 3 best and went to hear their suggestions. The first one wanted to take out 2 teeth and put braces with expanders for over 2 years.

The second was Dr. Sanders, this people are top notch, from the organization to the technology and professionalism. His told me that I was a candidate for Invisalign without need of taking out any tooth. Also, he put in writing that in case I'm not progressing as plan he will change me to braces at no additional cost. So, this seems like a win win situation, in less than 24 hours I accepted the treatment plan, paid in full and cancel the 3rd appointment!

I am now a new patient and I'm TOOOOO excited. They spent 18 minutes on the phone with me, a first time caller, and I couldn't be more stoked. That is true customer service and kindness. I am now on my 5th tray of Invisalign and I couldn't be happier. I brag all the time about how friendly and fun this office is!

I went for an evaluation and I loved this place, the staff was the best, and I cannot even begin to express how much I liked dr. Sanders. The only reason why I give this place 3 stars and did not pursue treatment with them is because of how ridiculously expensive they are. If you can afford their prices, by all means go ahead.

I absolutely adore Dr sanders and his team. They provide you with the best customer service. Their facility is always clean and has the lates gadgets. They're very fast and stick to the time your appointment is scheduled so your not waiting forever. They have helped me during non office hours in cases of emergencies. At the end of the day my teeth look amazing, which is the most important part. I highly recommend dr sanders and his team to everyone and anyone. You will not be disappointed!

About two and a half years ago I embarked on my braces journey with Dr. Sanders and the dream team. I couldn't be happier with my results! In the time I spent with them I had Invisalign and traditional braces. This team is experienced, warm, welcoming, and so easy to work with. Such a difference from all previous experiences at orthodontic and dentist offices which are often uncomfortable. After visiting another orthodontist who recommended I removed EIGHT TEETH (including my wisdom) I was desperate for a second opinion. Everyone at Dr. Sander's office is so kind and comforting, from the front desk girls, to Barbie who is in charge of finances, to Dr. Sanders himself.

He is always charismatic and makes sure to address any questions or concerns. Being a patient without dental insurance, they have also been kind enough to meet with me repeatedly regarding my finances and developing a plan that is manageable. I've been a patient since June last year and so far my experience with braces as been as pleasant as it could be.

Best Orthodontic team ever! My son just can't stop smiling since he got his braces removed yesterday, thanks to Dr. Sanders and his team, We have to drive one hour to every appointment for 2 years, now I'm more than ready to start another chapter of this story, my daughter is next! I absolutely loved Orthodontics Only for the whole process of getting, maintaining, and removing my braces. I would highly recommend them if you're considering getting braces. I had mine for 2 and a half years with clear on top and metal on the bottom. I went every two months for a check-up and and every few weeks towards the end. Dr. Derek Sanders is the sweetest person and extremely reliable. His team was absolutely fantastic and super helpful. Thank you for the awesome service!

I'm currently using braces and i go every 3 months for a checkup, the staff is very amiable and open to any questions. Then Dr.Sanders which is the big boss will come check up on you and let you know what you need and how it'll go down, great place. Also, there's entertainment on the waiting room for kids if you arrive early, easy sign in.Definitely would recommend to friends.

My oldest son, Georgey, has been going to Dr. Sanders for over a year now. I can't say enough great things about him and his staff. For one, your seen at your appointment time. No waiting. The staff is very professional and helpful. Dr. Sanders makes my son feel so comfortable and explains to him what they will be doing for the visit. My younger son went in for an evaluation but he wasn't ready for braces just yet, so they had him spin a wheel of prized and he took a prize home.
