First time visit for routine cleaning, and it looks like I will be coming back. Very professional and friendly staff. My visit was comfortable and painless. Facilities were clean, and everybody was very cheerful. Dr. Ngueyn and staff made me feel welcome. Update: I continue to have a great experience. Not just cleanings, but recently a crown. Everything went well and couldn't ask for a better experience. I also now take my son here.

Absolutely insane. Do not come here unless you want to be sold a scammy horror story about your teeth. I was referred by my dentist, which has caused me to literally change dentists overnight. I came here yesterday for a single implant, and instead, I was whisked away to do full X-rays of my mouth, then told that almost every single tooth had cavities that will cause me to need porcelain veneers after drilling and filling the entire top row.
I was even shown highly contrasted X-rays that were inaccurate, showing that some of the damage was so bad, that I would need to drill immediately or risk losing the tooth. There was an attempt to sell me on a plan for every single tooth in my mouth, every implant, every veneer, every filling. This is not at all what I came in for. I asked for 24 hours to think.
Best decision I ever could have made. The tactic that these offices use is to get you in, tell you a terrifying story about the many consequences of your teeth as they are now, and sell you on as many services as possible by exaggerating the state of your teeth. They lie and manipulate the facts to get you to do what they want, and the worst part is, they sell you on carecredit plans you can't afford.
Read the other 1-star reviews. The next day, I went to a reputable and HONEST dental office in my area. They laughed when they heard what I had gone through. Apparently, it's a scummy tactic that gets used by the more corporate dental practices to push production, and just because an image is dark doesn't necessarily mean there's a cavity. In my case, many of my teeth were simply discolored or demineralized in areas where there were very simple and CHEAP fixes.
The new and infinitely better office also advised me that for the ONE IMPLANT that I had hoped to get, it would actually look more aesthetically appealing to do a fixed bridge, and they broke down all my options without pushing for ANY pressure to complete ANYTHING right there and then. The plans were all cheaper and without mountainous interest piled on. DO NOT come here, and if you have, DO NOT agree to whatever plan they attempt to sell you on. They might be "helping" you, but at what cost?

I was looking for a new dentist and found this one through my insurance website. I should have know I was going to be in trouble once I tried to make the appointment. I explained to the lady I was an educator and could not come during the day. It seemed like she wasn't trying to understand. I was finally able to schedule an afternoon appointment. Melissa calls me on the morning of my appointment asking if I could come in for 10:00 am or 12:00 pm, again I explained that I cannot come in during the day.
She seemed frustrated with me because I set boundaries with my schedule plus that's rude to ask someone to do something so last minute. At this point, I could sense her attitude and I explained I will find another dentist who respects my time. She then hung up in my face. Is this how the workers treat people before they come. If so, then I'm glad I didn't come. I had a really great dentist for years in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and the ladies at the front desk never treated me like this.

Husband and I have both been going here for 10+ years. Dr Perez and staff are always prompt, friendly, and take great care to ensure our comfort. The office is calm, clean, and comfortable. The one time I had to go in for an emergency issue (cracked molar) a few years ago, Dr Perez saw me quickly and handled everything wonderfully. More recently I had to have a root canal done on an injured tooth, and it was completely painless.
He's also created custom whitening trays for me. He's an absolute master at restorations. Dr. Perez works with his hygienists very well, you can tell he is interested in their development and learning as well. Front desk handles all the insurance claims competently, and scheduling appointments is a breeze.

My experience with peppermint was great! Dr Bean is wonderful and I trust her and her team. I have dental anxiety and have always been afraid to go to the dentist, but Dr Bean and her office always make me feel so comfortable and welcomed each time I visit. They were awesome!! My 7 year old was very apprehensive and nervous about going to the dentist, but Dr. Thakkar and his assistants made her feel comfortable and relaxed and she was smiling at the end! They have flexible Saturday hours too and were able to get both of my children in and out quickly! Highly recommend!!!

I've had the best experience with the staff. Tara is extremely professional and has a way of putting you at ease in scary situations. She held my hand while I got injections. I have never had that happen anywhere before be it dental or medical. Dr. Perez is professional and to the point. They made sure I felt no pain.

The whole staff is super friendly and make u feel comfortable during your whole visit! Your front desk lady Tara Clay was very helpful and kind she made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. Very clean office and nicely organized.
