I needed a dentist in the area where I lived. I got their flyer in the mail a decided to give them a try. So glad I did. It was a good experience from meeting the staff, and meeting Dr. Mikail Gomer and Dr Svetlana Gomer. With their help and knowledge my teeth have never looked so good. Thank you both for giving me a great smile.

Great doctors, great team, great place! Caring staff, very professional dental specialists, new and modern equipment, friendly atmosphere and really, really wide spectrum of services! I went in for a basic cleaning and the front desk was very helpful and friendly. During the cleaning the dentist picked up on my teeth grinding just by looking at my xrays, it was like she read my mind. I also learned that they offer a bunch of other specialty procedures on top of basic teeth care. The ozone treatment really helped me out when I was feeling sick. This is definitely more than a dentist office. It's a one stop wellness office

I have been a patient at this office for the last 6 years and I am so pleased with the services provided here. Dr. Gomer is very gentle and attentive to my needs and makes sure I feel comfortable during each procedure. Most people dread going to the dentist, but the staff here makes the office feel like home. These people are great WHEN your planning expensive work. But dont find out your terminal & have to cancel planned work. These people also smdont work Fridays so if you call to cancel a Monday appt on a Friday because thats a $200 broken appt feePrepaid $2800. For future work & NO work walked out with 1900.

I hadn't been to a dentist in YEARS I had an extreme phobia because of a bad experience 25 yrs prior. Finally knowing my health was at risk I searched for a place. Reading the reviews on MGS I took a chance I had my 1st appt last year & between the hygienist & Drs Gomer I have never felt more relaxed so much so I am now having extensive implant work done ( asleep of course, I'm not THAT brave) If I, a severly phobic woman is recommending Svetlana & Mikhail than take my advice

I had many issues but this guys plan was to rip out ALL of my top teeth, even the good ones. For an upfront fee of $28,000. Was very rude on top of it. I just called to get my x-rays and they want $25. I already paid for the. Dentist is a real dirtbag.

Review Great dental practice Office is clean. Stuff polite. Doctors are extremely professional. I brought my son to extract his wisdom teeth. He was nervous ( I was nervous too.) But thanks for Dr. Gomer, there was absolutely no painful experience My son was put to sleep, procedure was done and one hour later we were on the way home. The best part is my son doesn't have any memory how the teeth were pulled out. He was completely recovered in two days.

Today I learned over the phone about a policy that this office insisted I've signed. I asked to read it over the phone to me. The front desk rep read that they charge $100 if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours. I reminded her about the calendar which shows I am giving a 6 days notice to reschedule because they slammed me with a short notice of a huge copay that I MUST pay on the date of the appointment.

Well the "radiant and awefully polite" secretary replied that I have a choice to either paying the late fee or leave the practice. "No hard feelings" she said. Well, Dr. Gomers, what can I say. Good bye my love good bye.

Wonderful experience! Doctors Svetlana and Mikhail are compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. They don't recommend dental work unless you truly need it. I've done all kinds of services with them, including Bioclear and Botox. They care deeply about their work and absolute perfectionionists when it comes to every detail. The staff is wonderful too. Had a severe case of dental phobia & hadn't been to a dentist in years. I really needed alot of work done & there was some shame on my part but this place made me feel extremely comfortable. The dental hygienist was so patient & sweet. By the time I had to have a few procedures done I felt very comfortable. Now I'm getting ready to have dental implants done which I never thought I could do because of my phobia.

The dentists are a husband and wife team. Extremely knowledgeable, kind and gentle. I speak to a anyone out there who had a phobia such as mine go to these people. You won't regret it.

I have never been to MGS for dental work, HOWEVER as a neighboring business, I can attest to the AMAZING care they exhibit for their patients, which I witness DAILY. They are so committed to their patients that I just saw one elderly woman come out after her appointment and one of the MGS staff came out to stand with her until she was picked up. Clearly they treat the patient and do with with extreme care and aren't just worried about procedures.

Every problem with my teeth - small or big - has been met with careful consideration and detailed planning. And execution always got me to results I expected.

Do yourself a favor and choose a different dentist. I chose this place after moving to Tewksbury because of positive reviews and because they had numerous quick openings in their schedule. I am now convinced that the online positive reviews of this office are all fake reviews by employees or personal friends of the practice. There is a reason why some dentist offices are very busy (good service/reputation) and in comparison this office can take you for an appointment a few days after you call.that is all I will say

I love Dr. Gomer and all of the staff at MGS Dental. I have been going to this location since I was a kid and when Dr. Gomer came in and took over and added on and renovated the entire place it was awesome. It is state of the art dentistry and so are all the employees. Super nice! And getting a personal follow-up call from Dr. Gomer after having a temporary crown put in was impressive. I highly recommend.

Very professional and friendly staff. Dr. Svetlana Gomer makes the appointment and the whole treatment process easy and pleasant. You end up coming out a new person. A great addition is their use of NuCalm, which makes you relax deeply and feel as if you're about to fall asleep, with the use of music, a chewing supplement and a sleep mask. The office itself is very nice and clean, unlike many where you feel like you're sitting at an emergency room, both patient number and sanitary wise. I'd highly recommend MGS Dental to everyone. Dr. Gomer and her husband do amazing work. As someone who hasn’t seen a dentist in a while and needed extensive work, I can say with 100% confidence that I would not go anywhere else (I drive 45 minutes just to see Dr. Gomer.) All of the staff is really nice and they go to great lengths to make you feel right at home in their office.
