If I could give six stars (before their merger) I would have! After the merger, not so much. Bladen and his staff are phenomenal, if they're assigned to you, and had been great throughout 20+ years. It's a shame the new staff aren't up to the same quality - I'll likely be seeking a new dentist.

Dr. Brett Summerville is fantastic. He is very skilled, personable and did great work on my teeth. I highly recommend him.

I wrote a review but it's disappeared Dr Bladen is kind and gentle but misses a lot. He left a crown off way too long so it caused problems when I finally sought a different dentist. He ignored concerns I had about a particular tooth which now had to be extracted. Mt most recent evaluation by him was obviously rushed and incomplete.

I've been coming to Dr Bladen for over 40 years. Today I showed up for my 6 months appointment and was shown back to a room. I could hear a different doctor greeting people. I've known that Dr Bladen would be retiring, and I planned on staying with whoever bought the clinic. I assumed I would be informed before that happened. After about 25 minutes of waiting for the hygenist, I can hear everyone leaving the other rooms.

I was left completely alone, until I went to the front to find out if they had forgotten about me, and if Dr Bladen was there. They REALLY did forget about me. I could hear them arguing, one said she was told 20 minutes ago that I wasn't there, another said she took me back. Here I was sitting in the chair AND THEY FORGOT I WAS THERE. Between that and not being informed it was a different doctor, I left. This is how the new owners treat someone who has literally been coming there since she was in elementary school!

Dr. Bladen and his staff are great! Very friendly and I never have to wait to get seated, they very prompt.

He gives customers gift cards to give him 5 star reviews on google and other sites. He is a mediocre dentist.

Trustworthy and experienced, Dr. Kent Bladen has always been our family dentist.

I went in for an emergency root canal. The staff were very courteous and the price was affordable. Amazing service!

I have had many bad experiences with dentists the last 4 years. Dr. Bladen took the time to hear my concerns, didn't push anything unnecessary on me, was very understanding, and explained the process of things like I asked. I appreciate him and his staff!

So I first want to thank them for believing me my tooth was broken when my last dentist didn't. However, the more I visited, the worse it got. What sealed the deal was my last visit. I was sprayed with water while the assistant was cleaning my mouth. I have a cracked tooth and told her twice not to pick it and she picked it anyway. Why? To see it was actually cracked.

Very funny I felt like I wasn't important. I really wish I caught her name, she was unprofessional. However, Then the last thing that happened was very unprofessional and I refuse to go back. Unfortunately I have been unemployed for the most of this year. I had gotten a cleaning/check up and was told it was covered. Then I got an suspicious text in December that I owed money: something I was told was supposed to be covered.

I almost dismissed it because it was almost spam like. This appointment was months ago. To mention, I do not blame the dentist to have to charge me. I get it, insurance can be random at times. I am very upset they couldnt be bothered to call: just a poorly worded text that had come off as spam. Luckily I had the money but the text scared me senseless. Turns out it was oversight on their end.

No apologies, just demanding the money. I paid to be taken off their paitent. Then I got a letter saying I have an appointment I am canceling tomorrow. No, I do jot want a generic email response. I just wanted to alert people communication skills are poor here and don't mention if you are unemployed: that is when I noticed I was being treated worse.

I've never once had to wait for my appointment which means I've never had to tell my sitter I'm running behind. Very friendly. Highly recommend.

Ashley was very helpful and very nice and was a very good assistant and beth and hailey were my hygienist and they were the best. The dentist is nice too. haha

They were fast and easy. Super kind and fun to chat with. Did a great job with my cleaning and super affordable!

Dr. Bladen is such a great dentist, he cares about his patients and he also makes them feel comfortable at all times. You never have to wonder what’s going to happen with any of your appointments because him and the staff explain things all the way until you understand. I highly recommend Dr. Bladen.

You don’t wait long to be seen, he seems to be very conservative and very thorough in his exams. The staff and assistants are very helpful and friendly. My daughter had two fillings done so she had two shots and had no idea until I told her at home. His office is clean and the digital X-rays are so convenient, painless and quick! I highly recommend this office!

Best dentist we've ever worked with! You won't be disappointed

This is by far the BEST dentist that I've ever been to! He really cares about his patients and he does a fantastic job! I have sensitive teeth and usually need a lot to numb my mouth when filling cavities, but Dr Bladen is amazing! I have never had to stop him to tell him to give me more numbing medicine or anything. Highly recommend!

After the dentist I went to for 15 years retired it was difficult to find someone I felt comfortable and confident with. Then about a year ago a friend recommended Dr. Bladen. Outstanding work and a super nice guy too. I just finished up a surgical extraction which took about an hour. It was as kind and caring of an experience as you could wish for.

If you're in need of a real professional with a gentle touch, Doctor Bladen is truly a wonderful choice. Kudos as well to Lori and the office staff for being do helpful and kind.

Kent is the best dentist and has the best dental hygienists I've ever worked with. They're all so kind and easy to work with. They aren't unnecessarily expensive or aggressive. I've had two cavities filled with him and both time the shots barely even hurt. I'm extra sensitive to nerve pain because I have fibromyalgia but he did an excellent job.

Dr. Bladen and his assistants took time to be friendly and helpful with suggestions and options I had to help my teeth. He had ideas and tips I've never heard of with a problem I was having with my gums. I even received a follow-up phone call to make sure I was happy with my visit. Thank you for making me feel comfortable, even at a dentist office!

I’ve been going to Dr. Bladen office for about a year now and it’s been the best decision! His staff does an amazing job at cleaning my teeth. The cleanings are quick but very efficient! He and his staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend his office for all dental work.

Dr. Bladen is very thoughtful and professional. Proactively, he took care of two cavities and gave me quality opinion regarding my existing implant. He takes care of his patients and explains the best options for them. Their office is a super relaxed place and the staff is very friendly. Laurie is such a cheerful lady @ the reception desk, she does heck of a job!

Dr. Bladen is my favorite. He's always very kind and friendly and takes his time with me. I'd say the best thing about him is when he gives shots. I've never felt one! And that's a big deal to someone who gets pretty anxious about stuff like that. I also love the comfortable chairs since they remodeled the office!

Dr. Bowden is the best dentist I've ever been to! I tried several different practices before his, and I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Dr. Bladen is an amazing dentist! He is very professional, but also friendly. And he is also honest, which is a quality I greatly look for in a dentist. He does not advise procedures unless they are necessary, unlike some dentists I've had in the past. His staff is also very welcoming and are great at their jobs! I recommend him to everyone!

Dr. Bladen is the best dentist i have ever had. They got me in for a cleaning on short notice and he did my cleaning as his hygienist was off that day, what dentist does that! I then went in a week later for a root canal, there was a freak unheard for break of the root file and Dr. Bladen stayed 2 hours after his office closed to try and remove it so i didnt have to pay the higher price for a endodontist to remove it.

Unfortunately the file was a bugger and he stated that out of best interest we would need the endodontist to help. His staff the next morning found an endodontist in my network and made an appointment for me. I have never had a medical staff do that for me but tell me I am responsible for that. He then got me in after the endodontist finshed up to put my crown in though hos schedule was busy and was short staffed that day. He is an amazing Dentist and his staff is truly high class and really make you feel like you are more than just a patient.
