The Doctor and all of the staff are very friendly, and are equally professional. I came in for a root canal and filling, and they snagged a customer for life! I've had my root canal and crown for a few months now, and have not had any issues! Dr. Broc is a great dentist, who is communicative, and very attentive to his patients. He has a gentle touch and is not rough, but he also gets in there and does his work RIGHT.

He makes sure that you are comfortable, and if you start feeling any pain, he addresses it and makes sure you are no longer in pain before continuing. The level of professionalism and personal touch is honestly something I have ever experienced at a dentist before. The staff is also great, they are friendly and actively try to make sure you are comfortable or happy.

Everyone from the front desk, to the dental assistants greet you with a smile! The upbeat attitude this Dental office has is unparalleled. I will continue to go to Dr. Broc and his associates for all my dental cleanings and any future work. Thank you again for being such a great team!

I have recently had a tooth pulled and a crown put on another tooth and a cleaning. Everyone in the office was very friendly. Dr. Flores is very gentle and always tells you what he is about to do and what to expect as he does it. I am glad to recommend this dental office.

I broke a crown that was placed several years earlier at a different practice in another state. The great staff at this practice guy me in quickly, set me up with a new temporary crown, and I had my new zirconia crown less than 2 weeks later! I've found my new dentist in Jacksonville!

Called yesterday, at 8:30 had my appointment by 9:00. Full exrays exam. Next day appointment at 9:00 root Channel, crown! Painless, best dentist I have ever seen! Folks I'm 72, I've seen a lot of dental offices, this is the best! I highly recommend this office! Very friendly staff!

My first visit was amazing. Everyone is so nice. The tech who took the xrays was so gentle and caring and the dental hygienist, Carla, was fantastic. The dentist, Dr. Tran was very nice and thorough. I can't remember when I actually felt so comfortable at the dentist. I'm so glad I found them. The office was clean and well kept. Also, for anyone hesitating to go due to price, they are very affordable and that is so important. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a dentist.

I have had the best dental experience of my life at Ortega Dentistry. My past experiences at the dentist office have been nothing but nightmares. The whole staff and the Doctor are attentive, caring and so down to earth. I didn't feel like just another number. From the staff to the doctor there truly amazing people. Just recently started going to Dr Flores, he is Amazing! He is extremely nice and gentle, but very thorough I have had a great experience. Choosing this office was the best decision I have made. I stopped by because my neighbor had a good experience and I am glad I did. Had a crown put on a molar and the price was right. Zero discomfort and I found myself a new dentist.

This practice had great customer service. Prices are great. After 13 years of seeking for dental care at various dentists, I found Dr Linh Bradberry from a friend. She has done amazing dental works on me. She was willing to work with me financially to make my smile makeover possible. I am so grateful to be under her care.

I hadn't been to the dentist in over 6 years. I knew I had some major issues when I went in. I ended up needing a deep cleaning, a root canal and an extraction. While all that work is never going to be fun, Dr. Bradberry and all the staff here are great and made me as comfortable as possible. The did an amazing job on my procedures and my teeth look and feel better than they have in a long time. I highly recommend visiting this office if you are in need of an new dnetist.

This place is amazing! The ambiance when you walk in is comforting. The staff is very caring and helpful and they provide excellent service. Dr. Linh is a miracle worker who cares immensely about her patients and does above and beyond to not only provide the best dental work but to bring back out the smile in you! The passion she has for dentistry is definitely embodied through her work and how she treats her patients.

She not only does excellent work she educates you in what to do and not do to keep that smile! Sue was heaven sent and a breath of fresh air. She goes through the experience with you and is excited when you are as well! I have more work to get done and will be happy to go back to my dentist as weird as that may seem. If you need dental work this is definitely the place to go and let them bring back out your smile. Dr. Lihn has been AWESOME in every way, fully explaining my procedures & options to me then She then gave me a Personal Call Saturday night to make sure i was doing fine after having wisdom teeth removed! What a great thing to know my dentist truly CARES about me. The entire staff (Carla, Gail etc)treat me like family from billing and insurance questions to making my appointments!

I came for my first patient appointment and it was amazing. The staff were very nice and respectful. They made me feel great through out my experience. Carla the hygienist there were very friendly and up beat. I didn't feel any pain during the cleaning. My teeth feel so fresh and clean. The doctor was also nice she explained everything thoroughly that it was easy to understand. The price were very reasonable. I will definitely come and see them again.

Dr. Lihn Bradberry Promised me a "painless" experience and she was right. I was very impressed with the professional attitude of her entire staff. She is an Angel to me who did indeed as promised, solve the dental problem that was giving me so much pain and I was in and out of the chair in her office in a very short time. Everyone is greeted with smiles and you will feel very comfortable. I will recommend Dr. Bradberry to my friends and anyone in need of superior service in a very professional as well as comfortable, friendly atmosphere.
