Smart Smile Dentistry

I haven't even been here yet but I'm CANCELLING my appointment. No one answers the phone. I attempted calling after receiving the confirmation numbers from my insurance but, the guy hung up on me. I've found a dentist out of town who doesn't try and charge me for ridiculous things. Please, take me OFF of your list. Please, don't call. I've really had it with Dentist's in Gainesville Florida. Y'all must feel superior to your clients. Especially, when it comes to INSURANCE.

I have been putting off the dentist for long time now. I finally today (after not being able to take the pain any longer) had an appt with Smart Smiles! They made me feel so comfortable (yes I was very nervous). They went over with me the steps to take next! Long story short. I would definitely recommend this dentist office. Kelly, Dr. Samant and all the staff were amazing!

This dental office is one of the best! Incredible new technology for treatment planning and procedures and friendly staff! Smart Smile practices exceptional density.

My sister and I both went to this dentist and were told we had multiple cavities and made appointments to have them filled. We went another dentist shortly after and they told us we did not have any. I wouldn't trust them.

6 outta 5 stars for sure! Hands down the best dentist i've been to. Thank you guys so much for everything, y'all are doing a great job! My teeth have never looked better! Everyone was so friendly and they genuinely care about your oral health and what you're looking for!

I recommend this dentist office. I've been going there for years. Dr. Samant is expert, friendly, kind and caring. The staff is very nice too.

Dr. Samant is wonderful and so is her staff! I was fit in at the last minute and they really took care of me and helped solve a problem that several other dentists could not solve. I feel like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. Thank you so much! I will continue to use Dr. Samant for all my dental needs! She is the best!

The staff is friendly and do good work; however, scheduling has been an issue. My first appointment was supposed to be a cleaning and exam, but I was told I'd have to come in again for the cleaning. Okay, no problem. But I also scheduled some reconstructive work for today and they cancelled this appointment two hours beforehand. They offered me a new appointment, but not for a full month out.

Absolutely wonderful dentistry! Everyone there is very friendly and does great work, they also provide great references and recommendations to other similar things like ortho and endo but I couldn't recommend this place enough. I would give it 6/5 stars if I could for going above and beyond what's expected of the average dental practice.

Just starting here, but I am very impressed with these folks.

This dental office is the best practice I have been to. My journey there started after I completed my orthodontist treatment at another orthodontist practice and was referred to Smart Smile Dentistry by my orthodontist for veneers. From the first appointment with Dr. Samant, I was sold that this was the place to get my treatment. Dr. Samant, and the staff are extremely friendly and humble people which makes it easier to connect with and establish care.

The practice office is really beautiful and clean. Throughout my treatment plan, they were organized and flexible with my appointments and more importantly my veneers are AMAZING! Dr. Samant and the team are artists. I can't flaw this practice for anything. Following my veneers, I decided to get my regular general dental checkups/cleaning here since I love this practice.

Dr. Samant is the greatest dentist in Gainesville! She's very sweet and I trust her with my teeth. I always look forward to coming back for my hygiene appointments every 6 months. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They definitely provide the best customer service as soon as I walk into the door.

The care provided by Dr. Samant and her team is superior! Dr. Samant is not only well-schooled and highly skilled, she has a beautiful bedside manner. You feel like you are the most important person in the world as she and her assistant work on your dental issue. One of the things I find outstanding is the collaborative style of team work in the Smart Smile office.

She has been our dentist for at least seven years. This woman is trained as a speech pathologist and endodontist. But we are so lucky Dr. Samant practices general dentistry as well. Shout out to the kind staff: hygienists, office administrators, dental assistants and others. We just wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My first experience here accompanying my partner has been enough for me to want to switch to their practice. We both felt so important and comfortable in their office throughout the whole experience. Every encounter was very friendly and informative. Couldn't have asked for more! :

Dr. Samant (my dentist) and Inez (my hygienist) are absolutely the best dental team I've ever had. They are friendly and knowledgeable, the office is clean and comfortable, and they do a great job of preventative, corrective, and cosmetic dental work (I have had all three done there). I can't recommend Smart Smile highly enough.

But I called and made the appointment and to my surprise, I actually kept the appointment.

Her staff was smiling when I walked in, this is the first thing I noticed. When Stacie, the hygienist came out to get me, I immediately felt at ease, even before I knew her name. She took her time with me, even though I am sure she was busy. But the fact that she took time with me will make me come back time and again. As it turns out, I have the great fortune of having pretty okay teeth even after years of neglect.

I absolutely love Stacie. After a thorough and fantastic cleaning and X-rays, Dr. Samant came in, and before introducing herself, she looks at me so tenderly, and says "I sure do like your smile." Which was balm to a girl who has had braces twice and still has an overbite and a gap toothed smile. Dr. Samant was gentle and affirming and just a joy.

I left the office feeling empowered and like I had just jumped a huge cumbersome hurdle. I even left the office with 2 future appointments. And my wife called and made an appointment for herself after hearing my excitement at having slayed a dragon!

Dr. Samant & team are an absolute class act, from start to finish. From the surreal warmth and friendliness to the meticulous attention to detail. Look no further, you're home now.

Like most people, I don't necessarily look forward to going to the dentist- it's just something you do because you have to. Dr. Samant and her team completely changed that! What a wonderful experience. The entire team- from the front desk to my hygienist, and the wonderful Dr. Samant- made my experience wonderful. I regret not finding her earlier, and I look forward to coming back in 6 months!

Dr. Samant and her staff do great work. I had some fairly complex dental issues, and Dr. Samant worked me with over several years to resolve them and was amazing the whole time. She is a person who loves her work and her staff enjoy being there every day, and that culture really shows. I highly recommend them!

I switched from my Dentist to Smart Smile after meeting Dr. Samant at a business function. I was impressed by how open and friendly she was. I could not be happier with my new Dental office staff and surroundings. The office is clean, up to date, with all the latest- to my eye- equipment. Staff is always very friendly and even remember my name after only 2 visits.

I have had cleanings, x-rays, fillings and a few cosmetic procedures done. I think prices are very fair for the quality of work. I can not recommend them highly enough. Make the switch- they do a wonderful job.

The staff IS LOVELY AND annnny dentist working here is VERY GENTLE!! Dr. Samant is MY MOSTEST FAVORITE DENTIST IN THIS WORLD!!!! Not to mention, she is hilarious!!! Love love love this family!! Come to this practice.

You feel like family here!! I overcame my fears and joined this practice over 10 years ago. I had many dental issues that needed to be dealt with, they put me at ease from the moment I walked in the door, I received a treatment plan and they got my teeth back where they needed to be! My kids have never been afraid to "go back" without me, you know that's a testament in itself!

Having had to get a lot of dental work done in the last few years, I have enjoyed being welcomed and treated like a friend of the best dental office in Gainesville!

The front staff is very welcoming! Doctor Samant is very kind and gentle. I enjoyed the practice tour before sitting in the chair. Looking forward to my 6 month cleaning.

I have been a patient at Smart Smile Dentistry for a few months now. In the past I have been slightly nervous about visiting the dentist but all the staff at Smart Smile Dentistry are very friendly and make me feel at ease on every occasion.
