Worst dentist experience I've ever. Let's just the dentist cracked my jaw out of impatience and wouldn't do anything to fix the problem

As a client that had a BIG anxiety issue with the dentist, from past offices/experiences as a kid, I was put at ease. They cared about and understood were I was coming from. If I was in pain, they would fix it and always checked in with me. Love this office!

I have nothing but good things to say about Platinum Dental! I am very happy I made the desicion to visit this dentistry. Dr. Sonny truly cares about his patients and has helped me a lot! From teeth cleanings to root canal procedures I can not complain about a thing. I know I'm in good and safe hands everytime I visit. I appreciate the quality work and all the care that I have received.! I definitely recommend Platinum Dental! Thanks a lot Dr. Sonny and friendly staff you guys are the best!.

By far the best dentist in the area; no hurts at this dentist's office. Dr. Sonny knows the latest about what is happening in the dental field. I truly love his honesty about what will work for you, and what will not. My husband and I have been going to Platinum Dental since June 2000 and still love the practice.

Dr. Sonny Eslampour, catered to this young adult man's, extremely low pain tolerance. He is very considerate which helped me to feel very comfortable. He is an extremely thorough dentist checking everything possible in my mouth, things I didn't even know needed to be checked. Dr. Eslampour is very meticulous in verifying that any dental fixtures match and that you, as his patient, are very happy with the results. Dr. Eslampour is one of the only dentist, I know of, who actually cleans his patients teeth, not a dental assistant.

He is very comfortable to chat with and has a really great sense of humor, something you need when sitting in a dentist chair. He and his staff are extremely friendly with water and coffee to offer you, should you need to wait.

Awesome dentist! I have never had to wait around. When I show up for my appointment they are ready to see me and get started right away. No waiting for 30 minutes after your appointment just to get into the chair. Sonny is super informative and explains everything that's happening to me in detail so I'm not left confused with what needs to be done.

I have a high pain tolerance and most dental work doesn't bother me but Sonny still goes the extra mile to be as gentle as possible while working on my teeth. He is the best dentist I have ever been to by far.

I really cannot recommend Dr. Eslampour more strongly. Great patient rapport and able to provide detailed advice regarding dental care and health. The oral care is extremely gentle. For those who are extremely anxious in the dental chair you will be surprised at how comfortable you will feel in the chair. The office staff is great and with email and text reminders for scheduled appointments you appreciate the well organized office.

Friendly, clean, casual office with professional staff. Great dentistry. My husband and I have been coming to Dr. Sonny for a few years (mostly semi-annual teeth cleaning) and have had great experiences with him. The office also helped me get Invisalign for a reasonable price. It's a nice feeling when you come into an office and they remember you and take the time to ensure they are covering all your dental issues.

I have been seeing Dr. Eslampour for many years. I have high anxiety and dental phobia but Dr. Eslampour know how to work with me to make the process as painless as possible. For major procedures, Dr. Eslampour offers sedation -- which is a huge help for me. For minor procedures, like teeth cleaning, Dr. Eslampour handles this himself which is important to me. Brenda handles scheduling and the front desk and she is efficient, professional and very friendly.

She always goes the extra mile to make sure my appointment fits my busy schedule which means nearly all of my appointments are after normal working hours. Last, the office has gone out of their way to work with my insurance company to get as much as possible paid by the insurance company and as little as possible out of pocket. I highly recommend Platinum Dental.

I have been a patient at Platinum Dental for many years and they have provided me with all my dental care over the years. I am always pleased with the quality & level of care I receive from them, the quality of office space, friendliness & professionalism of the staff. You will not ever have any issues with the treatments or ever question the quality of work you receive from them.

I have been using them for over 10 years and decided to make the switch when the last dentist I was using just made me a number. Sonny at Platinum Dental is the one who does the cleaning, not an assistant, and he truly cares about how sensitive my gums are. He uses the best care in cleaning my teeth by making sure my gums are numb. I also had to have braces put back on since my teeth have moved so much.

He set up a payment plan for my care. Their office makes me feel welcome and checks up on me after appointments to make sure all is going well. The office is inviting and warm and each room has different things to keep you entertained during a long visit.

Dr. Sonny Eslampour performed major dental work on my teeth this year which included two dental implants. I am very happy with my entire experience as his patient and would highly recommend him. He is professional, skilled, thorough, personal, friendly and sensitive to his patient's needs. He takes time to explain what is going to be done so I did not have any hesitation or anxiety during my multiple procedures. Also, he graduated from one of the top dental schools in the U.S. which impressed me and gave me confidence in his abilities. If you need a dentist in the North San Diego county area, I would recommend Dr. Eslampour and his very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I'm not sure why this place has such a low rating! I've been seeing Dr. Eslampour for what seems like a year now and my TMJ issues have decreased tremendously! I found this practice by recommendation of my dentist. I suffered from migraines caused by severe teeth grinding and had minor discomfort while opening my mouth. I was given an acrylic night guard which alleviated the constant headaches I would get throughout the day.

It also saved my teeth from further damage. My dentist noticed that I was able to open my mouth wider during her exams and I found that it happens with less pain. Dr. Eslampour is a specialist. This will not be the cheapest option BUT your problems will be solved! He's extremely knowledgable and takes the time to explain everything to you. He also has friendly staff who never give you problems! I wouldn't hesitate to visit him.especially if you're in pain!

I have been a patient of this office for several years now and I have nothing but good things to say. Dr. Eslampour is very knowledgeable in his craft and always makes sure that I feel comfortable in any kind of dental work that I'm going to be having done. (i.e., cleaning, my Invisalign case, teeth whitening) Although it is not important in dentistry to have a good sense of humor; he definitely has an upbeat personality.

Office is really well-maintained they decorate for every single holiday which I think just adds a nice touch to the office. At the checkout desk they have pens and travel size mouthwash and compact mirrors and all kinds of stuff for you to take. Not to mention they have fruit and water in the waiting area. There have been a couple times where I've waited past my appointment time but they always offer if you want to read a magazine or watch a movie.

In my opinion I don't mind waiting to a certain extent because it shows that he's not rushing his patients. Cleanliness and sterilization is never a concern for me in his office and I find that to be very very important. The office is definitely not in my route but it's worth making the trip for ease of mind knowing that I'm in a clean and not money hungry dental office.

My daughter & I have been Dr. E's patients for about 11 years! We both love it and I couldn't imagine ever switching dentists...I can still say that today even after my root canal

Well what can I say about this practice, they are absolutely amazing. I have gotten cleanings in other offices and the last major work I got done was getting me wisdom teeth extracted. That experience was horrible especially since they shoved a needle in my mouth and didn't let me know when it was coming. Well anyways. Dr. E is amazing he replaced a couple of my old fillings I didn't let him know I was a bit jittery of the needle, but he put my mind at ease and I didn't even feel when he injected me; he even said sorry for the pinch.

I mean how many dentists do you know that will say sorry for what they are supposed to do. Dr. E can do anything from just regular cleaning to braces and anything you can think of, why go anywhere else. I am currently going thru my Invisalign treatment people can't even tell i'm wearing them unless I tell them. They are surprised as to how easy it is to wear them. Dr E and Judy, treatment coordinator, take the time to explain everything as best as possible and will try to help you out any way they can. Also, Judy takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and will speak to you as a friend not as someone who is out to get your money.

There office is great from the moment you walk in to when you are in the chair. It doesn't even feel like a dentist office. The office is always decorated depending on what time of year it is. While your sitting in the chair you can watch a movie while you get your work done. If possible I would give them more starts :D. Highly recommend coming to this office. Don't even think twice about it.

Fantastic dentist and great services. Always had a huge fear of dentist based on bad (painful) childhood dentistry. This Dr is fantastic. Pain free dentistry, great attitude (funny and well informed) and very educational. I highly recommend this dentist. As for John C's low rating of this dentist office, consider that every review he writes is 1 star. That makes it kind of meaningless.

I've been a patient here for about 10 yrs and have never had a problem. Dr. E. is very proactive and helped transform my daughter's bite while she was still young enough so we could avoid braces. He has a great sense of humor so we're both always comfortable when we have any work done. He never hesitates to give back to the community when I harass him for donations either :- The modern conveniences in the office are great too. I barely noticed how long my root canal took as I was in my own little world watching a movie on the cool movie glasses.

I have been a patient of Dr. Eslampour for over 4 years now, and i have to say that i have been very pleased with the dental work I've had done there. I am very happy with the way my smile looks after my braces came off, I get compliments all the time! And I never hesitate to recommend Platinum Dental to friends or anyone who seems to be impressed by my smile.

Because besides the great dentist, they have a great staff, always helpful, knowledgeable and aiming to keep US the patients happy and well informed about fees, and letting us know the "how and why" he recommends what's needed. Overall, Dr. Eslampour and everyone at Platinum Dental are a high quality practice with that "friendly" touch that you don't see at other offices, (just saying). : )

Well, I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews previously written about Platinum Dental. My experience as a patient there for the last several years has been very good. The office is clean, everyone is friendly, and I haven't ever felt that Dr. E was pushing for any unnecessary procedures.which was the reason I left my previous dentist.

I would recommend Platinum Dental to anyone looking for a dentist.now, if I can only get Dr. E to stop asking me questions when my mouth is full of dental tools it would be perfect.

I'm a Fan! The office is clean and inviting, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who was very professional. onto the service. Dr. E is great, I hadn't been to the dentist in years and he didn't make me feel ashamed of it lol he educated me on all the things I need to do to keep my mouth healthy without giving me the feeling that he was trying to up sell me. All in All I had a wonderful experience. Will Be back for sure.

I was refer here by a patient. I had three implants done by Dr. E. Everything went so well! Dr. E and staff was very caring every steps of the way. They explained to me in simple terms so that I can understand more easily. They were professional and organize. I had two estimate for my implants and the cost for my implants here was very affordable. I definitely will recommend Platinum Dental in San Marcos to others.

Dr. Eslampour created a nighttime appliance to prevent the grinding and clenching that caused my TMJ symptoms. That was 5 years ago and I have had no issues since then. I recently returned to get a duplicate appliance made because I realized that if I lost it I would be frantic! Dr. E is very gentle and explains the process in simple terms. His staff is very helpful.

Plantinum Dental is fantastic...from the time you enter their doors, you are greeted by a smile and a tranquil environment. The appointment was right on schedule (he doesn't stack his appointments), the dental assistant very knowledgeable, and the dentist very thorough in his examination, explanations of his diagnosis, and is always available if you have any questions between appointments. I would highly recommend Dr. Eslampour to all my family and friends.
