I had a horrible experience with Dr. Garcia and office. He gave me unnatural looking veneers that many people have noticed are fake. Instead of working with me to help fix the teeth that he did not design correctly for my face, he has completely ghosted me. The office takes weeks to get back to me and informs me that the doctor will not give me the respect to even talk with me. Incredibly disappointed with Dr. Garcia's work and lack of empathy for his patients.

I got veneers with Dr. Garcia and very unhappy with the results and customer service I have received. I came in self conscious about my large front teeth and instead of listening to me and designing teeth that worked with my petite face, he gave me large bright white teeth. They do not look natural and many people have noticed they are fake teeth.

I tried for over 2 years to work with the office to try to soften the look of the teeth by shaving them down, but Dr. Garcia would never see me or even reach out to me to discuss. The office says that I can make them smaller but would have to redo the veneers, which I was never told before the procedure. They then quoted me a higher estimate to fix than I even paid initially, which was a large amount of money. Really upset with my results and how they treated me and want to warn people of going to Dr. Garcia.

I have been amazed at the professionalism, the passion, the caring and the overall excellent service I received. I'm always smiling and loving smiling! It's worth it to check in for a free consultation with Smiles by Garcia for 1 tooth, 2 teeth or a mouthful of teeth, Dr. Garcia and his awesome team have the right plan for you! I am so pleased with the outcome of my smile, it exceeded my expectations. I did my research and am so glad I went with this team. I would give 6 stars if possible! I have just had a full mouth reconstruction with two dental implants, extractions, and bridges. You don't have to worry about the appointments because you don't feel anything. You are sedated listening to music, and you wake up after the appointment with a new smile. Dr. Garcia is an artist who does a great job explaining what the options are and what needs to be done.

The team is very nice and supportive and they take care of you from the moment you book your first appointment. The price was high, but I am glad I went ahead with this life-changing treatment, and I don't regret it at all. The only downside after this smooth makeover treatment is that I would be discouraged from going to other dentists when I move out of Austin.

Just had total mouth reconstruction done with high expectations for Dr. Garcia and crew. All I can say is hell yeah! The whole office/assistant team is excellent and Dr. Garcia is a true artist. The style, quality of work, and comfort of the office atmosphere makes what is a complicated and stressful procedure seem like a cake walk. It is true.they can get this completed within two procedure visits and absolutely painless.

I've been in more pain at the general dentist getting a filling done. Over the past couple years I've gathered other estimates on what it would take to correct my bite, fix the gaps, and correct the chipped crooked teeth I had and most of them wanted me to get braces first, then come back later on to have the work done. Dr. Garcia was able to accomplish not only fixing my bite, but giving me a bright white smile with no gaps and leveling out my teeth without braces!

Totally worth it, if you have any doubts just go for the consultation. You won't be disappointed. Keep it up Doc you have a good thing going here! I hope you and your crew keep creating smiles for the world for many more years to come. The world will be a happier place when everybody is smiling.

I had Full Mouth Reconstruction done by Dr Garcia and I absolutely love my new smile! I used to be self conscious of my gummy smile and the shape of my teeth. I had a bad bite and I used to get headaches that constantly disrupted my day. Now, after getting my full mouth done, I no longer have headaches! Talk about a LIFE CHANGER. The entire staff at Smiles by Garcia makes you feel genuinely like family. They worked with my finances and worked each appointment around what works best for my schedule. If you were looking into veneers but not sure where to go, this is the place. I have recommended a friend who got her teeth done as well as her mothers, and our smiles are GORGEOUS.

The office is beautiful and I enjoyed my appointment however I felt my quote was ridiculous: $14,000 and that's only for the top 10 teeth. Who likes going to the dentist? Not me. I hate needles in my mouth. My heart rate goes up and I start sweating. I was hesitant about my consultation with Smiles by Garcia till I met Allison. I called for new patient exam. The lady was initially informative and then very dismissive towards end of call. I'm not sure why, if it was because I called wrong practice's office or. Definitely won't be seeing them for the any dental work. Update review Thank you for the response. In response to the message, that is correct I requested an appointment today.

The lady informed me of availability and the kind of services offered. I advised I called wrong dental practice as I am needing general dentistry. Lady offered to assist further still. I did misunderstand her response. I thought it was a 2 way conversation where I could also ask question(s), apparently not. Lady became dismissive in my response to her question, interrupting me and ended call. Misunderstanding all around I guess

Dr. Garcia and his wonderful team have changed my life forever. My smile and confidence are thru the roof, and it's absolutely all Thanks to them. I have spent 20+ years having some sort of dental issue and I finally wanted a "Forever" smile. The kind celebrities have but at an affordable price. I've gotten 4 estimates, in 3 different states, this one included more for the best price.

To say that Dr. Garcia changed my life would be an understatement. he helped transform me into a confident, successful family man. Prior to meeting Dr. Garcia I had visited 8 dental professionals regarding my teeth. Growing up I always avoided the dentist and my parents could not afford to get me adequate dental work. By the time I was 30 I had lost 2 teeth, had a root canal, countless cavities filled and grinded my teeth to half their original size.

The advice I had been given by the other 8 professionals was to embark on a 18 month journey that included breaking my jaw and braces. As a successful sales professional, that was not going to work. and sounded painful! Dr. Garcia's staff was amazing and welcoming (especially Lisa)! They make me feel comfortable, understood the journey I had been on and gave me the piece of mind to know I could have a great smile in just a few months.

I experienced minimal pain throughout the process and the price was very reasonable! I would have paid twice as much if I knew my life would have evolved the way it did. When Dr. Garcia came in here he was very informative, and direct meanwhile being friendly and polite. The price they gave to me was very good (for veneers) compared to The Cosmetic Dentists of Austin. Right now I just don't have the funds to get my perfect smile but I assure you when I am ready I will be coming back to him.

Dr Garcia is amazing at what he does. In just two visits I have a completely new outlook on my smile. As a hairstylist having a great new beautiful smile has made all the difference in how people see me as a stylist. As soon as I fixed my teeth my wife did it too. For the past 4 years I have been looking for the proper solution to a problem I have had with my smile. My dentist, Dr. Garcia, was extremely clear and helpful throughout the process of explaining how my procedure would work. After talking to my husband, we agreed we would give it a shot. Dr. Garcia even took into account my financial situation and was able to find something that would fit within my budget.

This was huge, as it was the reason i never went forward with other procedures in the past. Afterwards, I couldn't believe the result, I had my smile back! I was referred approximately one year ago to Dr. Garcia and his staff for major cosmetic dental work. I will admit that I approached this with some trepidation due to the high cost, amount of work that needed to be completed and having to travel from El Paso, Texas. First, this has been a life changing experience and worth every penny that I spent!

Dr Garcia and his whole staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. I went to another place that had recommended braces. I'm 56 years old and don't want braces now! I just want a nicer smile before I die! Cosmetic dentistry is VERY expensive but the rep, Amber, went out of her way to work with me. Amber followed up with me after working with my insurance company to get them to cover some of the cost. Dr. Garcia is an artist who has honed his skill to give you a customized look - not cookie cutter work. He was even concerned that I had to wait for a while. Best part is that you can have a new smile in 2 visits - not 2 years! State of the Art equipment too.

I cannot recommend Smiles by Garcia highly enough. I had veneers done on all my teeth primarily for medical, rather than cosmetic reasons and the improvement was life-changing. The realignment of my jaw due to the veneers made it easier to breath, improved my sleep, resolved TMJ, reduced headaches and made eating more enjoyable. The difference was so dramatic and immediate I can't believe this isn't a more common treatment for those problems.

The cosmetic improvement was an awesome benefit as well.

Going to Dr. Garcia is a completely different, and far better experience than going to any regular dentist. To walking into my consult and being greeted by Alison and Brent who by the way is wonderful and positive! These people truly care and get excited for you on this journey! to having Lisa ease EVERY single fear and insecurity I had.

She perfectly explained every step of the process she was so comforting and assured me I had made the perfect choice!! When Dr. Garcia entered the room with absolutely no judgement on my fear or the neglect I had allowed to my teeth out of the fear. He was positive, confident and reassuring! My records appointment was actually fun, the girls in that office are professional and pass no judgment, however they make it fun, with their amazing personalities and beautiful faces I actually forgot I was in a dentist office!!
