I went to East Town Dental for a consultation. I was treated wonderfully. No high pressure, everything was explained, and what all my options were. I haven't started any work yet, but the dentist made time for ME. I won't be able to get everything done because I don't have insurance, but I'm going to start the work. I give them 5 stars. I can't wait to start. Never thought I would say that about going to the dentist!

I have ALWAYS been terrified of the dentist. Recently, I have been really thinking about trying a new dentist since I have been going to the same one since I was a toddler and I dread going there even for cleanings. I decided on East Town Dental because it is a very short drive for me and let me tell you I cannot say enough wonderful things about this establishment!

The cleaning was so gentle and Robin is such a peach to talk to. She explains everything very well and asks multiple times if you're comfortable or if you need anything. Dr. Froebel is also extremely helpful. He was more than willing to answer any and all questions I had and gave me options that my other dentist never even mentioned. The girls at the front desk were such a pleasure as well. This was the best experience I have ever had in a dentists office and I am POSITIVE I will be going here from now on. Thank you East Town!

Unfortunately I have been too many different dentists (because of insurance and not being comfortable with them) I get the worst anxiety knowing when I have to go. I can't stress enough how comfortable/relaxed, Dr. Froebel and his staff made me feel! A couple months back I was in the worst pain for 4 days and finally my husband called and forced. me to go. (I was hoping the pain would go away on its own ) they got me right in and I walked out the happiest person!

He was so sweet and so caring knowing how much pain and stress I was in being there. I have been back there since & getting more work done so that never happens again. Normally I would just wait till I "had" to go back. I can't stress enough how great this place is and so happy I found them and that they are in Alden! Highly recommend! VERY CLEAN!

I have been a patient for over 1 year. The staff are all terrific and really put you at ease. The dental cleaning is the best I have ever received. I had a crown put in and it perfectly matches my other teeth. The whole process went very well. The doctor explains everything and takes his time. I couldn't be happier that I chose this office for my care. I also love that the Doctor is from Alden.

I went in to get 5 dental implants. Never having any done before I wasn't sure about how rough it would be. I can't even tell you how well it went! There was very little discomfort through out the entire procedure, which only lasted 1:20 minutes from the time I entered the office to when I left! I have been in other waiting rooms longer than that before even seeing the Doctor. I'm very excited for the next procedure to get done. Everyone there is really nice and knowledgeable in all that they do? Seriously can not overstate how pleased I am.

I just recently had my teeth cleaned by this team. I must say that I am not at all surprised there are 5 Stars across the board for them. Everyone is extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Froebel and his team to anyone.

I am not a huge fan of the dentist. I go every 6 months like I have to but I dread it. This time however, was different. Robin and Dr. Froebel were awesome and very gentle. I even got to pick what kind of music I wanted to listen to! Highly recommend!

Dr. Froebel and his sweet staff couldn't be more professional and pleasant simultaneously! They have worked in a timely (never wait for appointments), educational (given me great options for my problematic teeth), and fun ( always a smile on all of their faces) manner.

First visit to see Dr Froebel and he found a large crack in my tooth that I had been complaining about pain for EIGHT years. Great experience. Awesome staff!

I have had 2 appointments at East Town Dental and both went seamlessly. My initial appointment was a cleaning performed by Robin. She was friendly and thorough. I left with pearly white teeth and a bag of goodies! My second appointment was for a filling. Dr. Froebel made the process so quick and painless that I opted to get 2 fillings taken care of that day!

I have nothing but good things to say about this office. Even the receptionist was friendly and helpful, giving me an accurate estimate of costs prior to being seen for treatments. If you are looking for a dentist or are not that fond of your current care check this place out!

I went to East Town Dental, needed numerous procedures done. The staff all made me feel welcome, comfortable and at Ease. In the past Dental Appointments were frowned upon by myself because of past experiences at other Dentist. My Experiences with procedures done at East Town Dental were All positive, No Pain and was Explained before hand of anything being done. I would Highly Recommend East Town Dental to Anyone Looking for a Great Dental Facility.

I was as satisfied as I could be as far as dental visits go. Dr. Froebel took care of 5 teeth for me in two visits. I have an anxiety when it comes to dentists. It had been a long time since I had been to one. He took care of me painlessly and I will be making routine visits.

I have always had a phobia with dentists, Not anymore! Robyn cleaned my teeth they looked and felt great very professional! I called Dr. Froebel last week I thought I had a issue with one of my teeth and he took me right in! Great place and always had a great experience!

Best dental experience I have ever received! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Dr. Froebel and his hygienist Robin Czwojdak are professional and thorough.( and I can't forget about the receptionist Kathleen she is friendly / welcoming and professional) The facility is state of the art and has the cleanest office/ waiting area around! We visited East Town Dental last week for the first time. My husband, myself, my 4 1/2 year old, and my 15 month old had appointments. I was a little nervous because my husband and I hadn't been to the dentist in quite a while, and it was the first appointment for each of my children. When we arrived, we were greeted by the incredibly kind and welcoming staff, and were immediately put at ease!

The hygienist, Robin, allowed us to choose whatever music we wanted to listen to, and carefully checked to be sure that we were comfortable in the exam chair. She was polite and informative about each step she was taking to clean our teeth. My older son was given choices of flavors of dental paste, and he did not feel nervous at all while Robin cared for him.

She was gentle with each of us while cleaning, but extremely thorough- my teeth were never so clean! Dr. Froebel checked each of our mouths very carefully, and gave us recommendations about what our next steps should be. He was not at all pushy, and guided us in what options we had. I have never had a more enjoyable experience at the dentist, and I am actually looking forward to my next appointment- the rest of my family is as well!

I had my first appt there today and it was GREAT. The office is cozy and the staff was very welcoming. I was promptly called back (early actually, which was great!) and introduced to a very nice hygienist. The office was extremely clean and you could tell how brand new it was - they have very fancy new equipment. The whole experience was great. Dr. Froebel and the rest of his staff were very polite and very thorough. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a new dentist! They take almost all insurance companies too, to my knowledge. 10/10!

Finally I have found a place to go that truly cares about making sure your treatment is the best walking you through each step of the way!

Best dentist I have ever been too. I had a root canal done here and it went perfect. I was so comfortable that I actually started dozing off. I would recommend to any and everyone.

I cannot say enough good about Dr. Froebel and his staff! I went in for what I thought was a wisdom tooth popping through.. not only did he remove it the same day, they took the time to make me feel absolutely comfortable with the procedure and it went seemlessly with no pain on my end. The next week I was getting ready to leave the country and he even let me come back in to get it checked out to calm my nerves. I would absolutely recommend this business to all my friends and family! They've definitely got a permanent patient in me!
