Echoing other reviewers! Where was my sixth month cleaning. First visit.expected x-rays and exams, but recommended replacing my molars with amalgam fillings with crowns! Too much talk of money. Stay away. The experience was patronizing. No talk of care and prevention! Right to the most expensive invasive procedures! Let's do root canals, grind those teeth down and put porcelain over them! I am almost 60 and still have all my own teeth. Dropping insurance and going back to a tried and true, long established practice

I am sorry to have to say that I no longer trust this dentist. Based on my own experience, the experience of my neighbor, and of those who have given reviews, I suspect that they will try to use your dental insurance as much as possible. Two years ago, I called for an appointment for a broken tooth and warned them that I was looking for a dentist who would not present me with a laundry list of procedures which they would like to do, but only what they truly HAD to do.

They put a crown on the broken tooth and proceeded to add 8 more crowns to my teeth. I felt like my teeth were now in good shape and didn't think much more. When I returned after the worst of the pandemic, I was encouraged to pay for the cancer screening because "the number of people who have oral cancer has been increasing". I got the screening. Then, after they took the x-rays, I was told that I would have to take an antibiotic to kill the bacteria under my gums (I have had strong teeth and gums my entire life), that the area under my gums would need to be scraped and that I had a broken tooth under one of my crowns which would need to be pulled, the bone built up, a metal piece added to my gum and an implant added.

This would be several visits. Oh, and for another $200, I could get a temporary "flipper" to cover up the metal before the implant was installed. They put me in a room where the dentist explained the importance of this entire process and where we discussed a payment plan. I was warned that after the gum scraping, that if I didn't floss several times a day, I would need additional scraping sessions.

I left in a daze, with a potential bill for thousands of dollars over and above what my very high level of coverage would handle. I left with a strong, nagging gut-level feeling of the experience coupled with my previous experience of nine crowns and, because I was changing jobs, put off starting the process. One day, I was chatting with a neighbor and discovered that she had an experience with the office which involved the same series of dental "needs" and procedures. My gut -feeling was confirmed.

Amazing dental hygienist, super friendly and has the softest touch! I've been going to this place for years, always timely and quick. Always comfortable and they spend a good amount of time addressing all my concerns and adding valuable input.

My hygienist Joy is wonderful - the warm, compassionate expert that makes you look forward to your visit! I've had great experiences with the whole team at Kessler. I highly recommend.

Going to the dentist is never fun. But Kessler dental goes out of their way to make it as comfortable and painless as possible. Communication is top notch, from walking in the front door to the dental chair, I never questioned what was happening or what anything cost. The fillings and crowns I had done were painless and finished all in one day! Looking forward to my next check up!

Very welcoming office, comfortable environment and exceptionally friendly staff. I always leave feeling well taken care of and informed. My hygienist, Rose, is top notch in patient comfort as well as thoroughness and expertise. She is kind and provides excellent care.

For all of you who similarly cringe at going to the dentist, I highly recommend Kessler Dental! They provide a calm, welcoming environment with staff that understand that the dentist isn't everyone's fav spot. I have been a patient here since before I could remember, which is nearly 40 years. Compared to other doctors and specialist I have seen through the years, this office sits at the top of the list. Always top notch service, always professional, always clean, and always friendly.

I felt comfortable walking into the office for the very first time. I was met at the door by a friendly staff member. I don't have the best dental history and my mouth needs a lot of work. I was embarrassed to go and afraid of the way I'd feel after the visit. While I know I have a lot to have repaired, they made me feel comfortable and heard. They spoke to me in a gentle and caring way.

They made me feel like we are going to get my dental health back on track even though it'll be a process. I understand the process moving forward and I was pleased with how wonderful and knowledgeable everyone was that I spoke to. They also gave me tips for the meantime to help between appointments. I left feeling like I knew what I needed to do to get back on track.

I didn't feel rushed, I felt heard and was given helpful feedback. I also love the option of the in house annual dental plan! Now I feel better about future appointments and staying on top of them! They also gave the cutest welcome gift bag when I left which was really thoughtful and a nice gesture welcoming me to their office!

Joy and the staff including the women at the front desk are super awesome. They always explain everything as far as procedures and scheduling. I highly recommend!

I have had the worst history with dental issues and phobia of dentists and have never enjoyed going to the dentist. until I met Dr. Kessler and her team. This is how dentistry should be done and how patients deserve to be treated. Warm and friendly, yet still professional and efficient practice. Best dentist office ever, PERIOD.

We love Kessler dental. My kids enjoy going to the dentist and my husband and I have received excellent care. Joy and Dr. P are so kind, caring and attentive to our needs. They do excellent work in explaining procedures, to monitoring your comfort and doing an excellent job with major dental work. The office staff is also friendly and helpful in dealing with insurance. They thrive to provide the best care possible, expanding their services and hiring quality professionals. Today I had Joy for my check up and cleaning. She did a very thorough job and informed me in advance of all the procedures that she was about to perform. I would highly recommend Kessler Dentistry to anybody who cares about their teeth (and also to those who are as big of a chicken as I am!)

Extremely disappointed! I had a crown placed there last year and it chipped. I called to ask about the warranty on it twice and they gave me the run around saying I needed to come in and have it evaluated first. Knowing that it wouldn't be covered, which it wasn't which I am fine with, I had to lose a day of work and I am out 42 dollars for the office visit. They could of just told me from the get go. Sad they feel like they need to rip people off!

I have the worst dental anxiety. Dominque has been kind and reassured me from my very first visit. Dr Kessler did some work today and made every effort to make sure I was feeling comfortable. I highly recommend this practice and have referred several co-workers and friends to this office.

This is by far the best dental facility I've ever experienced, believe me when I say from experience, from the west coast to the east coast, I was so fearful of dentists, that my fear had the better of me, through that fear my teeth suffered. I needed to see a dentist like yesteryear! I put my faith in them, made an appointment, have never looked back. I'm glad I took that leap of faith. I've needed a lot of dental work, which they have done & it hasn't broken the bank. Was a good practice at one time. The practice is now extremely profit oriented. They insist on the highest cost treatment regardless of insurance coverage and if you say no they "fire" you as a patient. Very sad but an example of why our health care system is so dysfunctional.

From the moment you walk through the door, you feel welcome. you are offered coffee or water. the office atmosphere is very comforting. and once you are in the chair for service, there is a fuzzy large blanket if you are chilly. love this place. highly recommended

This is the only dentist I would ever recommend to anyone. they've gone above and beyond to ease my dental anxiety. they are kind, caring, patient, understanding, and very accommodating!

One star because this dentist is greedy. A recent visit for cosmetic work for my son resulted in a $300 work-up and a $20,000 estimate to fix his teeth. Very disappointing. Be sure to look at some of the one and two star reviews. You will see that this dentist sees a new client as an opportunity to make quick money instead of getting a client for life.

Messed up my sons mouth. It was all swollen and gross! Lasted days like that and still numb the next day. will not be going back here again for anything. Our first visitt was a cleaning and the orthodontist threw up. So they tried to send us home without the cleaning! Eventually after i stalled a bit asking why we couldnt be served first since we came first, the dentist offered to clean. This place is a mess.

Dr. Kessler is an peerless dentist and has an exquisite bed side manner. I had extensive work done and at all times she showed an exemplary level of compassion.

It is hard for me to find a dentist that I do not dread going to till I started going to Kessler Dental. They always make sure you feel comfortable during the whole appointment and make sure you understand everything that is happening or that will happen. Also very helpful with scheduling around my crazy work schedule!

During the four years that I spent going to Kessler dental I had a total of six cavities, 2 root canals. I was also told that I had gum disease and required two separate scrapings. Fast forward to the dentist that I have been seeing for the past five years I have been told on each visit that my teeth are in good shape and that it's common to have receding gum due to getting older as it's common for some deterioration.

I have spent a lot of money at Kessler as well as my family members. None of it seemed necessary. They are all out for the money. If you want honesty and not to be taken advantage of then go elsewhere.

Dr. Kessler and her team were fabulous! I picked her on a whim, but I am so glad I did. Everyone in her practice is so friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I highly reccomend this practice to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

Kessler Dental is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so kind from the receptionists to the dentists. They make you feel so comfortable (offer you blankets, stress balls, pillows) and don’t pressure you to do any procedures. They are also accommodating with payment plans if needed. Dr.Philips knew I was anxious about a procedure I was getting done and rubbed my arm, and gave me breathing technique advice to calm down. They really go above and beyond for every patient.

I had a crown placed on a rear molar last month. I felt ZERO pain. I was able to watch my crown being made right before my eyes with their incredible CAD/CAM technology which takes a digital impression of the tooth that is to be crowned. No sloppy goop or molds, just a few quick pictures. The machine then runs a program that creates a PERFECT fitting crown.

Could not have been easier. All in one visit. I LOVE my new crown. Today I had to have two fillings that were done many years ago replaced. Dr. Solovey and her assistant did a great job again. NO PAIN. The entire staff is very friendly. I have 100% complete confidence in Dr. Solovey and their entire staff.

My first visit to this office was such a positive experience. Everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Kessler were wonderful and very welcoming. Dr. Kessler explained everything and helped me come up with a plan for my bad tooth. I never once felt pressured about doing five procedures at once, she said let’s fix this first.

Make sure you get a pre authorization on all treatment. They are a bit of a bait and switch. They say it is covered and it isn't and they stick you with the bill. I ended up With a different dentist and I am much happier. They don't ambush you with this huge list of things they want to do with an offer of financing. You can't trust Dr Kessler.

The front desk staff is beyond amazing. Always greeting you by name with a smile on their face and seem genuinely happy to see you! The doctors are phenomenal! So much pride in their work. Today I had a visit with Dr Levin, the work she put into making my visit a success was commendable! So glad I stumbled upon this office! Makes going to the dentist a great and comfortable experience!

1st time visit and I am very satisfied. Calming which is great for someone like me. Very friendly and seems like a good competent team. It's dental work. it sucks. And it costs money. If I can't use Maple Knoll in West Chester due to my location, I happily choose these girls.

The dental hygienist was friendly and through, but the dentist tried to peddle some necessary oral cancer screening for extra $$. Given that I am under 30 and do not smoke, this just seemed like something I would expect a used car salesman to do. They also were not exactly gentle during some fillings I got done- the upper and lower part of my cheek was cut by the end of the procedure and I was full of canker sores for the next week. Lastly, I was double charged (over $300) for a visit because of issues with their credit card system.

They admitted the double charge occurred, but instead of just writing me a check they made me file a dispute with the bank. I didn't get my money back for over a week. I have been to better dentists. I would not recommend.

I needed to find a new dentist for my elderly mother and, after doing some research on the internet, we decided to try Kessler Dental due to the reviews and the location. I can't tell you how great a decision this was!! Mom needs some extensive dental work and Kessler is treating her with caring and compassion. They provide the latest techniques which have allowed for quick recoveries with minimal pain.

When my tooth broke at 8pm on a Thursday, I thought I’d be attending my son’s birthday party that weekend with a broken front tooth. Thanks to Kessler Dental and their wonderful staff, they got me in first thing Friday morning and had a new crown on my tooth by the end of Friday. Exceptional service, especially considering I was a first time patient at this office.

Long story short - many years ago I went to Kessler and seemed that every check up they said I needed cavities filled. During one visit they told me I needed an immediate root canal. I was going away for the weekend so I said I wanted to wait until I returned. They told me it would be very painful if I didn't do the procedure right away. I went away for the weekend and felt fine so I got a second opinion.

The other dentist told me a root canal was completely unnecessary and the cavities they had recently filled were also not needed. Needless to say I never went back to Kessler and to the day I have not needed any additional cavities filled or procedures done.

We have bounced around to a few dentists, but now found a home. Kind and professional people. Fine experience and excellent work.

I must say I am not a big fan of the dentist but this practice is by far the most comfortable and pleasant experience I have ever had. Dr Kessler and her entire staff goes the extra mile to make it that way. My hygienist Diane made a scary situation for me very pleasant and comfortable.so if you had fears like mine make this your dentist, you will NOT be sorry. thank you all for all you do.

Finally a dentist that takes the scary out. Every time I head to Dr. Kessler's I am greeted with smiles and sincere inquiries of my week. What's even better is when you dont want to chat they leave you alone too. But I digress. I have been scared of the dentist after a very bad experience years ago and Dr. Kessler made sure I was comfortable and didn't feel any pain.

I didn't even realize I was getting an injection in my gums until she said we were almost done! Bless the numbing gel! I was in and out in an hour for a few fillings. Looking for a dentist? She is the best.

The office is clean, well equipped and conveniently located. However as a patient I feel like the staff is not listening to my concerns and it's all about money and not patient care. They were trying to put a crown on a tooth that I thought would have been fine with a filling. So I went and got a second opinion with another local dentist who of course told me it was complete nonsense to put a crown there.

Just what I thought. I feel like at this office that although everyone is very friendly that at the same time is very pushy about pricey procedures that may not even be needed at that time. They push for the big bucks and are not really worried about you as a patient which in my opinion is not a good quality to possess when you work in the medical field.

I never see much patients there and they do have a lot of cancellations and when looking around I found a lot of dentists that are not quiet as expensive and provide great care and work with you if you have out of pocket expenses that the insurance doesn't cover.

Five stars all the way. Staff and professionalism is outstanding. You will love her manner and patience while Dr. Jeff is wonderfully matched to the task and Courtesy shown. And now. Radio X-rays. Nice. Small and nice. And ultrasonic painless cleaning. Did u hear me? Painless hygiene. No more picks in your gum or tongue. Fast too. I'll go just for that.

I have dental anxiety. I would rather eat ground glass than get my teeth cleaned! My insurance is excellent, but my fear outweighed any thoughts of taking care of my teeth. I want to tell you that Dr. Mel Kessler changed all of that. Dr. Mel and her staff are just the best! I have recently had two crowns done and a filling taken care of. Let me tell you just the thought of this kind of work would have sent me right through the roof until I went to Kessler Dental. Dr. Mel told me just today what a "good patient" I am.

We both had quite a chuckle at how far along I've come with my dental anxiety. To say I am quite relaxed would be totally accurate. Since I've found Dr. Mel and her staff I am much more vigilant with cleaning and just taking better care of my smile. I am a new patient to this practice. I had to leave my dentist of over 30 years due to a change in my insurance. I had read and heard great reviews of Dr. Kessler’s practice, so off I went. It turned out I needed 2 root canals and crown lengthening surgery, all of which were done by her associates in her office. I can honestly say I wasn’t bothered by either procedure.

I had zero pain/discomfort and only took ibuprofen once simply because I thought I should, not because I needed it. The follow up care was minimal and the best part was the final appt when I went and my new crowns were manufactured in the office so I didn’t have to wait for them to come back from a lab etc. I would highly recommend utilizing Dr. Kessler. Her entire staff is professional yet approachable, they make you feel welcome instantly.

I am so glad to have found Kessler Dental. The staff is welcoming and professional. They do everything to make you comfortable during the visit. I wouldn’t hesitate to send anyone to Dr. Kessler’s office.

I have had horrible experiences with other dentist before so coming here for a root canal I was so scared and upset but they were so great and really were wonderful taking care of me. I highly recommend them for everyone not only ones who have had horrible experiences with other dentists like myself.

After not seeing a dentist for quite some time, I made an appointment with Kessler Dental expecting my visit to be unpleasant due to how long it had been since my last dental exam. I have to say, everything from the new patient information being submitted electronically to the wonderful hygienist Diane, everything exceeded my expectations.

I had to get caps replaced and the procedure went very well from beginning to end. I’m usually very nervous when it comes to the dentist but every time I come it gets easier and easier. I get A plus treatment as soon as I walk in until I leave out.

Kessler Dental has been great for me. My old dentist wouldn't explain much and never seem to care if they caused pain. Kessler takes the time to explain each procedure and always makes sure you are comfortable.

I needed to switch dentists for insurance purposes....so I looked into Kessler dental and saw great reviews. I decided to make an appointment on a whim. I am sooooooo glad that I did! I am incredibly impressed with Kessler dental. I honestly have not been to a dental office like this in my adult years. The entire staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.

This week was my first visit to Kessler Dental which was for an initial exam. It was not like any other experience I have ever had at a dentist, it was fantastic! The entire team were pleasant from the moment I checked in to when I was leaving. Vanessa, my Hygienist, was incredible and very easy to talk with! She took time to really educate me on what they look for and see on the X-rays and photos. Dr Kessler was very friendly and easy to talk with as well, she made me feel welcomed and not like I was just another patient.

Upon checkout, Nancy took time to explain the costs of the future work I will be having done, beginning with what they charge, to what my insurance pays, to what my responsibility will be, which was a reasonable amount. She gave me options on how to manage that responsibility portion so I wouldn't feel overwhelmed. I am looking forward to my next visit with the Kessler Dental Team!
