A highly trained dentist, Dr. Polley received his DDS cum laude from Creighton University School of Dentistry and has studied advanced dental topics at the Kois Center for more than 20 years, and now serves as a clinical instructor at this prestigious institution. I live in California, but Dr. Polley is my dentist. I schedule all my cleanings and dental work for when I'm in town visiting family. I have never felt pain at this office. Dr. Polly is excellent and his staff is efficient and welcoming. I've never sat with anyone else in the waiting room. Their attention to Covid precautions makes me feel safe. If you can love going to the dentist, this office will qualify.

I was referred to Dr Polley's office by a dear friend, I told her I had a lot of dental work to be done, and she was so happy with Dr Polley, and his Staff, she was sure I would be to, my first appointment was Amazing! I met with Dr Polley, and his technician, had X-rays done, and they explained everything thoroughly, I suffer from severe dry mouth, and it causes cavities, no matter what precautions I take, so I had to set up several appointments for dental work to be done.
They have been Nothing but Amazing in making me comfortable, for my 4 hour appointments! The Staff, his assistant Charlotte is a Saint in my Book! Nothing Short of! And So Is Dr Polley! I'm So Forever Grateful for all of Them! Dr Polley can make temporary crowns look better than most peoples regular permanent teeth, I swear! He is an AN ARTIST! I would never go anywhere else! They are All Wonderful!

I have had one of the best dental experiences today. The staff is friendly, professional and gentle. The cleaning they did today was pain free and thoroughly done. Dr. Polley had done x-rays and a comprehensive exam prior. The entire office is super kind and extremely helpful. Dr. Polley and his staff are completely honest with you with regards of what services they would and would not recommend for you as a patient. It is a very comfortable environment, where they make everyone feel as welcomed as family. Dr. Polley and his staff are like my new family for the past few years. From the time you walk in, greeted by Sarah or some other special office staffer, it's all the same. A smile, a small conversation, anything to make you feel at home, to include a small drink if needed to put you at ease. When you make an appointment, you know, that is the time you will be seen.
The office does not have any waiting time as if you're time isn't important. Dr. Polley is very personable, listens and always explains what the procedure entails. He is gentile, has a great and caring personality and treats you as a human with language you can clearly understand. If you have questions or even problems, Dr. Polley is always available.
He calls his patients to make sure they are doing okay. His entire operation to include his hygienist and every person there are fantastic and awesome. I cannot say enough how friendly, accommodating, pleasant, pain free the entire office is with every person who walks in the door. I have gone through very extensive work to include, surgery, implants, cracked front teeth and partial braces.
Not one time did I feel uncomfortable or in pain from any procedure done. I highly recommended Dr. Polley as an excellent dentist with an extremely awesome staff. I am an actual patient and not a family member. I am a very happy patient with a mouth that is a work of art with a beautiful smile.

Walking in..into a home living room? I am confused, where is the clatter? The check in area with the unfriendly host behind a protective desk...It isn't here!!!
I am greeted immediately by the door with a smile- hand shake & lovely young lady named Sarah! She takes me to a small comfy office ... plush chairs... family photos.... I complete the paperwork...and I meet Lara! Kind & gentle, explains everything before she does it! Then off to the chair of doom ... but not in this case ... We do some X-rays and photos ...and in arrives Dr. Polley.
Wait ... he is sitting across from me, makes eye contact & exudes calm and patience! He & Lara both actually have read my chart, and are connecting with me! Exam time ... again everything calmly explained and in great and understanding details! No rush .. No pain... I am floored!!! I will be back, guaranteed! I cant praise enough .. I cant thank enough.... and OMG where have you been all these years ?!?! I so needed more wonderful dental groups like you growing up & so blessed to have found you now!

The girls are so pleasant. Michael, the hygienist was considerate and gentle and gave me me a painless deep root cleaning.

I really liked this office. I usually get my teeth cleaned twice a year, but I hadn't been in a while. Dr. Polley and everyone there treats you like a guest and were very kind. They have very high tech stuff too. I saw a machine making a crown for someone. It was awesome. The hygienist was really good too. I would definitely recommend this dentist.

This office is absolutely beautiful and it's like no other office I have been in. Let me start off by saying when u walk in u feel like u r in your own home.
Sarah will come out and greet u right away and she makes u feel like u are part of their family. You take a seat maybe wait 5 mins. and Mike the hygienist will be out to get u and take u back.
He makes u feel very comfortable, as well as in the chair. He is gentle and takes his time with his patients. If u r looking for an office that treat u like family and does not rush u out of the office this is the office for u. The rest of the staff Charlotte and Lara are so sweet as well and let's not forget the most important person u will see in this office Dr. Polley.
I would say Dr. Polley is a perfectionist. He wants to make sure ur smile is the right smile for u and if u r not happy he will fix that for u.
U will have the best smile of ur life after leaving this office. Before I went to Dr. Polley I never, ever wanted to smile. Now I never stop I want people to see my beautiful smile that Dr. Polley gave me. He even put my picture up on his wall with a few other patients. That made my day even more special. You could not ask for a better dentist and staff in town.

I've been a patient of Dr Polley's for over 15 years. I've had all my preventative maintenance done regularly with him. But unfortunately I've had a lot of chemotherapy in my lifetime and it has adversely affected my dental health over the years. Luckily I found Dr Polley who has done everything from fillings, to pulling teeth, to putting in Crowns for me when needed.
