I would like to thank Ms. Claudia Jimenez, Scheduler, Manager and Financial Patient Assist, for her excellent care and direction in my arranging my dental implants. I do not believe anyone has ever been this helpful and concerned. With her help, I am going to be able to do this. Thank you, Claudia!

Everyone in the office is so professional and friendly. Dr. Owens went above and beyond to remove my tooth, fix a difficult implant and crown for me. I never experienced pain or discomfort during the procedures, and he always checked to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Owens provided his professional expertise and showed integrity, compassion, tenacity and now I have my smile back.

In addition, Dr. Owens is a very generous and kind man. It's so nice to have a dental surgeon like Dr. Owens that cares about his patients; it makes it easy to return. Thanks for changing the experience of losing a tooth into a positive one. I wholeheartedly recommend Optima Dental and will go back in the future if I need more work done.

What an amazing group of people they have. I had full teeth removal and all on 4 done in 1 day. They were extremely comforting, very precise, took great care of me before during and after my surgery. They called and text to check on me once I was home for the next several days. Always answered any questions or concerns I had. I would recommend anyone needing any dental surgical work done to go see them.

They are excellent and make you feel like family. I feel like a brand new person with my new smile. I have had tons of compliments on how amazing my new teeth look and I couldn't be happier.

Optima Dental Surgery is best in class when it comes to dental work be especially implants. I knew I needed and extraction and implant for years but I dragged it out because I never found a place I felt comfortable. After a consultation with Optima Dental and an appointment with Dr. Owen's, I proceeded with my implant process right away. The front staff is responsive and friendly and Claudia, Office Manager, is detailed, professional yet personal, and helped me understand the process from beginning to end.

Went in with horrible pain early morning and the staff there was so sweet and caring. The doctor was amazing and so informative and also did my surgery same day! Finally my mouth feels so much better thank you so much to this amazing team! Do not hesitate to go here if it's your first time, they will take such good care of you!

My wife had just gotten out of hospital and needed her implants checked as it felt they were lose. They worked us in that day, helped me get her out of the truck and showed the up most respect for her condition. When they were finished they again helped me get her back in the truck. Great staff and the dentist I will be seeing for my work. I highly recommend this facility and wonderful staff.

Love this place. I was skeptical at first but everyone there were great and welcoming. I made an appointment for a consultation and I ended up getting my procedure (implant) done the same visit. My doctor was awesome and his assistants were amazing. Thank you guys, I will definitely recommend everyone to go here for implants.

Everyone in the office was so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Owens was very patient with my daughter, and made sure she was comfortable during her procedure. I really appreciated the follow up message directly from him the next day. It really does mean a lot as a mom when the doctor makes direct contact with you to make sure everything is okay afterwards. I'd recommend this office to anyone!

I had a problem with my tooth and Dr Owens was highly recommended to me. He is very friendly and professional. He saved my teeth. If I need another dental surgery I'll be flying back here to see him. I immediately felt confident in him.

It is tough for me to get in the dental chair due to childhood dental experiences.but I trust Dr Owens and his staff 100%. My husband had full mouth rehab. It's a long and somewhat scary process. The team here is so professional and helped us understand everything along the way. Claudia is awesome and was so supportive. Dr. T is excellent and compassionate. The denture maker (forgot his name) is a true artist and really works hard to make sure they fit well and you are comfortable. We highly recommend this office!

You folks were outstanding. I appreciate that you were all so professional and friendly. Being in travel status and your willingness to see me on short notice and take care of my dental issue was awesome. All the staff folks I met and had dealings with were wonderful. And Heather is delightful and has a great voice, Dr Troconis was proficient, possibly the best dentist experience I ever had. If I lived in the state I would be a permanent patient. Had a procedure on my gums yesterday. I was very nervous but the procedure was quick and painless. Dr. Owens was very gentle. This was my first treatment with Dr. Owens. So far so good.

Dr. Owens and his team are professional, friendly and compassionate. Dr. Owens is easy to speak with he takes his time going over your options and concerns. The receptionist at the front desk is knowledgeable, friendly and always makes me feel welcomed. His nurses are just as considerate and warming. I had a dental implant placed with Dr. Owens. It was a very good experience. This was my second implant, so I knew what to expect. However, the procedure Dr. Owen's performed allowed the tooth to be extracted, and the implant placed on the same day. That was a huge benefit over waiting months for the extraction to heal! I felt no pain during the procedure and very minimal discomfort the days following.

The component that was to be sent to my dentist got misplaced so Dr. Owen delivered that directly directly to their office so my crown could be set the day of my appointment. It really doesn't get much better for kind of yucky procedure

I was referred to Dr Owen's due to periodontal disease. Dr. Owens office got me in that same week for a free consultation. Same as alot of people, I really dislike going to dentist. The entire staff made me feel at home and calmed my nerves with their professional and personal service. It was determined I would do a full mouth laser gum surgery.

The procedure was explained in detail and Claudia was great in scheduling the best time for me to have this done. Everything went as planned and I am so happy to have this done. I elected oral sedation and experienced no pain during the procedure and had very little to no pain post surgery. It's been over one month and everything has healed exactly as explained. I'm looking forward to my 3 month cleaning! Highly recommend Owens Periodontist!

I had a great experience at Dr. Owens, from my first visit until I had my tooth extracted. The day after Dr. Owen's called me personally to see how I was doing. I have never had a doctor do that I was really impressed. I still have more work to be done but I am confident that I will still receive the same attention. Absolutely Wonderful! I highly recommend Dr. Owens and his team without any reservations! If you are looking for professional and competent services provided in a casual and comforting environment this is the place! My experience started from the first phone call and ended with an awesome doctor. I really appreciated the kind and personable voice during my initial call as I believe the office staff are a great indication of the doctor and services provided. Darla was absolutely wonderful on the phone and meeting her was just as wonderful.

She is professional and welcoming on the phone and in person which creates a very comfortable feeling from the onset. The nurses, assistants, and billing coordinator are just as wonderful. Everyone is welcoming and easy to work with. There are no formal pretenses as you may experience in some offices. Dr. Owens is awesome and provides a very balanced approach.

His recommendations are not over the top leaving you with a crazy bill at the end. He provides appropriate recommendations and wonderful treatment. After having gum grafting with Dr. Owens and being very happy with the service, I felt more than comfortable taking my 9yo son in for a consultation and treatment as well. My son was also at ease throughout his experience which says a lot about the Dr. Owens and his team! Thank you TEAM OWENS!!!!

This place is great! The friendly and professional staff make you feel right at home when your here. Definitely a good feeling when any kind of dental dental work is involved. Also Dr. Owen is amazing too. He's a good communicator and breaks down the procedure your having and makes you feel a bit more at ease. I was so paranoid and nervous about my dental procedure and I shopped around many places before making my decision. The moment I arrived here for my consult I knew I would love it here. Everyone is warm, understanding and patient with all my questions, and Dr. Owens is amazing. This office is so clean and the staff is wonderful! I started seeing Dr. Owens several years ago. I had major gum and inflammation issues from years of an undiagnosed autoimmune disease that was still having occasional flare-ups. Not only was Dr. Owens and his staff amazing and understanding, they made sure that everything they used was safe for me (I'm Celiac), but they also actually understood about autoimmune diseases and how to work with them.

At my last appt, my gums were declared healthy! I never thought I would hear those words again. A HUGE thank you to Dr. Owens and all of the amazing hygienists that work for him!

I had two teeth extracted yesterday by Dr. Owens. I have very dense bones so this is not an easy procedure, but he was so gentle and careful not to cause unnecessary trauma that now, only 24 hours later, I am almost pain free. The staff are friendly and caring. Special kudos go to Beth and Kathy who make you feel like family and especially to Vicky who came into the operating room during the procedure just to hold my hand and make me feel more comfortable.

Who needs nitrous oxide with a calming, attentive and thoughtful staff such as that?! Look: no one likes to have dental surgery, but if it must be done, do yourself a favor and call Optima. They're the best I've ever experienced.

I visited Optima for the first time yesterday and everyone was crazy nice! They made me feel at home right away. Everyone, including Dr. Owens, was attentive and sincere. Glad to have found them!

Dr Owen's and staff are amazing. This place is super clean, the pricing is on point and the quality of his work has been outstanding. I never once felt uncomfortable or had any pain during the procedures. The staff are rock stars and made this whole process a breeze.

We went there for a free dental consultation visit. I was surprised they even included a 3 D X-rays for free. Everything about this place is excellent!
