I saw Tina the hygienist many yrs ago at this ofc, & I was lucky to have her as my hygienist again yesterday. I miss Dr. Jacobson who retired, but such a treasure to still have access to such a spectacular hygienist.

I had 4 cavities filled today and they do such a great job, my Apple Watch thought I was sleeping during it. Highly recommend them for all things teeth related!

Friendly staff. Before starting at this clinic, I had no idea how good an excellent cleaning feels. I think I was cheated for years prior to joining Pacific Heights Dental.

Worst dentist office in San Francisco. The front end staff is snippy and rude and when you call to make an appt they hang up on you. The dentist on duty is fresh out of school and is just trying to do the bare minimum of work. Plus, the office looks dumpy. I suggest anyone looking for a dentist to look elsewhere, wish I could have told myself that sooner but hopefully this saves other people time and experience.

I've chosen to use my Indian name for privacy but I indeed was a client here. But as you can see by the response delusional and passive aggressive is what you'll pay top dollar for.

I flew into San Fran for work and lost a crown on the flight over and they saw me with an emergency appt right after I landed. She did a great job, they were very thorough and took time to explain things to me. Fixed me up and sent me on my way. I only wish I had a dentist office like them at home.

Dr. Hall is the BEST dentist I've ever been to! She told me exactly what was wrong and got right to working on my mouth. I have severe dental anxiety, and she made me feel so much calmer and made it as painless as possible! Highly recommend!

I've been coming to this dental practice since 1992; for the most part - for the incredible hygienists (shout out to Teena!) I'm lucky to have good dental health. Recent events, due to aging fillings and stress clenching, I developed immediate needs for crowns and replacement fillings - which brought me to Dr Hall. Dr Hall is a very very special dentist.

She's kind, patient, and highly skilled. She developed a plan that would address my care over the course of 2 years so I could afford it. And, her precision and gentle touch made the lengthy procedures seem less invasive. She listens to concerns and addresses them with expertise. I'm grateful to her and her team.

Always good service. I was seen a bit after my appointment time but was impressed how quickly 5 cavities got filled. The man who sets up the room can be a bit snippy but when around the Dentist changes his behavior and becomes very solicitous of her.

I have been coming to Pacific Heights Dental for almost 20 years just because I love my hygienist, Teena! She is very skilled, friendly, caring and fun to work with. She makes me very comfortable, and her work is just so great! Love the office staff too, they are all friendly and professional! Teena, see you in 6 months!

I have been to many dentists in the past but this has been the best experience. Dr Cui and staff are attentive and pay attention to details. Dr. Cui clearly explained each procedure and the assistant constantly checked up on me to ensure I was comfortable. I'm very happy to have found this office and excited to come back for my follow up.

They do a great job at cleanings and crowns. I have always had great experiences. The front is very helpful as well.

Teena did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. And, the adjustment Dr. Kuhn did to my night guard seems to be helping. My only suggestion is that you change the solution you use to clean the night guard. It had so much perfume in it that I had to soak it for a day in clean water, changing it several times, to remove the fragrance - which gave me a headache. So, hopefully you can find a cleaner that is fragrance free. Thank you!

I have been coming to Dr. Kuhn for several years now and his office is superb! The dental hygienists, especially Tina are amazing. They are efficient, care deeply for their patients, give helpful advice and are overall friendly. I appreciate the care of the office and the excellency of their service and provider care. Barbara in the front office is also amazing and is always a delight to speak to. I highly recommend their office if you are looking to switch or are a new patient.

I've got to say I love the team at Pac Heights Dental. OK, I admit I'm one of those people who can fall out of the habit of getting checkups/teeth cleanings. But no matter how long I've been between appointments, they're great. It's always about "OK, here's where we are and here's what needs to be done". No guilt trips (hint: I'm not a great flosser). The staff is super professional and friendly and Barbara at the front desk is the best!

Barbara and Collette at the front desk are amazingly helpful and easygoing. As a first time patient I felt extremely well-taken care of during my entire visit and had everything explained to me very thoroughly. Dr. Kenerson is an awesome and thoughtful dentist who I look forward to seeing again in the future. Very excited to have found a practice I can rely on and know has my best interest at heart! Highly recommend!

Dr Kuhn is my primary dentist and is prudent. He is practical and doesn't suggest extra work. For the past year I've been seeing Dr. Aja Hall at this office for crowns. She is meticulous and proactive. The office staff is welcoming and their scheduling system is foolproof. Teena Walsh is the dental hygienist I see for cleanings and she is thorough and makes the experience tolerable (I'm a wimpy patient) with her warm demeanor. I have not had any issues with parking in the neighborhood, even though it's at the gateway of bustling Fillmore street.

Her calming demeanor really puts me at ease when I'm in the chair. And I feel like her staff (hygienists, etc) really take the time to thoroughly explain things to you so you understand what's going on. I would highly recommend.

I have been a patient at Pacific Heights Dental for almost 30 years, and I have yet to be disappointed! Teena, my hygienist, has always been thorough, gentle, informative, and sensitive to my changing needs over the years. I have complete confidence in my dentist, Dr. Jacobsen, who is clearly knowledgeable and wise. Dr. Jacobsen and his staff treat any dental procedure I've had with warmth, care, and detailed attention. I look forward to another 30 years!!

Pacific Heights Dental office is one i recommend! Dr. Jacobsen and his entire professional staff are just that - professional, personable, likable and quite skilled at their individual professional role(s). Dr. Jacobsen offers years of experience professionally. and, he also inhabits an important place of practiced intention, calm and appreciation. i noticed how many times he said "please" and "thank you" to his dear partner and assistant. This culture of relatedness is rare and appreciated.

I have been coming to this office for over six years. I have always felt welt taken care of here. Barbara is extremely friendly and welcoming, as is Heidi. I have had prophylactic work done by Teena and Dr. Kenerson, both of whom are extremely professional and friendly.

Been going to Pacific Dental for over 30 years. Quality work, great people. Dr Kuhn is the best as are hygienist Tina and front desk Barbara. Highly recommend this practice.

Barbara, Dr. Jacobsen and Tina are amazing. I feel like is a family reunion of people I want to see, every time I visit. The expertise, kind touch, familiarity are of the highest quality. The location is also amazing.

They managed to to fix my teeth and I’m very satisfied with the results. The service they provided was excellent. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely wonderful! Since seeing Dr. Hall and Mindy, I cannot stop recommending them to all my friends and family. Dr. Hall removed a wisdom tooth and there was next to no pain or swelling during or after one of the most efficient and fast extraction. Mindy is a joy and did such a fantastic job!
