I’ve been seeing Jeffrey Bilotti for many years and I have been highly satisfied every time. They have a clean well organized office and friendly hard working staff.

I truly appreciate the beautiful work you did on my teeth. I have had many compliments and I have told people about you and hope they will search you out for their dental work. I also appreciate your compassion shown to me when I was feeling pretty down about my teeth and their condition. I have struggled with my teeth for many years doing many things to help to save them. Again thank you for the excellent care you gave me.

I am blown away at the exceptional care I have received at Dr. Bilotti's office. He and all the staff have been incredibly welcoming and genuine. I feel truly valued and cared for from the moment I walk in. Both the hygienists and Dr. Bilotti are very gentle in their work. They made me feel so comfortable from the moment I arrive. I can't say enough good things about my experiences here.

Aside from my pediatric dentist, this has (and continues to be) the best dentist I've ever seen. Not only does the staff take a genuine interest in my life events and frequently checks in with me at every visit, they also pay special care and attention to detail with every cleaning I've had. Most recently, I had an experience that validated to me that I can truly come to Dr. Bilotti for anything (within the realm of oral care).

I was at work one day and I quite randomly was experiencing pain anytime I ate or drank something with flavor. The pain only increased as the hour ticked by, so I gave his office a call and very vaguely explained what I was feeling. They immediately carved out time for me to come in and see what was going on. When I sat down and talked with Dr. Bilotti, he seemed to think that this might potentially be a blocked salivary gland (which it was, but that diagnosis wasn't confirmed for another hour or two later).

He recommended that I continue to eat and drink things that would encourage salivation so as to push out the salivary stone that was causing my pain. Even though this isn't his area of expertise, he did everything in his power to help identify and ease my pain. I did end up going to the ER and as it turns out, I did have a stone in my salivary glands that was blocked and infected. Dr. Bilotti had asked that I give him a call the next day to catch him up to speed on my diagnosis, and when I called to update him, he sounded genuinely relieved.

While this wasn't directly related to his team or their services, it spoke volumes on how patient care truly takes priority in their office! I will always recommend this place!

Everyone in the office from the front desk to assistants, all make me feel like family. I had many bad experiences in the past and would have a panic attack when having to go to the dentist. I now feel no anxiety whatsoever when I walk into the office. Dr Bilotti calm style and his true caring personality shine through.

He is thorough and delivers high quality work. He watches facial expressions to see if you are uncomfortable in any way and will stop to be sure you are OK. I just had 4 front caps put in with no issues and now have a wonderful smile. He has responded quickly in emergencies and came to my rescue even on his day off. In my entire life I have never been more comfortable with going to the dentist.

Ron, my two sons and I started going to Dr. Bilotti when he first started his practice in Mandarin. Dr. Bilotti has been our dentist for the last 20 plus years. Best dentist I have ever had hands down. He takes time with you and is very thorough. He is very gentle. Very professional. Everyone in the office is friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Appointments are easy to schedule and the and the wait is very short. He is a 10 star dentist.

Once again Dr. Bilotti and his staff have provided me with excellent service in the fitting and installation of some long needed implant crowns. The atmosphere in his office has a soothing affect on a otherwise high anxiety process for me. I hate painful visits and needles even more. We've been using the care of Dr.Bilotti since we moved here in 2007. We love the friendly office staff and atmosphere. Dr.Bilotti is not an alarmist when dealing with your dental issues, but rather keeps a careful watch on things. Some places will try and get you to do unecessary procedures but that's not what you get here. My family has recieved quality care. We are happy here and always recommend him to new people we meet. He's gentle on your mouth which was very important to me and my girls.
