Our Reading office utilizes electronic claims processing (eClaims). By filing your claim electronically, information is submitted more efficiently and with fewer errors. This benefits our patients because the turnaround time on claims is faster and fewer claims are returned or denied. We are happy to submit your dental claims to your insurance company on your behalf.
The important thing to know about the dental microscope we use is that it enables us to obtain much higher definition and better lighting, which allows us to see significantly more detail than we'd be able to without such high magnification. We can see internal cracks in a tooth. We can also see accessory canals and other areas that someone who isn't using a microscope is unable to see or negotiate.

My family has been coming to this office for many years. Recently, Dr. Iebba retired and a host of new faces greeted us. We were a little apprehensive, but with a few familiar faces, including Sandi at the front desk, and all smiles and understanding from the whole staff, we were pleasantly surprised. The transition was seamless. My first cleaning with Sonya was one of the best I've ever had.
She was communicative, focused, kind and let me know what all those numbers the dentist spout off were all about. :) One of my kids had a filling coming up and was terrified. Vanessa at the front desk was nothing but understanding and made a plan for our daughter to ask and have answered all her questions. When my daughter finally came in, Dr. Byrd and her assistant (another familiar face whom I regret not being about to recall her name at the moment) were incredibly patient and kind with my daughter.
They showed her every tool and material they were using and explained each and every step. They gave my daughter the tools she needed to calmly make it through the appointment and actually smile when she left! Thank you, to each of you, for your kindness and professionalism!

My recent visit to this establishment was exceptional, my hygienist Sonya performed the most thorough work I have ever experienced and provided several recommendations to improve my oral health that I had not been made aware of previously. I've been coming to this office for years and it has recently undergone an ownership change. I am impressed by the new staff at this office. At the front desk is Sandy, and she is efficient, polite, and very receptive to your needs. Sonya cleaned my teeth, and is unbelievably thorough, gentle, and I love the way she explained everything as she was proceeding with the cleaning. Dr. Byrd is friendly and informative and truly understands the needs of her patients. If you are looking for a dentist, I give this place five stars and recommend that you make an appointment.
