Went into Natural Smiles to get a cracked tooth checked and thought I would be getting the tooth removed. As I am an out of state student, I was nervous for the process and did not know about possible other options. Dr. Weil walked me through my options and helped me find a root canal specialist closer to where I live and educating me on what it would be like and the timeline for needing a crown after, as well as gave me a better fee for what ended up being a short visit. Very thankful that they were able to fit me in, and start me down the path for a healthier and better feeling tooth!

Best place to go by far. its great location, services are great and they are thorough with there cleanings and also very nice people, make sure you are taken care of. My teeth have never looked cleaner and very affordable. The lady who took care of my teeth was Joanna meas. She is very caring and does everything she can for your teeth. She even got me in the next hour after my appointment ended cause i was a little bit late and my teethe needed a little bit more cleaning, glad i found natural smiles best place to go

My experience with Natural Smiles in Salem Oregon has been nothing but POSITIVE. Any dental work gives me uncontrollable anxiety. But, thanks to the wonderful team at this office I was able to get in the office for the prep appointments. The day of my big procedure was smooth and went as planned. I feel so fortunate for finding this team and place to finally move towards semi-permanent dentures.

The office team, the dental assistances, the Denturist and the Dr have been supportive, patient and everything has gone as predicted from the first moment i walked in their office. Arrived during a date during the Pandemic - and had no cell - so walked in. They were very helpful. The Dental Assistant was Amazing and I felt well cared for. When the doctor arrived he was great as well and even hummed while he examined my teeth causing a calming effect for me : Looking to get an implant - but not sure it's right for me yet. The Office Manager that provided the cost information was also super great and friendly and informative. All in all a great experience in the year 2020!

I went there today for my first dental appointment in I don't remember how many years (10+ at the least). The COVID check in was a breeze and the front desk was polite. The best part of this office was their hygienist Joanna Meas. She was so informative and really took her time with my cleaning. She was thorough and such a friendly person. She provided me with aftercare and even set me up with a free teeth whitening appointment! Joanna is amazing and so is the entire office.
I am one happy patient and will be referring everyone I know. My teeth feel so fresh and clean! Thank you Natural Smiles! Did I mention this was all for the new patient price of $79?!?!?! Keep up the wonderful work!

I had a bad root canal awhile ago and have been extremely afraid of dental offices. I have been in pain and they got me in super fast and helped me. The staff on the phone was extremely helpful. The dental assistant Cody calmed my nerves and the dentist who did my extraction was extremely patient and kind to me. Even when I was shaking and freaking out Cody kept reassuring me the entire procedure. I'm definitely coming back for a cleaning or any other work I need done. Thanks for helping me out today!

You see the billboards all over but what you don't know is it is not at all true, the only way your going to get $69 for an extraction is if you sign a contract to pay over $5000 to $7000 and extractions were still $128 if you didn't pay the balance in full! When I was there for my appointment a gentleman was having an extraction before going in he was charged $128, while I was waiting for their scam, the same gentleman came out and he was told they wanted an additional $178.
He had to call his wife to pick him up while he tried to explain to his wife why additional $178 was charged because no one explained it to him! Another woman came in stating she made a $4000 deposit but was just told of an added bone scan needed for additional monies! YOU REACHED A NEW LOW! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT SPEND MORE THAN NEEDED!

I love natural smiles! I have always been afraid of the dentist, but one trip for a consultation was all I needed to know that this is the place I wanted to go. They explained everything I needed, were so patient with me, and immediately put me at ease. I've have several appointments now and have the same caring experience each time.

I saw the 1000.00 implants on a billboard and made an appointment. IT WAS A COME ON. I was told it was 19.99 for the exam and x-ray. Well, it turned out they will charge you the 19.99 AND 400.00 for the super MRI x-ray to see if you are an implant candidate, which I paid for. The doctor reviewed it and said "good" and set an appointment. I show up and my appointment has been canceled (without telling me), a note in my file says I need to see a specialist to add more bone.
Oh and then come on back. Oh did I say the 1000.00 for an implant means only that. The rest of the denture is another 2000.00 and that was with my insurance. Well, I'll get the bone graph and find someone else.

Having decided to get dentures, I searched the internet and found these people. I cannot explain enough on how professional and knowledgeable they are. Going to the Corvallis office first for my consultation was excellent. Zack was very professional and explained everything and answered my questions I had with great detail, even though he has heard them many times.
Then I went to the Salem office and had my teeth removed. This, I must say, was a very relaxing and worry free appointment. The removal and recovery was excellent. I recommend these people to anyone who needs help with their teeth removeable and dentures. Also, I must say that the follow up care back in Corvallis is awesome! I still have more visits to do. These people really care about your well being.

I walked in for the first time and was treated like a long time patient. The friendly staff was able to schedule me the same week. My wait time was short, and my experience was pleasantly stress free. My dentures were repaired in less than two hours and I was pleased to find that my bill was under twenty five dollars to reattach a loose tooth just in time for Thanksgiving! I love walking into a happy atmosphere and Natural Smiles is one of those places with cheerfulness in the air! I'm always so nervous going to the dentist even if it's just for a cleaning but there are some helpful distractions here; music is playing, there's a Keurig for coffee or tea, a wall mounted flat screen tv, and a water dispenser so I can think of other things while I wait.
Plus the staff is so courteous and pleasant which I find very calming and comforting as I try not to imagine things that involve gripping the cushioned armrests as drilling noises fill my ears. My teenaged daughter likes the staff here too so that says a lot to me! If you're looking for a dentist Natural Smiles is worth a try!

I am very hesitant and hate going to the dentist, but the warm friendly staff made me feel comfortable. Dr Coombs was very thorough and I felt confident I was given the best treatment option.
