Dr. Esfandiari and staff are exceptional. I have severe anxiety and they make me feel comfortable and are completely understanding. My daughter is also a patient and feels the same way about this practice.

I highly recommend Dr. Mahsa and her team. From the front desk, to dental hygienist everyone is efficient. From scheduling to my experience at the appointment was amazing. Dr. Mahsa is very hands on and doesn't shy away from taking your temperature at the reception (as part of Covid protocol) as her front desk was attending to a call. She welcomed me with a smile and stepped in to help the front desk.

I found that very endearing and I have never seen that at any other doctor's/dentist appointment :). She explained the process at the onset of the appointment. They did not keep me waiting. My time was effectively utilized and my whole experience was satisfying. During the process and at the end, the hygienist and the Dr. Mahsa explained the next steps and set the expectations which made the whole process a breeze.

At the end my expenses, insurance coverage and future appointments all were explained well by her office staff. Taking appointments is also very easy. As I said earlier, I highly recommend this establishment.

My family and I absolutely love and appreciate Dr. Mahsa and the entire staff! My children are 10 and 15 and we all feel so comfortable and well taken care of when we visit. Overall good the personal could use help when dealing with older persons. Not speak so quickly and give a little time when directing to do something. I feel that the lady on the phone was abrupt and cuts me off when speaking. The hygenest needs to not have the patient hold tools suction wand she needs an assistant for this. I felt like i was drowning to much water for to long. And. Suction to strong hurt my cheek Cleaning was good but ive never had things happen like this before. I picked Dr. Masha Esfandiari randomly because of the location between my work and home which has turned out to be a great choice because Dr. Esfandiari has become my favorite dentist of all time : I cannot give enough stars to Dr. Esfandiari and her office staff which I have really come to like and most of all trust with my dental care. I actually can say I do not dread going to my visits or any procedures I may need. Dr. Esfandiari has a soft touch which I personally appreciate. And the staff is polite, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Mahsa conducted a very thorough examination and was also very detailed in her explanation of her recommendations on care. It felt very personalized and very professional. The staff is all friendly and great as well! It is easy to reach the front desk and Heidi is very accommodating with scheduling.

Best dentist in Los Gatos! Very friendly staff. I had an emergency dental problem with my partial denture and implants. The staff helped me get an appointment very quickly. Dr. Mahsa fixed couple of issues with my partial and gave me a comprehensive treatment plan for the rest of the issues which we are in the process of getting all fixed. I highly recommend her and her office.

I just got my teeth cleaned 10/10. I cannot recommend this dentist spot enough. They have such a great team. I've been coming here for a few months now and the fact that I've been back more than once is big to me! I've built a good relationship with the staff and team. Y'all need to check them out.

Dr. Mahsa is an angel sent from heaven, as well as her staff. I've been experiencing dental problems for the past year and have visited two different dentists during that time. None of them could help me unless I went into debt for thousands of dollars. Dr. Mahsa listened to my situation and not just one but various options for me to choose from.

SO it had been a while since I last visited a dentist office. Unfortunately, I started feeling intense pain on my tooth/gums...so I asked SO many of my friends and family for their dentist recommendations ... I decided to go with Dr. Greg Ganji at Soothing Dental, and luckily he was able to squeeze me in right away. The office was small, in a building with other dentist offices.

The staff is very friendly, especially the young lady at the front desk! The doctor was very nice, explained everything thoroughly and I experienced little to no pain on my first visit. I'm very happy my friend recommended this office.

I don't like going to the dentist I mean I really don't like going to the dentist and I knew that I had to. It's been a while since I've gone and I have to say the office was just really nice -everybody working there was super nice. The dentist just told me how things were and what I needed to do and what my treatment plan was going to be and it didn't make me feel like I had to worry and I felt really great after leaving the office which is never happened before.

I had been going to the same dentist for 15 years and then I wasn't able to see her because my new employer's plan wasn't excepted by her so I purposely haven't gone to the dentist because I really liked my other Dentist. But I feel pretty good about seeing my new dentist

I've been a long-time patient of Dr. May. He's known me back in the day when my mouth/teeth were in terrible (borderline frightening) shape. Now after the Invisalign braces and the cosmetic work I'm confident about smiling without holding back. Now enter Dr. Ganji. Dr. Ganji and the rest of the staff have been very friendly and ensure that the great, quality service that I've come to expect with Dr.

May continues going forward. Just like Dr. May, Dr. Ganji clearly cares about my dental wellness -- I feel like I now have 2 Great Dentists on my "Dental A-Team"!

Have been going to Dr May for years and he did great work on my smile albeit for a very steep price. They just got a new dentist in and renamed to soothing dental. My crown fell out 8 months after my last visit in which I was given 2 fillings. Went in to and was told it'd be about $10k for am implant. Then as an aside without doing any X-rays or exams dentist tells me I've also got 2 cavities and to get those filled next week. I'm super confused because I JUST had fillings 8 months prior and they said everything else was fine.now I need TWO more?!

Just got a second opinion and was told I have no cavities and my fillings are all fine and that an implant will cost about $5k. I feel violated and lied to. Not the first time a dentist hadlied to me about needing fillings. Will not be going back to this shakedown. UPDATE: Received a call from the dentist and he explained that the quote on the implant was a clerical error. Also explained that fillings are subjective and he was trying to be more preventive about leakage on old fillings. Upgrading rating to give them the benefit of the doubt.

I have been going to Dr. May for years and I live in San Francisco! He is the best. When I first moved to San Francisco in 1997, I had a dentist who had replaced my filling but I was in pain. After two visits and six months, I still had pain and was no closer to finding out what was wrong. I returned to Dr. May, who I had seen years before when I. lived in the South Bay during my youth, and he figured out quickly that I had developed a crack in my tooth when the filling was put in.

He replaced the filling and -- there was no pain! His office has the latest in technology, he is up-to-date on the best and latest techniques, he is conscientious of people's comfort and pain during procedures. His.

I have had recent work done as well as lots of work many years ago. Dr May spent much time assessing what I would need, given my current physical and financial picture. His work, once again, was perfection and it was thoughtfully planned with what I needed and could afford to get done right now. He is the best in the bay area, for sure!

Dr May and his staff are wonderful. My husband and I have been his patients for about 18 years. His office has state of the art equipment, and his experience and expertise are exceptional. He is meticulous and very attentive to detail, just what you want when it comes to your teeth. A+

I've been going to Dr. May for over 15 years and I think he's a great dentist. His staff is wonderful too. They are all very competent and professional. I think they have the latest technology in dentistry. There environment is very clean and pleasing. I've never waited in that office. They seem to be well organized and efficient. They do more than just dentistry. There office has helped me with my snoring and sleep apnea via an appliance the custom made for me. I have also been through a cosmetic whitening which turned out great. Their Hygenist is also outstanding. Their prices are a bit high but their quality is very high. I think you get what you pay for.
