I've only been wearing my aligners for about 3 months and could not be more pleased with the progress! I still have over a year to go, but the changes I'm seeing on a weekly basis are already very apparent. This practice is also technologically advanced, which makes this process extremely convenient. They text for appointments and use an app to track progress, reducing the number of visits I have to make in-person.

The few times that I visit in person, the experience is more than pleasant. I'm greeted with a friendly face and smile, the assistants are warm and receptive to feedback on fittings, and Dr. Rooz is just a mastermind of orthodontics and is extremely personable. I really am not one to rave about medical practices, but this one is an exception because every single person I've come across is exceptional! Highly, highly (obviously) recommend!

I've been going to Porth Orthodontics for nearly two years, and it's been a fantastic experience! Porth is really great at responding to emergencies with my braces--like when I break a bracket--and I can easily contact them through text. The front desk is extremely friendly, and I love chatting with Chris when I'm waiting for Dr. Rooz.

My Daughter's expander came loose 1.5 hours before we caught a flight for vacation. The staff responded quickly and got us in ten minutes after our phone call. We were in and out in 30 minutes! The office staff, orthodontic assistants, and Dr. Rooz are amazing! Best ortho office ever!

When you contact the office (phone or text) during business hours you don't press numbers repeatedly or wait on hold. You reach a person! Everyone is patient centered, friendly and engaging. When Dr. Rooz and others consult about your care, they include you in the conversation.

They do not stand over you and talk amongst themselves. Care at PORTH is truly personalized to you and to everyone who works there is invested in each patient. It is clear that PORTH Orthodontics values not only personalized care but also attention to detail. Dr. Rooz doesn't just align your teeth. He sculpts them to compliment the structure of your face.

He also attends to aesthetics and provides cosmetic procedures to optimize results and help each patient get next level results. The results are not good; they are incredible! I will miss being a patient and look forward to future replacement retainer, whitening and maybe even Botox appointments!

Dr. Rooz and all of his team members are very professional and helpful. Everytime we contact with clinic, Chris or Elly is always nice, kind and patient to help us make an appointment. In case of emergency, such as kid's tooth getting ached or loosed during the treatment process, the responses from them are always quick and efficient. Thank you so much in helping kids getting their teeth well done.

Supper professional and caring orthodontist and staff! I am so glad I chose here to continue my orthodontic treatment. I started my program in Chicago and Porh helped me continue existing program smoothly. I also want to mention that the staff here is very friendly my son also loves every visit. Everyone here is super friendly and care a great deal about customer's comfort and time. Dr. Rooz and the team responded to my message right away and do not hesitate to see me again to adjust anything I requested. Rachel is very knowledgeable and always make sure that I never feel discomfort while she adjust my braces. She also explained everything in details to me while she's carry out the task. Chris/Kris is very helpful with my schedule and offer me a mask when I forget to bring one.

Ally always make sure my time is well spent. If I ever have to wait for just a couple minutes for my appointment, she would give me a Starbucks gift card to make up for the time. Doctor Rooz always makes sure my questions are answered even when I nerd out and ask about the technical attributes of the wires. The tech they use are cutting edge and so simple on patient. I never have any discomfort to take X-ray, nor 3d models of my teeth. The process was so quick and painless.

Great office of fun and pun-ny people! They were able to replace my mangled night guard in mere days! It's all digital so none of that putty stuff going too far down your throat. Parking is a little tight but people are coming and going often.

Staff is friendly and knowledgable. Everyone takes their time explaining what the process is and the different types of options available. Easy to contact through text for any questions. They monitor your progress constantly and make adjustments along the way if needed.

Best team and care! They have cared from me individually from day 1 and crafted the perfect care plan that fits all my needs. So glad I chose Porth for my ortho work!

Wow. Have being going for a couple years, they were monitoring when my son needed braces put on. He just got his braces last week. We feel so valued and cared for. I am so happy that we chose PORTH. I have complete confidence in their treatment and the decisions that were made. The office is warm and inviting. Everybody is amazing.

The staff members are all pleasant and friendly, and the building is very clean and modern. Porth also provides a phone number to communicate for any queries or concerns, in which the response is speedy & makes the experience very personal. I have both my girls there and so far it has been wonderful. Also had my neighbor recently seen there. and I will be too. Thanks.

We started coming to see Dr. Rooz for orthodontics for our oldest child and just started seeing him for our second. He provides excellent medical care, clearly communicates the care plan, and has a wonderful friendly staff. Saturday appointments make it easy to schedule and the payment plans help make it more affordable. So happy not to have to travel far for excellent care!

My sons are on their 20th and 9th month of treatment, and we are very satisfied so far. Dr Rooz is patient and professional. Front desk Chris is always helpful. I'm on the 8th month of my treatment, I chose lingual braces since I'm 30+ yrs old, and I'm 10/10 satisfied about my treatment so far. If you are looking for an Orthodontist, go to meet Dr. Rooz's team! Dr. Rooz is so patient so funny and professional, he always listening and make treatment plans based on your concerns. Rachel is dedicated and thoughtful, I have a small mouth but she never make me feel any uncomfortable. Elly and Chris they are so kind and helpful, once I need to fix one of my brackets and the clinic was closed, I texted them and got reply very quickly, one hour later I got my bracket fixed! Like they say, they are always there for you! I'll update my review when I finish my treatment, can't wait to see my new teeth.

I highly recommend Dr. Rooz and his team for orthodontic treatment. As an adult, my bite has always been unstable, but I had been putting off orthodontic treatment for years because I knew my treatment would be complex. Dr. Rooz provided flexible options and a clear plan for how we could achieve our treatment goals, and I have seen huge improvements in my bite.

He is always easily accessible for questions, even after hours. Chris at the front desk is communicative and always super friendly. Elly is the treatment coordinator, and she always pops in to say hi and check in during appointments.
