I couldn't ask for more. I am extremely pleased with everything about this practice. The cleanings, the advice, the personalities. The doctor is phenomenal and I have not once had a negative experience. I've only been coming three years and have moved 45 minutes away but I will Continue to make the drive.

Always a wonderful experience. If you want a caring, experienced, professional dentist Dr. Russel's office is a wonderful choice. I especially enjoy my Hygenist at this location. Anyone can tell when someone loves their career, it shows here. I can say this is my favorite dentist office, and it is hard to find a good one these days. You wont regret choosing them as your Dentist, I would even recommend you swapping to this location from your current one.

I had not been to the dentist in a very long time. Dr. Kenneth Russell and his team were awesome! They made me feel comfortable during a very stressful time. They were referred by a friend and I even drove from Greensboro to see them and It was definitely worth the ride. This will be my new spot for all of my dental needs. Thank you again!

I was beyond impressed with Dr. Russell and all of the staff. I recently moved to this area and have been looking for a good dentist for my family. The entire office was extremely friendly and accommodating. I had a dental emergency and was seen quickly and everything was explained in a very understanding way. Dr. Russell explained what he was capable of doing there and what needed to be referred out.
I realize this is just my first appointment but when I walked into the place I was greeted with smiling faces and the atmosphere is very cozy and family like. I will definitely refer others to this practice. Thank you to everyone at Dr. Russell's office.

I just love Dr Russell! I reluctantly had to leave my lifelong dentist because they didn't accept my new insurance. I was extremely upset. For my first visit to Dr Russell, well, I was very apprehensive and wasn't expecting much. By the end of my visit, Sydney, my hygienist, and Dr Russell, had me in stitches. They are so nice and funny and down to earth.
I highly recommend them. They also have really cool "new" equipment that many dentists don't have. I love having my teeth cleaned, and was excited to have new technologies used. I hate I had to leave my old dentist, but am glad I found Dr Russell!
