Have been going to Pinnacle for almost 3 years now. I have changed dentists every couple years previously but I think I am going to stay with Pinnacle now. When I went to Pinnacle with Dr. Jang during my first couple appt, I had 3 cavities and Dr. Jang was able to work on the same cavity spot on my upper left molar that has been reworked a couple times and always had food and even the floss stuck there. Dr. Jang filled the cavity and now there is no more problem there anymore.
I also got my wisdom teeth pulled last year and it was an good experience even though I was pretty nervous. Have no cavities for the past year, hopefully I continue to maintain that.

I've been going to Pinnacle for 3 years and have since moved to NYC. I knew I was coming back to Texas for the holidays so booked a cleaning in advance because I like them that much. The hygienists are always so friendly and tell you exactly what they're about to do before doing it. The office and exam rooms are clean and modern and everyone makes you feel important and cared about.

This review is long overdue! I've been coming here for over 5 years and this is simply the Best dental office I've ever been to! Dr. Jang is amazing and so patient with my sensitive teeth! Maria is simply the best, she such a perfectionist and my front crowns look amazing because of her, she makes you feel like family and I always feel like I'm home because of her hospitality. I recently got my implant done. Dr Jang did a great job and it feels like my own tooth. Dr Jang has a great skill and deep knowledge. He is very professional and courteous as well. All staffs there are very kind and courteous. Cassie, hygienist, is very pleasnt, skillful, professional and has a great personality. I am a medical doctor and own a clinic. Everytime I visit Pinnacle dental, I get an impression that it is well organized and well run.

This was my inaugural visit to this dental clinic, stumbled upon it via Google during my search for a dentist near Plano. Dr. Jang and Dana, the hygienist, provided an excellent experience during my teeth cleaning session. Moreover, Nancy at the front desk was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating! The clinic's interior is impeccably clean and exudes professionalism. I'm certainly returning for my next cleaning appointment. Much appreciated!
