My First Time to the prime dentistry was excellent. Anna was my hygienist that did a deep cleaning in my mouth and her hands were amazing because I didnt feel a thing she was so gentle. Doctor Ian was also on point and caring! They truly care about your smile and your health. I would recommend prime dentistry. Will be coming back in six months.

I have been going to this office for many years. Recently, Dr. Staller retired and the office has a new dentist, Dr. Shah, along with new office staff. My wife and I decided to try Dr. Shah. We are both very pleased with the service given from the entire staff. We have had two visits since Dr. Staller retired and are please to say that we are very comfortable with our visits. We have found that Dr. Shah is proactive with preventative dental care. He is very easy to talk to and is a very good dentist. We look forward to our next visit.

A very welcoming and warm atmosphere. Everyone was professional and friendly. The equipment was up-to-date I felt like I was in 2024. I went in for a checkup and a cleaning and to my surprise a couple of small cavities were found. The Dr. said "no need to reschedule I'll fix you right up today" and he did. NO PAIN AT ALL! Convenient parking also. You all do a great job. Thank you!

Always a great experience going for my 6month check ups. They are quick, friendly, and very easy process. I love that they text reminders of any appointments 2 weeks before and day of, its very helpful to remember to schedule off work. I also like that they give a goodie bag with a toothbrush, floss, and toothpaste! The wonderful lady at the front desk is always so sweet! I dont remember her name but she is always smiling and happy to answer any question.

This is our second visit to prime dentistry for my husband, and the dentist and staff have been extremely professional and friendly. Especially Angie, who has been so welcoming and friendly. Our son who is 1 years old loves to run around and get into things, she got us these two little toys for him to play with to get him distracted while my husband was with the dentist (we even got to keep the little toys for our little boy). I would recommend this place to anyone who might be looking for a new dentist. We are so glad to have found this place.

I've always had so much anxiety with seeing the dentist. The entire office staff cured my anxiety today. I've already recommended Prime to my daughter who recently had a bad experience with her current dentist. I was looking for a dentist in the northeast section of Philadelphia, and I came across them on Google I called them they scheduled me an appointment the same day. The reception was very nice as well on the phone when making my appointment and when I got in the back, everyone was very nice. Very nice and clean office and I was in the office for about two hours, but me a whole dental exam and I had to get two teeth pulled but this is a great place to go if youre looking for a dental office in the northeast. Thanks Dr. Ian for your help.

All staff members from the receptionist to the Doctor were friendly, caring and professional. I appreciated the meticulous work done by the hygienist and well as Dr. Compton, who would not quit until they felt satisfied with their work. I would never want to go to any other dentist. I ha e been seeing Dr. Gandel for years. He is the best of the best. I hate going to the dentist because all o think of is pain but not with Dr. Gandel. Told him he has to stay. Business another 100 years. Dr gandel has now retired and Dr. Cohen is just as good.painless

I was so scared to go to the office and everyone made me feel so comfortable. Checking on me constantly, everything was explained to me in detail and what I didnt understand or get it was broken down to me. From the customer service from the front office to the assistant and my dentist was just awesome and comforting.my anxiety level isnt as bad as I first walked thru that door.

Great, a unique experience. Dr. Shah and his team are amazing. I used to hate going to the dentist but now I don't mind because of how well they treat me. I did not go to the dentist for a little over two years and decided to go back and realized a new team had taken over. Initially, my first appointment was not registered in the system when I showed up but Dr. Shah was kind enough to take me in and do the cleaning himself.
He found a few cavities and was gentle throughout the whole process asking me if I'm okay often, which I appreciated. X-rays also showed that one of my teeth did not have much bone left and was bound to fall out like a baby tooth. Dr. Shah and his team answered all of my questions and was patient. I had to do a bone graft and dental implant. The whole process took about 9 months, but time flew by because of how well they did everything. 100 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend! Thank you Dr. Shah and Pamela! I love my new tooth and smile thanks to you and your team.

I had a pleasant experience to Prime Dentistry! Had my cleaning and checkup here yesterday. The hygienist was wonderful - gentle, friendly, and thorough. Dr. shah performed a very thorough exam, explaining things clearly and patiently answering all my questions. The staff was welcoming. This office has a nice vibe to it. I appreciated that they worked with my insurance and laid out costs upfront as well.

I found this place by chance and it has been one of the best. my first appointment was for a cleaning and that same day I was encouraged to ask about the price of dental implants. I wish I can give more than 5 Stars! I had an extraction and dental Implant placed at the same time. I can say that it was the best experience at dental office that anyone can have. I was so stressed about implant procedure and my heart was pounding. Doctor made me very comfortable and constantly checked if I was ok or not. Front desk staff and assistant were so sweet. Overall, it was the five star experience and I just signed up invisalign to get my teeth straighter. I wish I have found them much earlier. I would highly recommend this office for my friends and family.

Not only is your dental work pain free, seamless, and quick. Your bed side manner is bar none. Yesterday I had another appointment with Dr. Shah. He took care of my fillings and the prep for my crown. It really is a unique experience. I feel cared for by the entire staff. It is the gentle way that they check in with me, just to make sure that I am good throughout my visit - it allows me to have a positive experience, every single time. I bring my family and tell my friends about this place because it's special. I highly recommend.

I have an intense case of dental anxiety which has prevented me from obtaining proper care in the past. This led to many issues with my teeth and I was so overwhelmed that I didnt know where to start. I was given the name of Prime Dentistry by a friend and my life was changed from the first time I stepped into the office. The staff was sympathetic, caring and nonjudgmental.
The doctor went above and beyond to alleviate my fears, work with my concerns and determine a plan moving forward. I had my first treatment today and I am blown away by the genuine thoughtfulness of the entire office. Everything was wonderful everyone was nice kind and professional. My teeth look beautiful, I can smile again instead of covering my mouth or losing it or feeling a different way about my mouth. This dentist office was INCREDIBLE! I had been experiencing pain and when I arrived everyone was super nice and welcoming. Then after X-ray they told me the cost as well as payment options, then we got started right away. During the procedure the dentist continued to ask if I was ok and to make sure I wasnt experiencing any pain. If you are experiencing any pain check them out, thank me later! Then they called and checked on me the next day!

Dr. Shah is amazing! I had to come in because I couldnt take the pain any longer. Of course I waited too late to treat the tooth, but he took me last minute and preformed an almost painless root canal on my tooth! Hes super professional and a great conversationalist. Everyone is so friendly and great at what they do. They all will make sure you are comfortable at all times and that your problem will be taken care of by the end of your visit. I highly recommend.

Well im happy I found prime dentistry, I was dealing with this out of this world pain from a bad chipped tooth that had to go, I was to the point I was ready to do it myself, but the dentist dr shah and staff made me feel comfortable enough to let them remove the tooth, dr shah took his time and made sure. I was while taken care of and he was funny as well made me. Feel even more comfortable to be there and to come back for more dental work. Great dentist! hands down the best dental experience for me and my daughter. Very friendly environment and the work is great. My daughter fell and broke her front tooth pretty bad and now I cant tell the difference the great part was how they made my daughter feel about the situation it was awesome. I would recommend this dentist to everyone it really doesnt feel like a dentist you are in and out without being uncomfortable. I found a great dentist for me and my daughter.

Had a fantastic experience. They performed a deep cleaning and the dentist took his time to do a great job to make sure I was completely numb. Wow! I have not been to a dentist in two years because Ive always had problems with how some dentist treat the patients! Not only was this facility super professional & sanitary but every staff was super nice & comforting. The doc & young lady were super gentle with my root canal. Safe to say i found my new DENTISTRY! I visited this dentist a week ago and Dr. Shah and Melonie are the best. I had to get a tooth extracted and a filling done. I went back today to get the procedures done and when I say it went very smoothly I felt no pain. Dr. Shah is very caring always asking thru out the procedures are you ok. I say if your afraid of the dentist go see Dr. Shah he is the best.

I had a route canal done here and they were so nice and calm. When I was nervous they explained my options then when they did the route canal explained everything that they were doing and were really attentive. It was a lot less stressful that the cavity I got done at a different dentist office. I would highly recommend. The staff is kind and attentive and I really trust the dentists.

OMG! Dr Shah is THE best and this is THE Best dental office. I have been to two dental office before came to this office. I am patient of this office ever since. Dr Shah did root canal and crown for me few month back. Best experience at dental office I ever had. It was painless. Dr Shah was very gentle, explain the whole process step by step. Recently, I had two wisdom teeth extraction done.
I was very anxious because I have heard horror story about wisdom tooth extraction but I was surprised that it went so well. Very experienced dentist. I would highly recommend this office.

This staff is AMAZING! I started as emergency visit patient in need of TWO EXTRACTIONS. Dr. Shah is the KING OF EXTRACTIONS! I only felt a little pressure but NO PAIN. I loved the staff sooo much I made a two week appointment to have my teeth cleaned and normal checkup. Let me say, it had been over 10 years since my last dentist visit and I NEVER would have come back until I was in more pain.
But this office has changed my views on dentist visits. I drive from South Jersey ( it a easy direct route with the office on a major road). Dr. Shah is the most gentle dentist Ive been to and has genuine empathy, understanding, and compassionate care with the most impressive pain free extraction I could have imagined through an emergency appointment.
