I finally got my braces on after years of contemplating the perfect place and after my first consultation i knew it would be here. The greatest and most thorough orthodontic care in the world. I've had a lot of experience with different orthos and I never felt more sure of the treatment I received until I sat in their chair. They're so supportive and kind. I'd bring my kids in at times and they were so accommodating. As an adult, as a mom, braces can seem intimidating and they made it a breeze and so enjoyable! Love my Frost Fam Highly recommend!

Frost Ortho has been great for my daughters braces! We got a few quotes before choosing them. The office is awesome and the appointments are always prompt with great employees! We've loved it so far and can't wait to see her finished smile!

The Frost staff is more then just people that fix teeth they treat you like family! Two of my children have braces by Frost. Getting braces can be scary for children but they make you feel so welcomed. Their office is amazing! The massage chairs for the waiting parents are to die for.

The before and afters are absolutely beautiful! Scheduling is so easy and they are so easy to work with as far as payment goes (insurance, cash, financing.) We refer all of our patients there and they're all 100% happy with their service!

Dr. Frost is a miracle worker. Full stop. Before I found Frost Orthodontics, I had gotten consultations with several dentists, including celebrity dentists that worked with Hollywood actors, and none of them could help me with my large gummy smile and small teeth; they said I either had to "smile differently" or get invasive surgery. I randomly found Frost Orthodontics and saw their previous work with gummy smiles and signed up for a consultation right away. Dr. Nichols did a virtual consultation with me and seemed confident that the Frost Team could help and without surgery!

So I made plans to fly from Los Angeles to Phoenix every month for appointments. Everyone on the team is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Their office runs like a well-oiled machine. Fast forward 14 months, when the braces finally came off and I was in shock! For the first time in my life, I had a wonderful, bright smile that I wasn't ashamed of. I don't know where that Hollywood smile was hiding, but Dr. Frost found it. My only regret is that I didn't reach out sooner.

My wife chose this orthodontics and the ortho staff that assist with service are awesome. Although the front desk staff are pretty snarky and not the best in terms of treating our family with respect and good customer service. I feel they need customer service training.

But my experience with Dr. Trevor Nichols and the Frost team has been fantastic. The staff, facilities, and the changes I am seeing to my smile are amazing. A "Frost Smile" changes lives. Amazing office great doctor! they are busy but for a good reason they do the best orthodontic work around.

I wish someone had told me not to get braces, I didn't require them for any medical purpose. $6,000, 2 years, and a lot of pain and headaches later my teeth look and feel worse than they did before. My bite is off and I have to deal with atrocious retainers for the rest of my life, all for changes I did not need. The only thing they wanted was me to have arch width, which I don't care about. Dr Frost and Megan are amazing and nice. but I write this review to tell you, if you don't NEEEEED braces, don't start them.

Hands down the best ortho office I have ever been to. These orthodontists are elite. They go above and beyond for all of their patients and make them feel like they are the one. I have had the best experience thus far and highly recommend!

My second and third children are finishing up treatment here and I don't think I will be able to recommend this practice to others. The brackets seem to continually fall off. It's so hard to schedule an appointment outside of school hours and I hate to pull my junior high children out of school. If you need to reschedule now it takes a month or two to be seen. It wasn't always like this. I don't know what happened.

The best for Ortho hands down! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Every person feels like family at this place! Best care for patients! Everyone is treated like a VIP. Massage chairs, snacks, movies, teeth brushing area are all great! They take professional pics for the best progress shots too! I'm going to be sad when I am done but good news is I have daughters who will be coming here next!

Frost Orthodontics is truly the best dental/medical practice I have ever visited. They are professional, kind and always putting your needs first. I have a very complicated case and Dr. Nichols has explained everything clearly from the start. The technicians and office staff are the BEST. Everyone is friendly, nice and caring. I really can not say enough about them.

With my case I have needed many different forms of treatment and the Ladies are great at working with me and each other, literally lending extra hands sometimes to help take care of me. When the time comes, I won't miss having the metal in my mouth but I can say I will miss seeing all the smiling faces. I would recommend anyone to skip extra visits to other providers and go straight to Frost Orthodontics.

This is the most amazing office I've ever been to. I have 4 kids in treatment well one just got out last year, but not only do both Doctors go above and beyond the norm in their treatment plan but also in patient care Ive yet to see it compared. My youngest is non verbal autistic and the care that he is given by not only the Drs but his absolute astounding staff blows my mind every time we enter the office.

In today's world finding a place that is following the strictest COVID guidelines to make all feel safe and healthy they are able to still bring love and compassion and beauty to everyone who walks through their doors. Frost Orthodontics I personally can't thank you enough.

We love Dr. Frost but won't bring any of the other childdren to this practice. They are terrible at getting the child in for an emergency when they are in pain. You can almost never get a same day appointment if something is hurting the child. I think they are just overbooked and too big. But Dr. Frost is a great person and doctor.

I'm not sure where to start but if you're looking for THE BEST then you found your place. Scale 1-5 5 being the best and during covid19 -Ease of getting and appointment 5 We did ours with a virtual appointment with in an hour and had a video and conversation with the actual Dentist and an appointment for the next week! - Cleanliness and sanitation 5 Everything is pristine and there are masks and temperature checks for caregiver and patient.

You must sanitize your hands before and after touching community pens and then they wipe it down. Besides the fact that people are sanitizing and cleaning while you're there. The staff is also wearing protection! - Customer Service 5 From the emails, to phone calls and seeing the Orthodontists. Every person cares and take time to explain the process from procedures to billing.

My son has anxiety and so does my pocket book! Both beyond satisfied! They care and they care about the whole process! - Technology 5 They staff and orthodontist educate themselves have ground breaking technology and timeless work! I can't wait to see his smile! His jaw pain is already gone! - Care 5 You'd think with how sleek and tech savvy this office is that it's all be about the money! NOT at all.

You will get 1:1 care and the Staff and Orthodontists have this warm family feeling! I am beyond grateful! I will update pics once my son is all done and you can see the amazing work!

I dont go here personally, but the kids and my gf do and I got to take the kids today. needless to say this is the best time I've had in a waiting room ever. Sitting in a zero gravity massage chair while eating a free ice cream sandwhich as Harry Potter was Wingardium Leviosa- ing on the flatscreen TV is my definition of great service! The staff is super friendly and they had an awesome setup across the board. I might even consider getting a retainer from here whenever I decide to wear one again! 11/10, would wait here again any day!

Dr. Frost and his staff are top notch! Extremely professional, office is super clean, spectacular with tv's and fun music, video games, and an ice cream/coffee bar.wow.they went the extra mile. The technology they use for braces is cutting edge. I'm comparing what I went through decades ago which was basically medieval dentistry to what our children's experience is currently at Dr. Frost's office, no comparison. Stay tuned when the braces are off we will write another review. So far so good!

Most painless braces on planet earth! I chose frost because of his results and my pin tolerance. My sisters who have gone through traditional braces seem to struggle a lot more than I do. I've never taken a pain pill for braces and they are moving even in the first few weeks. The Damon method is better for your teeth and better for your comfort! Do it!

Hands down the best orthodontist in AZ. Literally thousands of people have said the same thing on yelp! I was referred to Dr. Frost by a friend and I could not be happier with the results thus far. I get my braces off in seven more months and I am, needless to say, very excited for the end result. Frost is a bit more expensive than others but worth every penny.
