YES! Call them and they will get you taken cared of. Diana was amazing she got all of our paperwork, explained our coverage, and out of pocket cost for services that was not covered. Doc was just soooo kind and gentle. I have a list of things he recommended and went into details of what the process would look like. Can't wait to see the end results.

I recently had a procedure that would usually involve a concerning degree of pain and trauma. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I had virtually no discomfort during the procedure and very little during the following days. All thanks to Dr. Futenma using the latest technique and state of the art laser technology. He definitely stays ahead of the learning curve much to the benefit of his patients. I cannot recommend him highly enough

So thankful we found Dr Futenma! He is so gentle and kind. Genuinely did not even feel the injection of the anesthetic. He is good at explaining what needs to be done, and followed up after my procedures to make sure I was doing ok. Everyone in the office is very kind, helpful, and welcoming.

Dr Futenma and his staff are some of the best! They're always friendly and make it a pleasant experience. I like getting my teeth cleaned, but if you're worked up about the idea of walking into a dentist office, they'll put your mind at ease. I HIGHLY recommend going to Creative Smiles if you're not pleased with your current dentist. You won't be disappointed!

A better way to explain it is to tell you that my ex comes from Portland out to Creative Smiles because of the family type service, before during and after you have been seen.
