Where to start with this, the work is substandard and the dentist refuses to take responsibility for bad work. Their billing is abysmal to say the least, expect to be double billed, late billed, and your credit filled on with no communication. My opinion is that you would get better work in a back ally in Mexico, at least the bills are done there.

Where to start! I had slipped, fallen, and chipped my two front teeth. Within a week, Dr. Pagoda had me back to pretty. Dr. Jones's office was speedy and extremely helpful. All of the staff have a very "patient focused" approach. I would recommend for all ages!

Dr. Jones has a great practice. His staff is courteous and professional, they run on schedule, and do great work. I love the bonding Dr Jones did on my front teeth to correct a cosmetic problem that always bothered me - and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

This is my new dentist forever! I had an emergency several months ago as my veneer fell off my front tooth! He was referred to me through a friend at work. It was a Friday and my old dentist only works Monday through Thursday(another problem) and Dr. Jones squeezed me in an did a beautiful job. Today was my first full day with xrays, teeth cleaning by Angie and check up with Dr. Jones. He took time to talk about a couple things and I was on my way! Everyone is awesome and I felt like family right off the bat! Barb P.S. Angie is terrific too!

I highly recommend Dr. Jones and his staff! I've had the same dental hygienist for about 3 years now. She compliments me when she can tell I've been taking good care of my teeth! Since she told me areas to focus on over the last 2-3 year years, my cleanings have been much easier and pleasant! and my teeth are healthier! Dr. Jones is very kind and the best dentist I've had. If you're looking for a dentist, you need to go see him!

Dr Jones is absolutely fantastic. He's patient and very thorough when explaining certain procedures. He's patient and he's all about making sure the patient is comfortable. I've been to lots of dentists and needless to say that some those experiences caused me to fear going back to the dentist. My mom has been going to Dr. Jones for a long time and now I see why. Dr. Jones is awesome.

Outstanding service by front desk, dental hygienists, and Dr Jones. Great bedside manner, . Takes the time to explain the issues and is very conservative with his tooth care. No charging for unnecessary tooth work. Been a patient here for 3 years and love them.

Dr Jones has been my dentist since 1990. As the practice has grown they remain as effective, efficient, helpful, accommodating and friendly as always. I have experienced high quality, painless care.

I had to get 4 fillings taken care of and Dr. Jones did a great job. He explains everything before, during, and after which I appreciate. He was thorough and quick. He made it as painless as possible too. Always checking on me. They have a great team of hygienist as well.

Seriously the best cleaning I've had in years. They spent almost an hour with me on a routine cleaning (guess that means I could do a better job brushing), but the entire office staff is phenomenal. Plus my insurance covers 100% - win win!

I had oral surgery in this office performed by Jeffrey V. Jones. He was fast, super friendly and highly skilled. He was also very affordable and his staff was very friendly. He numbed me so well I felt no pain. There was no aggressive up-selling either. Just friendly, professional conversation which put me at ease as I was very nervous. I will be returning for additional dental work. I was pleased with the quality of my visit.

Most of the employees have been there 10 years or more which means Dr, Jones pays and treats them with respect. 2. Location, location, location. 3. Dr. Jones was a new dentist when we first met. I have been going to Dr Jones for about 2 years now and he and his staff have been great. I have had routine cleanings, a couple of dental procedures, and one emergency. In all these experiences, the results have been great.

Had my first visit with Dr. Jones and I was very pleased! The friendly dental hygienist did a thorough and relatively pain-free cleaning and Dr. Jones was very polite and easy to talk to. He didn't try to push any procedures I didn't need and he answered all my questions patiently and honestly.

Dr. Jones and his crew are the best. I have been terrified of dentists my entire life, but I've been seeing Dr. Jones now for 3 years and don't dread a visit anymore. I used to need laughing gas just for a cleaning, but not anymore. The hygienists are so patient and understanding. They are calming, and fast. It won't take you all day to get work done. Dr. Jones does fantastic work. I recently moved out of state, but I still drive back to Dallas to go to Dr. Jones, because he and his staff are wonderful.

I have been looking for a new dentist and my friend recommended me to Dr. Jones. She has been going to him for more than 10 years. When you call in you get Ms. Carol and she is the sweetest/warmest lady ever. She reminds you of a sweet granny and momma mix. You hear her voice and you know things will be great. She scheduled me quickly and helped me figure things regarding my teeth issues.

When you walk through the door you see them within minutes and they start the process. X-rays, cleaning etc. I had Nelly has my dental hygienist and she was dripping with molasses she was so sweet. To be comfortable with someone poking in your mouth is hard and they accomplish it with out a hitch. Then there is Dr. Jones he is cool as a cucumber. He looks at your mouth and it so honest and does not recommend unnecessary items. He sense of humor is mild and soft. Perfect for a dentist. They rock at this office.

I will preface my review by saying I have worked in the dental field for 10+ years in NY. I do not like gimmicky dental chains that prioritize profits over quality of care. I have No need to search for a better dentist since: **This is a WARM, WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE. **GENTLE. KIND. PROFESSIONAL & MULTI-TALENTED (Dr. Jones and staff) **The cleaning was RELAXING & THOROUGH. Dr. Jones was personable, down to Earth. He also does braces. Dr. Jones is my dentist for over several years. His front office staff is awesome. They are fantastic in reminding you of your appointment. Norma rocks! My hygienist is typically Nelly. She is fabulous. Nelly is gentle in cleaning your teeth and is patient. She is able to answer any questions you may have. Dr. Jones makes you feel comfortable and is funny. I've recommended my employees to him. The beauty of Dr. Jones is you can get in for a last minute emergency should you need an appointment the same day. Now THAT is service!
