Sea Mar Community Health Centers, founded in 1978, is a community-based organization committed to providing quality, comprehensive health, human, housing, educational and cultural services to diverse communities, specializing in service to Latinos in Washington state. Sea Mar's network of services includes more than 90 medical, dental, and behavioral health clinics and a wide variety of nutritional, social, and educational services.

Rogelio has been the head of Sea Mar since its inception in 1978. Rogelio has spearheaded the development of Sea Mar from a single medical clinic in Seattle's South Park neighborhood, to a comprehensive health and human services organization serving 11 counties in Washington state. Rogelio graduated from the University of Washington with bachelor's degrees in political science (1973) and economics (1975). In 1977, he earned a master's degree in health administration at the UW. Mary Bartolo has worked at Sea Mar since it first opened in 1978.
