First time going to Distinctive Smiles, referred by our family friend Sylvia. Met Mrs. Amber there who was very friendly & professional! She was great with my daughter!

Wynton did a awesome job today! Clean and professional environment. Friendly staff as well!

I've been bringing my daughter here for years now and they're great with her! She gets nervous but they calm her down! Amber is awesome with my daughter and I appreciate her patience!

Bad experience all around never going back. Received a Unexpected bill even though I was told it was covered under the insurance.

I had my first appointment with Dr. O'Rourke-Allen today and I throughly enjoyed the experience! Everyone was so nice and eager to help which made me feel very comfortable! Miss Connie and Kiana at the front desk were sooo nice and helpful and they were the first faces I saw. Lauren, my dental assistant was fabulous, and made me feel so calm during the experience. and of course Dr. O'Rourke was very knowledgeable and straightforward, which I appreciated! Overall, great team and I will definitely be back!

The staff is professional, knowledgeable and teenager friendly. Very calming atmosphere and clean facilities. Thank you Dr. O'Rourke-Allen and staff for serving our community.

Excellent Dental office. I have been coming here for years. Their office is always clean and family friendly. The staff is very knowledgeable and caring. Especially Amber and Dr. O'Rourke-Allen. They make you feel like family and not just a patient. I would recommend them to everyone.

Love everything about them from their staff to their services. Take their time to thoroughly explain treatment plans and answer all questions. Always a pleasure!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I usually don't leave reviews. But I HAD to create an account, JUST to leave a review about CONNIE. Very rude individual. Connie raised her voice and hung up the call while I was tryna get her name. I never got a call about my appointment, I had to call countless times to even schedule. The ONLY reason I came to the dentist was because the actual doctor came highly recommended.

However the doctor wouldn't even speak to me when I requested to speak with her. The front office managers are so rude to the point where I told them I would never recommend anyone else to them JUST because of their staff. If you want your child to have a nice experience, please do not go here. Every lady in the front office is not worth a penny you will spend.

The man name Wyaton did a really good job on my kids teeth, he was very nice and caring.

For everyone in Baton Rouge that needs dental care come to Distinctive Smiles of Baton Rouge. Wynton was very nice and took great care of my needs. The staff is very nice and the dentist clearly explained to me my issues as well as any questions I had. Also, quickly took care of them the same day. Best dental care of my life!

This was my child first time visiting a dentist office and he was so scared but dr wynton made his first visit better. he was gentle and took his time with him even tho he cried.the drs office was nice and clean and the workers was wonderful

I Love Dr. O'Rourke Allen she is the best and provide you with a great dental plan and smile. She has a great staff. Get your dental work done there.

I am happy to say that I had a Periodic Oral Evaluation and Periodontal Maintenance done at Distinctive Smiles, January 16, 2019. My treatment started less than ten minutes after my appointment time. Ms. Rachel Lemon was my Dental Hygienists. Ms. Rachel was very knowledgeable, Kind, patient, understanding and courteous. She was very considered of my feelings. She made sure that I was not in pain during my treatment. Joe W. East

Rachel is one of the best dental hygienist at Distinctive Smiles. She let me know in details what needs to be done to help my oral hygiene. Amber is one of the best EDDA at Distinctive Smiles. When I did my externship there, Amber taught me everything that I need to know. She help me learn instruments, help me take X-rays and taught me how to do chair side assisting. I'll recommend this dentist office to anyone.

My son has been going here for the past three years & they are great with him. Especially Ms. Amber. She makes sure to explain everything to him & she makes sure he's comfortable during the procedure. He's not afraid of the dentist like some children are at his age. He loves their play room & I love the service he gets here. The dentist always comes in, checks on us, & engages with my son.

I have had nothing but good experiences here. The wait is never long & we're usually in & out for cleanings. I would definitely recommend them and Ms. Amber to anyone looking to bring their children here.
