Over all the staff was very nice. Although everyone was nice it was quite rough. My head accidently got pulled slightly to the side when they used the pic and when they used the high pressure water tool, it felt like it cut my gum at on point. That may have just been my experience but I will still go back.

We have known this group of people for years and they're amazing and always takes such good care of us.

Superb dental care. Nice and comfortable waiting area, though I didn't need to wait long. I enjoyed not having a television to distract me from the business at hand. Professional, caring, relaxed and happy are good descriptors of their office. For sure, I've found a new and permanent dental office for my daughter and myself

They were very friendly and helpful. I usually have some.anxiety about visiting the dentist, but I felt comfortable.

I can't recommend this office highly enough. I, like a lot of the reviewers here, am terrified of the dentist. I've actually put off visiting the dentist for a few years, and so my teeth were a mess, which made me even more nervous to ever go, and rinse and repeat in a cycle some of you might be familiar with. But I needed some urgent work done recently, and I picked Parkcrest because of all the reviews here saying that the dentists were nice and friendly and so on.

I had my appointment with Dr. Sponenberg, and I just want to chime in that he's another incredibly calming dentist at Parkcrest, even if you're really, really terrified of the dentist, like I am. I've had three appointments now to get that issue examined, the work done, and then to get a cleaning, and each time I've come home a little bit less scared of dentistry!

The assistants are all super nice, the front desk staff are incredibly friendly and always greet you with a smile, and even the cleaning wasn't too bad because the hygienist I had was great. Anyway, to sum it up, if you're at all scared of the dentist, definitely pick Parkcrest. They're awesome.

Dr. Scott is an amazing pediatric dentist! He doesn't rush into decisions, takes time with the kids and gets to know them. They have a newly renovated building with a kids waiting area, kids pediatric area, and even an orthodontist, Dr. Harrison, on site, who is also amazing!

I have been going to Parkcrest since I was 5 years old, so for almost 17 years now, and Dr. Scott has been my dentist this whole time. I am sad that I will now be transferring to someone else since Dr. Scott is a pediatric dentist. Growing up, my teeth did everything they could to be as crooked as possible, but Dr. Harrison, my orthodontist for many years, gave me a perfectly straight smile, and I am so so grateful for that.

I get my teeth cleaned every six months with Amanda, and I so enjoy getting to chat with her each visit. Parkcrest takes amazing care of their patients, and I simply can't imagine ever going anywhere else.

Dr Keaster is the man. Never liked the dentists but he is a super cool guy and gets the job done right. super nice office as well, would recommend to anyone and will definitely come back and see him if I have any more problems!

Fabulous facility! Front desk staff is incredible, so friendly and helpful. The place is spotless clean. I go there and crystal does a great job teeth cleaning! She is friendly and conversational. My daughter has a bad oral aversion and sees Dr Scott. She needs "tough love" and that's exactly what he gives her, and so does his cleaning crew. They get the job done in a timely manner and save us from having to go to hospital for dental work. Love it.

I am terribly afraid of the dentist, but when I started as a patient of Dr. Jason Hall, my fears were definitely lessened. He is thorough and straight-forward, which I appreciate, but he is kind and understanding. He does a great job making sure you are comfortable even with long dental procedures. Plus, his dental assistant, Judy, is the best there is. She is helpful and comforting. I couldn't recommend this team more highly.

Have you ever had a fear of the dentist? I sure did until I came here a year ago. (Yes a fear at 24 years old) Dr. Dills and his staff are phenomenal. My first visit we made a plan of my care step by step and every step has been so easy. He is gentle and always takes breaks to ask if you are doing okay or if you need anything. His staff always treat me like they have known me for years and I can say after a full year and my maxed out dental insurance later, I love Parkcrest Dental and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Amazing facility! Great Experience! Professional and Pleasant staff! I had a filling fall out of a molar about two years ago. Over time the exposed nerve got infected and painful. They were able to get me an appointment the next day and my wait in the lobby was short. When I was taken back to the exam room they were very thorough to diagnose my problem.

Even took the time to print me out multiple sets of treatment plans including the total amount each would cost. Dr. Hall completed my extraction and did an amazing job. When I got back to the front Desk to pay my bill the cost was exactly what they had quoted me in the exam room. Also the same I had been quoted over the phone the day before meaning NO HIDDEN FEE's. My recovery has been easy and painless. I recommend this facility to everyone.
